We have decided to sell our beloved 1985 300D Mercedes Turbo Diesel that will run all day and all night on diesel or bio-diesel and/or waste vegetable and get 25 to 30 mpg. These cars are known to get over a million miles and this beauty has just 175,000 miles. She has been serviced regularly and is a safe and reliable daily driver. This specific car has been the subject of discussion on many radio shows as well as been featured in News paper articles. Essentially this 300D has been used in the Real Estate Industry. My wife who is the primary driver is an Evergreen award winner meaning, she is a Nationally recognized GREEN realtor. We have owned this vehicle for about 7 years and we purchased it as a promotional tool specifically to run on Diesel and/or Waste vegetable oil that I myself would process from my home. In order for us to use this Mercedes along side a brand new Mercedes we needed to first find the very best 1985 Mercedes 300D available. Obviously we could not drive a well used 25 year old Mercedes Diesel in South Orange County. This vehicle had to be showroom condition and it was.....and still is today! After a very long search we found what we believe to be one of the very best in the country at the time and we found it right here in California. We purchased the Mercedes from a Mercedes Engineer and was carefully covered in dry storage for many years. The rest is history About the car... This 300D is in, close to like new condition, excellent inside and out as well as mechanically. It was repainted 6 years ago, there are no scratches or dings and the paint shines. The roof was showing a flat spot so it was just painted last week by the same shop that we have used for years. There are a couple of tiny blemishes in the paint but I would give it a 9.5 out of 10. Interior is also 9.5+ out of 10, no tears in seats, no splits in the dash, wood trim is exceptional 2 sets of OEM Carpets are included in Black and tan, exceptional. Naturally, The Black set is more practical so the tan set we removed and kept stored. Mechanical New brakes and slotted rotors front and back were just installed about 100 miles ago. Radiator was replaced at 150,000 miles Complete new OEM Mercedes Compressor dryer and AC system installed at 150,0000 AC Blows cold. In addition to the regular Diesel tank, there is a 10 gallon tank in the trunk that takes, Diesel, Vegetable Oil or Bio diesel. The processing equipment comes with the vehicle however you can choose what you would like to run this car on....your choice!.....Recently we just went finished 300 gallons of vegetable oil so we have been filling both the rear tank and the regular gas tank with Diesel for huge fuel range. It is very difficult to describe this car because it is such a beautiful and exceptional example. It really needs to be seen and I can assure you this has to be one of the best 1985 Mercedes 300D on the market today. The price I am asking is very low and it includes all the WVO processing Equipment that I have about $2000 into. There is also over $1000 of work into the vehicle to enable it to run on the optional fuels. "The equipment was installed by a Diesel Engineer in Torrance" This is a car that you can drive and easily maintain for many years to come and still sell for as much or more than you paid for it. Its a no brainer of an investment. The bad!....Its a very short list. there is a loose wire in the harness that runs through the grommet in the drivers side rear passenger door. Therefor the driver and rear right side passenger window is not rolling down. This did happen about 6 years ago and cost $75 to fix. It seems to have come loose again. I have not had time to have it looked at because it was in the paint shop. The rear window tint is starting haze, I believe we were told this would happen eventually when they installed it due to the rear window defroster....I believe was what they told us at the time. The other windows are perfect its just the rear window. This Mercedes has been worked on in the past by Hi-line Mercedes out of Orange, CA and they have told us this is one of the very best they have ever seen. I believe this particular car was loaded with every available option at that time, Automatic Sunroof, Cruise control, etc. Feel free to contact me with questions or more specific photos that you may want taken.. Following is the information on the WVO Equipment.. WVO Waste Vegetable Oil cleaning processing equipment I have here my Custom designed WVO, Waste Vegetable Oil processing equipment. It was designed and built in around 2010 and there was a story on it in the Orange County Register. Here is the link: ocregister.com/articles/oldroyd-328327-car-oil.html There are 2 x insulated 55 gallon drums with drum heaters. The first drum on the right side allows you to pour really nasty vegetable oil and let it settle while the contaminants sink to the bottom where upon there is a waste discharge valve to pour waste from the lower level. If you choose to speed up the process the drum heater will heat the oil very quickly to where it is steaming hot and very fine and again the waste will sink to the bottom very quickly. When the 55 gallons are