This is vintage, 1967 VW Beetle. It is really a beautiful car and is in fantastic shape! It runs well and has been fully restored. It has a beautiful, red interior and white wall tires. It also has that nice VW smell which only a VW lover will know what I am talking about.I am selling the car because I am not driving it as much as I should and I also have a young child that cannot ride in the car. It would be great to see it go to a home that loves it and appreciates it as much as I do.

This is my adorably cool 1977 sunflower orange vw beetle convertible..I bought this car in the 80's, it always ran beautifully..she purred... but she has been stored since 2001 and is not running now, there is no battery in it. When it was parked it needed a new battery, tires and brakes .. but I do not know what it needs now. The engine is very clean ( look at the pictures) and the oil is clear. This car does have rust..please see the pictures. It will need new floor pans and running boards, and other rust repairs including some on the body, some of the rust though is surface rush which could be sanded down, again look at the pictures. The top (original canvas..not vinyl), trunk, and interior..the seats..door panels, bumpers, lights, chrome.. etc are all in really good shape and original, the headliner needs a little cleaning but is solid, no sagging, will not need to be replaced. I kept any original parts when something was repaired or replaced on this car...ie: radio. Pretty much all it ever needed was a regular oil change and tune up. She was looked after lovingly and drove great. She has 83,406 documented original miles and was always serviced by Northlake VW in Tucker, Georgia, a renowned VW shop or at Jim Ellis VW in Chamblee, Ga., the top VW service departments in the Atlanta area..and I have all of the service records for this car. The original owners manual is still in the dash. I think it will be beautiful with restoration..it was always a little go getter and a head turner...it's great sunflower orange is a sought after color. I love this little car but have kept it stored all these years and never have gotten around to getting it going again..so I am going to let it go. You are welcome to come see it if you want. Anyone willing to invest a little time and money in this awesome little car will be rewarded with a classic beauty. I have a clear title to this car. Today, the Beetle is an equally great starter hobby car, with examples like this 1971 model still available for a very affordable price. It gives you a great old car feel, unparalleled parts and knowledge support, and an undeniable appeal that puts a smile on everyone's face. Simple is good when you're a Beetle fan, and while this lovely Bug shows just the right amount of patina, it also carries a handsome color combination that's just a bit out of the ordinary. Well, light blue isn't all that unusual, but the matching blue cloth interior is seldom-seen. But before we go there, let's take a closer look at the bodywork, which remains quite good. Fit and finish on the lowly Beetle were actually above average, and while rumors of them floating because they sealed up so well were probably slightly exaggerated, there's no denying that this one fits together very well. The early Beetle styling cues such as the small taillights, chrome-rimmed headlights, and simple chrome bumpers are all present and accounted for, and still in great shape. You can tell it's an original Beetle and not a Super Beetle by the flat windshield, and the big chrome bumpers dress it up nicely. If you like the traditional Beetle look, you're going to love this car. As I mentioned, the interior makes this Bug something special, with blue cloth in place of the usual black. The interior is likely original, so it's showing some wear, but nothing critical beyond a small split on the bottom of the driver's seat back and some wear on the lower cushion, all of which I think I'd leave alone. Instrumentation is simple, with a round speedometer with an integrated gas gauge tucked above the odometer. Simple gray carpets with rubber floor mats make it durable, the headliner fits quite well, giving the car a well-tailored look. The trunk area is also correctly finished with proper cardboard liners, a full-sized spare tire that might even be original, and absolutely zero signs of accident damage. If you're looking for a clean Bug, this is it. Mechanically, the Bug is familiar to anyone who has even a passing interest in cars. The air-cooled flat-four starts with the characteristic exhaust note, and under the deck lid shows a lot of originality and recent maintenance. All the heating tubes are in place, which you don't often find on older Beetles, and it looks quite original. Beetles are famous for their bulletproof reliability, and this one is no exception, as it starts every time and drives extremely well. Performance is modest, even with the 4-speed manual transmission, but that's the whole point of an old car: to be transported to a different era. This one still carries its original floor pan, which is solid, and all the original suspension and brake components have been serviced properly over the years. Recently restored steel wheels with bright hubcaps carry skinny blackwall radials with a lot of life left in them. A very clean early Beetle with lots of personality and a great color combination. Get into the hobby today without a big investment. 1963 Volkswagen Beetle Deluxe Sedan Model #113. This car was bought new from Southland Motors Inc. of Chattanooga Tennessee, by a life long friend of the family on October 19, 1962. The original purchase price was $1,846.79. The car was driven by the original owners until it was stored in 1979. They quit driving it because they were unhappy with the brake work that had been recently completed. They stored it inside and elevated off the ground. It stayed in dry storage until 2008, when my dad bought it and had a cosmetic restoration completed, which included new interior, paint, tires and miscellaneous trim pieces. This is an amazing example of an original 1963 Volkswagen. It retains all its original sheet metal, including the rust free floor pans. There's not a spot of rust anywhere on this car, nor was there any before it was painted. It did sustain a minor crash in the front in the mid 60s and you can still see the evidence of those repairs on the underside of the trunk lid and in the spare tire well. We even have the receipt to show when, what was repaired and cost of the repair. The paint is excellent. I wouldn't consider it show quality but its just below show quality, but I'm very particular about cars. I consider show quality to be absolutely perfect. Doesn't have any chips, scratches or dents so it could probably be made show quality perfect by someone with the time and knowledge to do it. This car still has the original engine and appears, according to receipts, to have been rebuilt in April of 1972 at the dealership. It does smoke a little when started and leaks some oil when its parked. Except for the smoke and leak it runs great, just like it did in 1963. Its retains the original 6 volt electrical system and was never converted to 12 volt. The interior is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures. All the gauges work as they should. Glass is original and great. It is missing one wiper blade. I have it but the device to secure it to the car is broken so it won't stay on. The documentation of this car is nothing short of incredible. The original owners kept every receipt since it was new. I have a binder full of receipts that document the history of repairs and maintenance performed from 1963 to 1973. In this binder are all the Georgia registration receipts from 1963 to 1977. I have the original "Service Booklet 1", the sales brochure that show what colors you could buy a Volkswagen in, and a "Hot Rodding the Volkswagen" from the "Hot Rod magazine technical library". Also in the binder is a "Volkswagen Distributors and Dealers" book that gives the VW owner the name and address of every VW dealer in the United States and Canada at the time. A "Volkswagen 1200 1960 to 1965" book. This would be todays equivalent of and owners manual. We have the original "Car Invoice" from Southland Motors Inc. of Chattanooga Tennessee and the paperwork that indicates the port of entry and method of shipment that includes the engine number and the vehicle serial number. We have the original bill of sale and a receipt where the purchaser put a $50.00 deposit on the car on September 7, 1962. We do NOT have a title for it. eBay required that I fill in that section of the description and clear was the most suitable option. Georgia only requires a bill of sale on a car this old. I've got a lot more pictures of it I can email upon request. EBay would only let me put 12 on the ad. It's an excellent 2 owner bug. The original owner drove it till 1979, putting roughly 106,000 miles on it. My dad bought and restored it in 2008 and probably hasn't put 300 miles on it since then. Odometer shows 6,187 miles. All 5 tires were new in 2008. All replacement parts came from Wolfsburg West in California. We recently had everything checked out including the brakes, lights and a tune up. Its ready to go!! $500.00 PayPal deposit due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment due before or at pickup by cash or wire transfer. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping. I plan on selling cars when I retire in about 5 years, so my Ebay rating is important to me. I've tried to describe this car as best I can. If you have a question, ask it and I'll give you an honest answer to the best of my knowledge. The car is not perfect, but for being 52 years old, I consider it to be in excellent condition.

