This American classic from the muscle car era is black on black with the much desired glass T-Top option. The fully restored Trans Am's with the factory installed, numbers matching, Oldsmobile V8 6.6 and not the regular Pontiac 400 are very rare to find. Especially with the fully loaded Trans Am package-- T-Tops, larger motor, ice cold A/C, toasty heater, factory power windows, power locks, snow flake rims, on and on! $12,000 in upgrades were just, just done to get the car ready for Cruising On The Coast and car shows! Recent important upgrades include professionally rebuilt motor and rebuilt numbers matching transmission, new old stock exhaust manifold with brand new exhaust system (dual Flow Masters) custom installed with chrome flare tips, complete all new A/C system and parts, new radiator, tires, and battery. The factory replica radio is on back order with Classic Industries, but will be mailed to the new owner as soon as I get it. Too much great things to list, but everything was replaced or restored down to the frame and body bushings on this once in a lifetime car. All work was professionally done and now has a super clean custom leather interior, custom instrument bezel restored in Kentucky, new door panels, new headliner, new steering wheel (needs to be installed), new door seals, and new carpet throughout. Drives and sounds wonderful with the new exhaust system! This Trans Am was covered and kept in a garage. The cover and many extras will come with the car! Over 36k invested from the barn rescue, repairs, upgrades, and custom restoration work. Most all receipts will come with the car. Our family intended this T/A to be a crowd pleaser for car shows, but it can be equally impressive out on the road! 1979 Trans Am, 10th Anniversary. This beauty received a high quality frame off restoration and is one of 7,500 made. No expense spared. Nothing but top shelf parts installed form front to back. New suspension, for wheel disc brakes, 8,000 miles on entire rebuild. It has a 700 R4 transmission with a shift kit and a 2,000 stall. The engine is a 455 Oldsmobile, 424hp big block. It has a balanced rotating assembly, roller rockers, Lunati cam, all the goodies. Super reliable ready to go anywhere in style with allot of smiles per gallon. All new a/c, heat, rubber seals, and interior. You won't have to worry about any water leaking inside. Original doors, fenders, and quarter panels but the hood is new. No rust, new trunk pan. The car was stripped down to bare metal, very little bondo. The car was primed with direct to metal primer. Refinished the car in expensive base and clear coat, then recleared for a deep wet gloss.
