This is a great project car. I have the dash out and ready to be sent in to be rebuilt. The car is still driveable if needed to be driven up on a trailer. I have all of the screws and guages in order for the dash. It does have air conditioning but it is not hooked up. Like I said this is a project car, a good one. It runs and drives great.

The car looks to be in original paint. The paint is very faded and old with the Special Edition decals faded right into the paint. Because the paint does appear to be original it's obvious that there was never any damage repair to this car. It appears straight and sits level on its wheels. I drove this car in many years ago. The engine is not the original block. It is a 400 Pontiac which is what the car should have. I was told the engine was rebuilt and it did run fine but I would put no trust in the previous owner's statement. I have not started it in the last eight years as I would have taken the engine in to be freshened at least. The body is solid. The little rust that there is can be corrected with those little $30 patch panels from Performance Years. The front floors are rusty as there was obviously water standing in them at some point. In my opinion the t-tops leaked as you can see the water line on the inside of the front floors. It's only the very bottoms. The rears are fine and are clean with paint showing. The trunk will require a small patch. Frames are clean. Still covered in paint. It will need a shaker assembly as I used it on a different car. My shop is a heated shop with concrete floors. The air is circulated and dried. The car has not deteriorated since I bought it and brought it home. My intent was to resto mod this one as I already have a 77 SE with 20k original miles on it. This car is a reasonably easy restoration project. It's has no unusual or any power options. It is a W-72 4 speed SE. Please contact me for additional pictures or information. We purchased this car and were told it has a performance built 455 but we have no paperwork to back that up. Great oil pressure and rock solid temperature. Rebuilt Quadrajet.Also told it has a freshly rebuilt Super T10 4 speed but have no paperwork to back that up either. Shifts nice and smooth with no noises. The rearend is a 3:42 posi. This car has lots of power and is very fast. Tires are in great shape and have lots of tread. They are wide with 255-60-15’s up front and 275-60-15’s in the rear. It has a new starter and brand new 2 ½ inch true dual exhaust. Inside the car everything works except the clock. Seats and carpet are in good shape. This is a non T-Top car which is more rare and it has a sunroof installed. Stereo is aftermarket and works but the speakers are in the trunk un-mounted. The floor boards have had amateur repairs done and there is rust in the passenger side rear frame rail. The body is rust free. As far as the paint job, we did not do it! This is not a show car, but it is a great running driver that just needs a paint job. Please come view and test drive this car if you can. Please assume nothing and ask any and all questions.