1971 Volkswagen Beetle Type 1 in very good condition. Street restoration was done about 10 years ago at 101,000 miles, car now has 121,275 miles on it. Engine was new crate motor from Mid-America motorworks, new floor pans, complete new interior, new complete brakes including all hydraulic components, drums and hardware, master cylinder and hoses. All new suspension, steering linkage and steering gear as well as torsion springs. Engine is stock with a Weber 2bbl carburetor. Upgraded to alternator. Paint is good in original Clementine orange, but could use refreshing in my opinion. Car was never buffed. Runs and drives excellent with no issues. Tires are very good on EMPI mags. Car will also come with whatever spares I have, which are too numerous to list but include a full set(5) original rims and tires(poor) and hubcaps in good condition as well as a spare EMPI mag. If you have any questions, send a message and I will be happy to answer them. Thanks for looking!!

It's been everywhere and done everything, including, apparently, becoming a desirable collectable. This 1972 Beetle is ample evidence that the days of finding these for pennies on the dollar are long gone, and reminds us that the good ones always represent the best value. This is a lot of car for the money! Volkswagens can wear vivid colors without looking like they're trying too hard, and bright red is a great choice for the personality-laden Beetle. While they're no longer a staple on America's highways, they are still recognized instantly by everyone from tiny children to seniors. This is one of those great cars that effectively blurs the line between restored and original, and it's hard to say whether the paint is amazingly well preserved or just an older repaint. Either way, it has an honest patina to it, a gentle shine that looks right on the curvy old bodywork, and clear evidence that it's been loved. Sure, it's been driven, but what Beetle hasn't, and the overall look is quite appealing. VW fans will be pleased to see the old-style taillights that most prefer, as well as bright chrome bumpers, very nicely preserved rubber running boards (probably the last production car to use them), and just enough stainless trim to make it look right next to the flashy American iron. No major issues or faults, just a clean, honest Beetle that would really respond well to some old-fashioned elbow grease. Basic black was the standard interior for the Beetle, and the high-back buckets wear correct textured vinyl seat covers that seem to wear like granite over the years. Door panels recall an earlier era with built-in map pockets, and the dash remains simple with just a single round speedometer and integral fuel level gauge. The 4-speed gear shift falls easily to hand, and within a few miles you'll have mastered it, vague gates notwithstanding. Snug-fitting window gaskets help it seal up well, although I'm pretty sure the stories of VWs being so tight that they would float in water are an exaggeration. This one really is as basic as they come, including radio delete, but that also means that there's no questionable modifications that seem to plague older Beetles. The carpets are in nice shape, the seat covers are just too nice to be original, and it has a very nicely integrated look throughout the interior. Even the forward trunk area is neatly upholstered in black carpets that dress things up, just a little. Touch the starter and the 1300 cc flat-four springs to life and sounds like a Beetle should. The engine bay is quite tidy, showing off careful maintenance and signs that someone really cared about keeping it in top condition, and you could spend a Saturday afternoon cleaning it up to really make a difference. A single-barrel carburetor with an open-element air cleaner air cleaner is atop a recent carburetor, and all the heater ducts are still in place. It starts easily and idles well, and despite its modest performance, this one feels like it could run forever. The aforementioned 4-speed manual transmission shifts better than most, and with the modular design of the undercarriage, it's easy to replace parts that need help, as there's a brand new floor pan on the passenger's side. Standard steel wheels with shiny hubcaps and trim rings give it a traditional look and are fitted with 165/80/15 Kumho radials, a size that's ideal for the vintage Bug. Don't restore a rusty one, take this clean, fully-sorted Beetle home and just enjoy it.
