Incredible condition. *Car had a problem with the odo way back in the 1990's...was repaired but exact miles unknown.I called Experian and they told me that the odometer repair is the only issue on there report...and that is why it scored lower than it should, totally ridiculous. Clean Colorado Title in my name. Automatic-Transmission shifts perfect Original glass, engine, radio, cloth seats, dash, headliner. This car is fun and reliable. Interior is in amazing condition!!! Tires are very good. All gauges working. Non Smoker/pet car. Always stored in the garage. No noticeable dents or dings. No leaks, or smoking. Perfect headliner. Excellent condition dashboard. No accidents. I have the original manuals and one original key. I cant find the original cigarette lighter. Paint has some minor blistering on drivers side. I have owned the car since 2009 and love it. I will help with shipping, but the cost is the buyers responsibility. I hope this car to goes to a vw person. Happy New Year.

Engine compression is what it all about. This classic car has had no modifications whatsoever!! It is 100% factory standard. The compression was tested recently and it was 210 across the boards. My price this1988 VW Sirocco DOHC is 400.00 under the NADA book for average condition!! And by the pictures that were taken on 07.18.2015 you can see it well meets that condition. I am the second owner and purchased this vehicle in 1992. I am closing in on 60 years of age so this has not had the SHIT run out of it by a kid!! Since my ownership it has been 100% garaged and all maintenance has been completed on schedule. In the last two years I have replace many parts on this collector's car. I have replace the alternator, fuel distributer, belts, hoses, struts, master cylinder and more But, like any vehicle there are things that need to be taken care of! Here is a list of what I know what is wrong with this collector car. I am currently repairing most of the list below: 1. Air conditioning compress need replace. 2. Sunroof track needs adjusted. 3. 1986 Volkswagen Scirocco with a pretty cool history. Check out driversfound.com /scirocco/ profiles/1986_kim/. This car has been very well cared for. Overall this is one of the nicest Scirocco's I've come across. The body is clean, the interior is very nice. Specs... -Fresh 1.8 8v with rebuilt head (JH bottom end with Hydro head), new timing belt, water pump, all new seals and gaskets including head gasket. -Front and rear European bumper (with headlight washer not connected). -Techtonics stainless steel exhaust, K&N air filter. -Neuspeed lowering springs, Factory 16V lower front tie bar, Factory 16V rear sway bar. -Scirocco "16V" body kit. -White gauge faces, Triple gauge panel (not connected), Corrado steering wheel. -Very nice Tear Drops with good tires. -Drilled and slotted front rotors. -New alternator, radio and speakers. The engine is strong and has plenty of power. The car runs and drives well and gets lots of attention. I'm sure i'm forgetting a few things so please contact me with any questions. Again this is a very nice car for its age and its a good driver that can be taken to shows, however its not perfect. I commute about 100 miles round trip to work in it a few times a week. I have provided detailed pics of the cars flaws, however it does looks great in person and these aren't noticeable.

This is a car that I obtained from my son last year. Since that time, I have replaced the transaxle (good used), the power steering pump, most of the CIS-E components, and had the alternator rebuilt. The battery is also new. The exhaust system was replaced to include the $150 muffler at the back. It has a new gas tank. The car originally had leather seats, but the front ones were shot, so the were replaced with cloth ones in very good condition. The tires on the car are some worn Falken Azenis RT615Ks mounted on stock wheels. Included with this sale are four more Falkens of about 90% life mounted on BMW E30 "bottle cap" wheels. The cool stuff: It has European headlights. The engine has a European intake cam. It has the 50mm intake manifold. It also has a Techtonics Tuning down pipe. It really goes. It sits on sport lowered springs of unknown origin. It handles like a go-kart. The not so cool stuff: AS you can see from the photos, it needs to be painted. The Electro Hydraulic Actuator that sits on the side of the fuel distributor is weak Until the car reached full temperature it tends to stumble. The lower bushing on the steering column needs to be replaced. The AC does not blow cold. The OEM Fuba antenna is not working, so there is no radio. The dash has a lot of cracks in it and the headliner is none to good. I was planning to make a track car out of it, but our track closed so plans are changed. The car is a blast to drive, and while not perfect, I am not asking a perfect price.

Beautiful 1987 VW Sirocco. Odometer reads just under 75K, but exact mileage unknown. All stock/Original. I have owned this car since 2008. The car is driven regularly. Transmission shifts smooth. Car does not smoke. New tires and front struts. Original spare and jax in good condition. All lights, and gauges work. Original radio/cassette works great. All original glass including front windshield. All original interior is incredible. No rips or tears, the dash is in excellent condition, headliner is perfect. (Missing the plastic knob that fits on the passenger seat adjust lever and I cant find the cig lighter) Exterior is above average; Normal wear from driving, no dents, never wrecked, a couple tiny dings but very hard to see, paint is blistering on the driver side door (see pics), plastics are in great shape, wipers work, all lights work, original rear spoiler is very nice. Engine is super smooth, no smoke, does not over heat, no knocking or weird sounds. Starts without any problems. The car does drip a drop or two of oil every once in awhile. A/C is not working. Great heater. Oil always changed every 3000-4000 miles since I have owned. I have always garaged the car and wiped it down any time it has been rained on. The car does not leak when it rains or snows. I would drive the car anywhere without worry. The car needs nothing to be enjoyed. Car comes with original manuals and a uncut original key (pictured). I have never had pets in the car, and the car has never been smoked in. I will try and find the cig lighter...I removed it to connect my ipod. This is one of the nicest old sirocco's I have ever seen. I hate to sell and hope it is purchased by someone who will take great care of it.
