The hood is steel and scoop is fiber glass.The transmission is a rebuilt 700 r4 W/ Overdrive, B&M Shifter. The Car comes with a new reverse pattern valve body. Overall this car is CLEAN and FAST. The cars Odometer shows 57,183 miles but the rebuilt engine has only 100 miles on it as does the rebuilt transmission. I would like to show pictures of the under carriage too but I have no access to a lift at the moment. I can say that the under carriage is very clean and solid. No rot. This car also a sub-frame connector making the car much stronger than without out. The only minor flaw are some small paint chips on the rear corner bumper and on the Fiber Glass hood scoop which can be seen in the pictures. The pictures came out just as the car looks in person. 1999 Pontiac Firebird 117K Miles V6 3.8L E ngine Radio has a custom auxiliary port built in. Flowmaster exhaust with double dual exhaust pipes. Brand new belt tensioner with new tubes installed. New battery New sun visors - no sun damage at all. New custom cut rubber floor mats. (I still have the original ones as well) I'm also including an extra passenger side window and a Kicker Comp Subwoofer. The car is in good condition but recently has had a random misfire that comes and goes. My mechanic said it's because I don't drive it often and it will need a tune up. Hello eBay, I am selling my 1974 Pontiac firebird formula 350. The car has been recently restored. The original engine was removed from the car and gone through when it had about 65k miles on it. At that point in time I installed Edelbrock aluminum heads, intake manifold, caqrburator, fuel pump, cam. The bottom end still retains stock crank, rods, pistons as they were all in excellent condition, I just wanted to get some more horse power out of it. (motor now has about 2k miles on it) I still have the original cylinder heads and intake manifold that will go with the car when it sells. When the motor was rebuilt I also had the original trans. rebuilt with heavy duty clutches at a local transmission shop. It is a turbo 350 trans. I cleaned up and painted the engine compartment and sub frame in the front and put new brakes on the car all the way around. Also installed a new brake booster and master cylinder. (has front disc brakes) I also purchased a set of brand new rally II wheels that are 15's and put on brand new bfg radial t/a's. (tires are not worn at all) The underneath of this car is clean and rust free and it was undercoated since new. The car was always stored in a garage and has never been in bad weather since new. All body panels are original and were rust free before I repainted the car. Just had your average parking lot dings here and there as you would expect on a 41 year old car. It was repainted with high quality basf r-m base coat clear coat paint, in the original Denver gold color. The interior is very, very clean and it is all original!!!! with the exception of one small rubbed through spot on the drivers seat back. It is even the original carpet. The car still retains the original Delco am/fm radio which works well, plus an original optional 8 track radio which works well! The car was also optioned with rally gauges. New leaf springs and shocks installed. The car drives and handles well and it only has 67k miles on the body, Previous owner had it for 25 years, I've had it for about 6 now. The only thing this car would need is the speedo gear changed as I haven't had the time to buy it and install. it needs to be changed because it reads higher as I had 3.23 gears installed. Up for auction is a original 1969 Pontiac Firebird 400 4 speed car, that came with power front disc brakes, power steering, 10 bolt posi-traction rear end, and hood tach as some of the options. Exterior color of car was originally midnight green with dark green interior, with a wood grain 4 speed console. I bought this car in 1993. At that time it needed a full restoration however it did run and drive and the engine was rebuilt. The restoration was started in 1993 with full disassembly of the car. Floors were replaced, front end was all rebuilt with all new brakes, bushings, and bearings on the front suspension. New brake lines, new rear suspension bushings, and the underside was sprayed with POR 15. The engine got painted, and the Muncie 4-speed got refreshed, new clutch and pressure plate was installed. The body was media blasted then epoxy primed and prepped for the body work to start. Unfortunately this is where the work stopped on the car. It sat in the garage at this stage for many years, then it was forced out of the garage and has sat outside the last few years. The car comes with new front and rear chrome bumpers, rocker panels, 400 hood, a front fender patch panel, and more new parts that where bought for the car. The car is pretty solid, floors are good, the original trunk floor is still good, and the frame rails are solid. It will need quarter panels, rocker panels which are included, a upper dash panel, fenders and doors need body work, one spot on the roof as shown in pictures. The M21 Muncie 4 speed and the rear end are original numbers matching to the car, and the 400 block is a original 1969 block but not numbers matching to the car. Has a clear NY state registration.
