This is a 1969 Pontiac Firebird with a factory 4.1 liter overhead cam 6 cylinder motor. The motor is free and was running 1 month ago on a bottle of gas. The car will come with the proper paper work to obtain a valid New York State Transferable Registration. Please call 845-522-9229 with any questions. I am the second owner, I bought the car in 1999. I had one minor accident and that is when the front clip was changed over to the Trans Am front. Check engine is on, it's for the emission sensor. There is oil in the radiator, possible head gasket. Needs the AC compressor replaced. Rear hatch is leaking. Transmission was rebuilt two years ago. The car will crank up and run. Has been parked for two months with weekly crank up and drove around the yard.

I am the second owner of this car. I purchased it in 1979. I had the interior re-done a few years ago and a fresh coat of paint as well. The paint matches the original color of goldenrod yellow body with a white hard top. The engine runs and is the original stock engine. This car is an excellent project car for dropping a new engine in it. It doesn't have air conditioning, a radio, or a glovebox, but is otherwise in good shape for it's age. It also needs to have new weather stripping installed.
