1971 classic VW super beetle. rare flat front window model. I am the third owner ' Second owner repainted the car inside and out. I rebuilt the front end and brakes and wheel bearings and front disc brakes added. new starter was added and I had a local body shop replace a rocker panel on the car. no rust holes and car was stored in winter. Floor boards are solid. Car is all there and is not all rusty. interior has been replaced but set covers may need to be upgraded if needed. not expensive to do unless you want leather. many parts catalogs available. New vintage steering wheel was added but horn quit working. car heats up in winter but defroster are an issue so I did not drive in the really cold months. I put a lot of work and money into the car so I am looking an honest buyer and not someone wanting to do a pay pal scam. Buyer is responsible for coming and getting the car. would recommend you trailor or tow with the supplied tow bar unless you live in town

This is a great running, driving and looking 1979 vw beetle convertible. This car is ready to drive you around in style. This vw just recently 2014 had the engine replaced with a remanufactured engine. This engine is still under manufactures warranty. The car is rust free and solid with nice paint, and tear free convertible top with new window and gasket. The interior is in great shape with no tears or wear, and new carpet. The car goes down the road great with no problems. The Beetle is currently located at Asheville Vee Dub in Asheville, NC where it is available for test drives and inspection. You can also speak with the mechanics there if you have any additional questions.