ready there is a transfer pump on the lower right that will pump the oil into the left side drum. There is a drum heater on the left side drum too. The process is a centrifuge system using centrifugal force similar to the centrifuge on a big rig that cleans the air brake fluids. The centrifuge is powered by a second pump which pulls from the bottom and cycles around and discharges at the top. The second pump can process about 55 gallons in about 25 minutes but in turn it can clean the oil down to just one or two Microns depending how many times you polish or cycle the oil. Typically I will cycle it 4 or 5 times. When the oil is ready we have a 3rd pump which is the middle pump, this pushes the oil through a water separator and then through a final 10 micron sock type filter in the blue canister, through the filter out of the gas pump trigger and hose. The system works beautifully and will polish oil very much finer than a cartridge or filter system. All in all I have around $2000 plus in parts. Everything works flawlessly. This system will process thousands of gallons of fuel with very little maintenance and pay for itself in no time. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE PURCHASED AND SOLD SEVERAL PERSONAL CARS AND MOTORCYCLES ON EBAY SO I AM COMFORTABLE ACCOMODATING A SHIPPER BEINT TO MY LOCATION TO PICK UP VEHICLE AND WVO EQUIPMENT. 1983 Mercedes 300 D turbo Diesel This 300 D is in good condition, the car is White over blue MB tex interior. The following is the work scope performed within the last 4000 miles within a five (5) year period:The engine and transmission were removed. The engine was completely disassembled, inspected and reassembled; replacing the following components: Cylinder head and gasket, timing chain and tensioner, guide rails as necessary. A complete engine re-seal was done: replacing the water pump & thermostat, all coolant hoses, all new oil cooler lines, motor mounts, vacuum hoses. Transmission: The transmission was completely disassembled, inspected and overhauled and reassembled replacing the transmission cooler lines, transmission mount, transmission modulator valve.The drive shaft was removed and inspected. The front and rear drive shaft flex disc, center support and bearing were replaced. The brake system: Replaced rear brake hoses, rotors, pads and brake hoses.Front brake pads rotors, brake hoses, repacked wheel bearings and right, front brake caliper. Replenished all brake fluids with ATE DOT 4. Completely rebuilt the front end, replacing the following parts: Upper and lower control arm bushings, lower ball joints, brake reaction bushings, driver's side upper control arm, alignment, four brand new 205/70 R14 Sumo tires and chrome wheels.A/C system: new compressor, all new a/c hoses, expansion valve, receiver dryer bottle and converted to R134-A.Interior: The dashboard was replaced with a NOS dashboard and overhead control panel. All of the windows function properly, both rear window regulators and motors were replaced. Now for the bad; but not terrible: The paint is starting to peel on the roof and the trunk. The driver's seat has a tear. The vacuum door locks work but will need repair. Asking 7500.00 OBO. Up for your consideration is this beautiful 1980 Mercedez-Benz 300-Series 300SD Turbo Diesel. Overall, the car is in pretty good condition. Although needing some general touch ups here and there, it runs beautifully. The top has a small dent and there are visible scratches on the vehicle. There are imperfections in some of the upholstery and there's a small crack in the windshield located towards the center right. This car has only 191k miles despite being 35 years old. Driven a few times on my property since being in my possession for about a year. This car still has a long life ahead of her. All this beauty needs is a little cosmetic love. 1971 Mercedes Benz 300SEL 6.3 sedan, DB350 Blue with 255 parchment leather, S/N 10901812004764, M100 6.3 litre V8 engine, floor shift automatic transmission, factory sunroof, air suspension. This project is not our daily cup-of-tea but we had to buy it to get another car we really wanted. The air suspension stays up overnight and longer, the 6.3 runs, drives and stops, the sunroof operates, the paint is older and in average condition and as you can see, the exterior trim and interior needs to go back in. This is a beautiful car but I took it to the mechanic and was told the injectors were giving problems. My wife bought a new SUV and I drove this car for a short time after that and then it would not start at work one day. I had it towed to my house and since I don't need the car decided to not fix it and just sell it. The car will turn over but not crank. The car has a new set of tires and the rear suspension has been rebuilt and rides like a dream. Being a Mercedes the car is loaded with all the luxury items and is a nice car if fixed. I have owned the car for one and a half years and my wife loved driving it and decided to get a Mercedes SUV because she likes to be up higher when driving. The previous owner put a used engine with 81,000 miles on it before I purchased it. The car also gets great fuel mileage upper 20's.

