I have owned this car for 38 years, we are moving to a 55 plus retirement community were all your cars have to be park in the garage, not in the driveway or the street.I am going to let the pictures tell the story. Here is my description to go along with it. This is a wonderful vehicle, and I really don't like selling it, but I have too! The car shows well. Was repainted at some point in its life. Paint is not perfect, but still very nice. Two very small blisters behind the driver side door, and that's it!Paint color is Pimento Red. The car runs great!! myself and Randy Zoller of Heritage Motersports has done all the service on this car for years.119,579 org. miles Car originality came from Ohio and had been undercoated and zbarth coming off the show room floor.This is a Calif. car, and has been for 39 years! Drives very smooth, no squeaks or creaks.. Engine compartment and trunk extremely clean. Car has Elect. Ignition. Oil Filter AdapterOil Cooler Top is a Harts-fast Top (I think that's how you spill it) in very nice shape.I paid $500 for it a number of years ago, I think they cost around $1,000 to day! Lecarra steering wheel. Quad/Anza exhaust sounds amazing. Aftermarket Blaupunkt Stereo Radio. Michlin tires are brand new. Tonneau Cover, Top Boot plus a Bra and a Car Cover is in like new condition. Comes with Haynes and Clymer Publications for Triumphs manual . It's a joy to drive and to own! This is a great looking, rust free, well maintained, TR6 that is very reliable and drives extremely well. This TR is very original, wearing an older repaint and a very nice interior. It has been well cared for and is rust free with no sign of ever having accident damage. The car appears to retain its original floor pans and other metal. It wears an older repaint and still shows very well. The car has been driven and enjoyed so there are a few minor blemishes in the paint. A couple paint chips have been touched up and are shown in the pictures. All of the panel gaps line up as they should. The glass is in great shape with no pitting or cracks. All of the chrome and bright work are in good condition with no major blemishes. A set of Yokohama tires were recently installed. Overall, the exterior of this Triumph is in good condition. The beautiful beige interior appears to be original and shows very nicely. The seats are very supportive and feel great to sit in. The carpet is in excellent condition with very little signs of wear. The door panels appear to be original and show a little wear. The convertible top is in great shape with no tears or cracks. The windows are easy to see out of and are not yellowing. The top does have one small split in it that has been patched and does not let the outside elements in. The dash wood is in very good shape with no cracking or delaminating. A modern AM/FM/CD radio was added and works as it should. The dashboard features the correct Smiths gauges with all gauges working. The windows operate as they should. The interior of this car is in superb condition and is a great place to spend the weekend driving up your favorite twisty roads! Mechanically the car is as good as it looks and runs like a top. There is no smoke on start up or while driving, and the motor has great oil pressure. As with most British cars, this TR6 does drip a couple drops of oil. The Triumphs inline 6 engine has plenty of power to accelerate this lightweight car with ease and sounds amazing. The engine is mated to a 4speed transmission that shifts great through all the gears. The suspension was gone through with all the bushings, springs, etc replaced. This is a great running and driving car that never skips a beat. The steering is nice and tight. The brakes have been completely rebuilt and the car stops with ease. Overall, this car is mechanically sound and ready to be driven. The TR6 is an excellent weekend toy or daily driver. This is a great chance to own a very nice TR6 at a reasonable price before they sky rocket like early TRs are starting to! This is a one owner gem. This car was won at auction a few months ago from an English man from the Netherlands..... but unfortunately he was unable to purchase and refused to contact me so that we could address why he could not follow up on his obligation. There for we will NOT be offering this up for overseas buyers...You have to send 1,000.00 US dollars NON REFUNDABLE (PayPal) upon close of this auction and must come and get this car yourself. This car was immediately put under cover and back into the sellers garage when it was obvious that this man was not going to follow up with us. I have tons of pictures...went stem to stern with a fine tooth comb...(Flashlight screw driver.) We even put it up on a lift and this car is bone dry, never been in a wreck.. and found the underside to have absolutely no rust.....This auction is going to be inside the states and must have your own trailer...or resources to retrieve the TR6.We have a clear NM title in hand and a huge lot of extra goodies that go with it...all the receipts and original receipt of sale...
