I didn't want to price this to the moon. Just what is extremely fair. She is a nice example. Promise. *Red with Tan Convertible Top, and what Pontiac called Light Taupe Leather Trim Interior, in great condition and allowing for normal wear on Driver Seat Side bolster, and infamous small split on top of each door panel. (see pictures) * LS1 aluminum V8, with Automatic O/D Transmission, with both operating flawlessly, including quiet rear end as well.* 1 Lady owner from new through early this year. Garaged through 2006, then in Carport.* 88k Unmolested Miles * Never modded or abused. * Runs like a true Muscle Car, but with fantastic Fuel Mileage, and Handling * Cold Air Conditioning (Heat, Defroster, Vents, all operating nicely* Excellent Taupe (tan) Top, with excellent rear glass, and operating flawlessly * Factory Stereo CD/Cassette (with Factory Trunk Mounted 10-Disc CD) all working with no speaker crackles * All Power: Windows, Door Locks, Driver Seat, Power Driver and Passenger Articulating bolsters,* Tilt Steering, Electric Outside Mirrors, Cruise, Power Top, Courtesy Lamps, Etc. * Both sets of Factory Keys with 2 working Key Fobs* Owner's Manual and Wheel Lock Key * Just serviced with Trans Fluid/Filter change, Engine Oil & Filter and A/C Service * Recent Brakes and Battery in October 2014. Both Excellent * BF Goodrich G-Force Tires are 1 year old * Always well maintained, and Runs like a champ, and engine quiet with nice sounding performance burble out of the factory Exhaust tips. Transmission shifts flawlessly. * No rust! see pic of under door sill on Drivers door. Clean and dry undercarriage as well.* Drives tight, and always a Clean Flat Roads driven SE Florida car, so no Rust, Salt or beat up suspension from consistent older patched roads. ( I mention this because I'm originally from the northeast) * Paint shines nicely, and allowing for normal chips, shows some paint wear in some spots on rear factory fiberglass spoiler only, but you'd have to bend down and look a bit to see them. (I can provide pics.* Nice way to enjoy the upcoming Summer Cruise Ins, and Shows. She is Stock, so you can make it the way you like down the road. Fly down, or bus in here to SE Florida, and drive her home for the upcoming Cruise-In Events, Car Gatherings, etc. NOTE: I have copy of high score Autocheck dated this past April, and displays two owners, and shows that original owner had an extended warranty for many years, and of course, the GM dealership always found something to do. So it also shows dealer servicing through the years. Original owner also backed into someone's quarter panel in a parking lot in 2005, and a police report was filed so there wouldn't be any scams, Autocheck displaying NO damage is included in my pictures. I feel that these these Trans Am's are a way to drive your money if you keep it nice, as they haven't made these in 13+ years. { Look, I truly love old school 1964-'72 Muscle Cars, but these LS1 cars are known to run 13 second 1/4 miles in all factory stock trim, which puts approx. 90% of the "Old School" also showroom stock Muscle Cars to shame. Or at least in the rear view mirror. JMO } Note: This is the 3rd year for the LS1 engine, originating with the 1997 Corvette C5. Also, 2nd year for the LS1 in a Pontiac Firebird Trans Am or Formula, and I understand the 1999+ ECM (computers) are the better generation for any tuning enhancements, though this car has never been touched.
