Its an 8 out of 10 car in and out, has 2 small paint chips between the tops about the size of a dime, has scratch on pass side door which will be fixed upon purchase. Has good original headliner inlay and trim that's good but needs cloth headliner replaced. Has a crack on the drivers side dash, only crack on the dash. Now for the good. Fresh 455 pontiac from a 76 4 speed trans am can verify thru block #'s, headers, intake, rebuilt quad carb. Th350 with manual valve body, factory 342 gear posi 4 wheel disc high option y84 s.e. I've replaced the instrument lights with blue led's they're much brighter. Seats front and back are terrific pass side has 1 seam loose. This is a very rare loaded 1988 Real Deal GTA with a 350 LT1 that was just rebuilt running over 400 hp. You tune this one with a Lab Top Guys and when you turn up the fuel injectors to 40 pounds it becomes a Real Monster.Its got a 700R built trans & the org.3.27 stock rear end and the and with the Hurst Ratchet i just love it. The long tube Hooker Headers sound great.If i dont sell it ill replace the Z28 15 inch wheels back to stock gold wheels and steering wheel,wing and recover the drives seat and that about all it needs. i did order the correct side door moldings that will be on the car as soon as it gets here.It was always garage kept and there is no rust anywhere and all of the org. emblems are present and not faded out.It also has the GTA leather glove pouch on the pass side in great shape and the non leaking t-tops cover is like new. I took a 400 mile trip from Nashville to West Tn last Tuesday and loved it just getting her broken in and it got about 22 mpg.Its sitting on 15 inch Z28 wheels with new tires and has the stock 4 wheel disc brakes that are also new in the ft. and have 50% left in the back.It fires right up with the red top Optima battery and has 60 pounds of oil pressure and runs good and cool with the adjustable electric fan.All the lights and gadges work and is a Blast to drive.Who ever wins it will be Very Glad they did..I do have the clear and clean TN. Up for sale is my 1978 Pontiac Trans Am. Ive had it for about 2 years now but can no longer afford to continue to restore it. Car runs very well, I used it as a daily driver for a short time. To the best of my knowledge, it has no major mechanical problems. The paint is only about a year old. There are a couple of small chips in it. Dash is in good shape with no cracks. I have the rear Trans Am decal that goes above the license plate but i have never put it on. There is a kill switch wired into it under the dash. Feel free to email with any questions. I have my 1977 Trans Am for sale. We have the PHS on the car and it rolled out of the factory in 1977 in Starlight Black, Black vinyl Interior, the performance cam (rated 220hp), Power steering, Power brakes, and a 4 speed. It now has an interior that is both black and tan and is now painted Martinique Blue, which is a 1978 only color. The transmission was swapped by the previous owner to a turbo 400 with a shift kit and new main seals. Non-numbers matching motor is a rebuilt Pontiac 400 that came out of another 1977 Pontiac. Has a brand new Holley 650 double pumper with an electric choke and a brand new HEI distributor sitting on top of an Edelbrock air gap intake. The drivetrain is very solid, no leaks or issues and pulls great. I changed the oil with full synthetic right after I bought the car, which was around 500 miles after both drivetrain rebuilds. I've redone the entire exhaust with ceramic coated long tube headers, 2.5 inch pipe and 12 inch glasspacks done at the local exhaust shop in downtown Franklin. It has a normal amount of rust for the year, the trunk and front floorpans are good but the rear passenger floorpans need replaced. Also some rust under doors. Brand new brake job, but one of the front rotors is slightly warped but only noticeable when stopping from 40+ mph. It still stops very well at all speeds regardless. The dash could use re-wiring, because the backlight illumination and some of the gauges aren't working. Recently the speedometer cable melted to the header, so a brand new one is in and tied away from the header but still needs to be connected. Vintage CB radio from 1980 that works. 3:31 gears in a 10 bolt rear end. It is a great driver quality car, but could still use some interior work (see photos). Solid car for a restoration, pro touring project, or just a driver like I used it for. Remember this was an all black 4 speed car. Thanks and feel free to ask any questions.

Excellent condition trans am. Runs and drives great. It is also very fixable. Hood is still good but is cracked. Headlights, fenders, and bumper have to be replaced, Both airbags deployed. Turns right over, has a small exhaust leak. I've driven the car around the block without an issue. Very good for a donor car if you want to do an ls1 swap. This car is bone stock and unmolested. Stock internals, stock intake, and even a stock cat back exhaust system.