Car is in good condition with a few scratches, very little rust. Car has never been in a collision. Running lights are working, shroud is chipped but intact. Tires need to be replaced soon as well as front brakes. Engine runs quite well with good compression and has good acceleration. Radiator has pinhole leak at top of radiator (recent). Interior is in good shape with some worn areas. Pneumatic door locks work fine as well as sun roof. Heat works well, needs new AC compressor. Dash lights have a short in the solenoid. Odometer acts up on really cold days until warmed up. Car has been in our family since the mid 90's, purchased in North Carolina. Car body is in great shape with very little rust, a "must see". . .

There is a slight split of the leather in the seam of the back seat and the pocket behind the drivers seat could use a repair. Up for sale is my 1983 Mercedes-Benz 300d. 5 cylinder turbo-diesel. Completely rust-free except for 1 small spot lower driver side rear quarter [shown in last picture]. All 4 jacking points are perfect as seen in the pictures and the floors, trunk are also rust-free. This was a southern car till about 6 years ago and never driven in northern winters. I am the 3rd owner with my dad being the 2nd. He purchased from the original owner. Please check out the Autocheck report which speaks for itself. Body is laser straight except for a couple dings on the deck lid. The paint is 100% factory original, never wrecked. Currently has a transmission problem and needs motor mounts. Starts right up every time. Engine is strong and I have a stack of maintenance records 3 inches thick. Interior is nice without any rips in the seats. Headliner is perfect. The transmission shifts hard and sometimes has problems going up hills. Title is free and clear and in my name. $100 Paypal deposit required within 24 hrs of auction ending. Very nice, very clean, low mileage 1981 Mercedes 300D. 5 Cylinder diesel engine. Car starts up and runs great even in the bitter cold and after sitting fo a long time. I have had several of this model cars and this is by far the prettiest I have owned, and in the best shape. There are some minor rust spots, and blemishes that I would address if I were keeping it. I bought the car close to two years ago and have only put a couple thousand miles on it. 79,683 miles Interior, underneath, trunk, and engine compartment are all clean. Good brakes, exhaust, and Michelin tires. Car has dash board cover over original dash. A/C does not work. Clean Title. You won't find one much nicer than this one. Mechanics: The car has had all fluids changed, Valve adjustments and filters changed.many of the Vacuum lines have been changed and everything in the engine compartmenthas been well maintained and pampered. All 4 brakes have been completely overhauled with new Rotors and pads. The transmission is shifting normally and everything in drive train is responding as it should. the front suspension has been replaced with Gabriel's and i have the two for the back. It Only Has 141K Miles and has also had many hoses replaced to avoid leaks. The car leaks no Oil from anywhere.(****have recently cleaned the entire gas tank and all the fuel Lines to avoid clogging,was about a 400 dollar job***) Body:The body has had a complete body paint job worth about 4,000-5,000 dollars.all the trims have been replaced so there will be no leaks anywhere. was restored to the originalchampagne color. This is car is accident free and clean title in hand. The head lights havebeen replaced with EURO spec lights. New Tires and newly painted Original Wheels.All the windows work Flawlessly and the interrior is in immaculate condition as seen in the pictures. The Cons:Has no A/C, But has been converted to R134 (***I have bought the A/C kit to replace all the components***)Sunroof doesn't work The car will include:Gabriel's Rear suspensionAutomatic Transmission Vacuum modulate (For smoother Shifting)Oil Filter This car has been very well taken care of and pampered. It is very rare to find one in this great of Condition. These cars are known to last forever if properly cared for and maintained.I'm looking on getting 9k or better offer. Light blue 1979 classic Mercedes Benz 300D 4-door sedan. Never wrecked, no rust, paint in excellent condition, seats also in excellent condition, battery removed when taken off the road, needs a new radiator, electric windows and air conditioning need work. Electric sun roof works. Good tires. Smoke free environment. Purchased the vehicle from a Mercedes dealership where original owner had traded it in with only 12,000 miles on it.
