This is a "one of a kind TR 6". 5 year frame on restoration. Purchased the car in 2009. Car had been housed in a barn in Va. when I purchased it. The only rust of any kind that was found when purchased, was located in the small patch panel area in the front lower fender.Only one had 3 pin holes, but both sides were leaded in and replaced. Car was completely dismantled, all fenders, doors, trunk, hood, rear deck stripped to bare metal. Metal in all floor, trunk, deck areas rock solid. Entire inside of tub was sanded and primed with POR15 rust proofing. Entire under side of car was sanded and also POR15 treated. All inner fenders were undercoated. 1976 Triumph TR 6 with 43,200 original miles. Fair but complete, including all of the hard to find emissions components that are so important In the show car arena. Car has rare factory overdrive and is perfectly mechanically sound. One very nice 1976 Factory Overdrive Triumph TR6 in Pimento Red with Black interior..Much money has been spent on this car to bring it to get in...turn key and drive.....and drive it does!.Goes down the road true with no wandering and no vague steering as a New steering rack was installed along with New tie rod ends and ball joints.All new brakes,lines,pads,shoes,cylinders and e-brake works and holds !!!......Electronic Ignition installed along with the Spin off oil filter adapter kit which makes oil changes a breeze....This is a 76 and all pollution and EGR rubbish has been removed...Car is running on New Coker red line tyres and a New Stainless Steel Exhaust system from front to back is fitted along with a NEW aluminum Gas tank....Paint is nice and still looks good (painted approx 10 years ago)..Very nice chrome front and rear bumpers with no dings/dents or rust.Even has nice tail lamp housings.Chassis has had a very competent repair at the usual training arm section and is probably stronger than when new... This is a beautiful well sorted 1974 Triumph TR6. The vehicle has had quite a bit of service and repairs done, also has a 5-speed transmission installed, the kit was supplied by HVDAThe gauges were removed and all green diffusers were removed and gauges cleaned and now you can see gauges at night. The owner had up install a early style TR250-tr6 ignition on the dash for easy operation. Old style ignition lock still in place for security. We found factory wheels and painted them and installed all new trim rings - caps and lug nuts along with new tires which includes a new spare. We have made this vehicle very reliable and easy to drive. As with any older car there a few small dings on the rear bumper and over rider. Also has a few oil drips from engine area as we can see. 1974 Triumph TR6, I have owned since 2011 from Scottsdale, Az. This car is mechanically superb and runs and drives exceptionally well with perfect road behavior and is pure fun to drive, all of the instruments are functioning correctly. The body appears very nice with normal gaps and some minors paint touch-up to some stone chips. This car has been garaged since mechanical restoration. This TR6 is a complete car that currently does not run but could easily. Car was parked a few years ago and garage stored, Gas Tank removed for cleaning and the ignition key was lost. The motor turns over easily by hand and the only issue with engine is that the rubber diaphragms in the carbs are frozen up. Otherwise getting running is a matter of putting the gas tank back in properly and getting an ignition key. The frame is extremely solid, the body is in great overall condition with rust bubbling on back edge of trunk deck, a rust spot over LH tail light and a rust spot on top side of both LH and RH rocker panels. Needs a battery and tire change would be recommend as the tires look good but are old. Need to find the bolts to mount gas tank. The RH rear fender or wheel well shoes a rust hole. The soft top is all there but needs replaced. seats useable if cleaned up, door panels need replaced. This car is noted to be extremely solid frame wise and especially in that first spot that goes where trailers meet the frame its still 100% condition wise. Please see side photos show the door gaps looking right where they should be. Rear bumper and trunk tub show denting where someone backed into an oopsey, there is another used rear bumper section but it shows some issues as well, it will be included but you will probably still need to find one, the rear bumper ends show some rust but there is an extra set of those in much more acceptable condition and a set of rear bumper brackets. Radiator holds water and looks useable but not well maintained. Battery box looks replaced, the air cleaner box is missing. The car looks to have been a chocolate brown color and was repainted over 10 years ago. Car was parked the last few years ago and garage stored, Gas Tank removed for cleaning and the ignition key was lost. The extra Parts that come with this triumph that are all new never installed and were mostly purchased from the Roadster Factory. They Include a new soft top cover, a new cover to go over the convertible top when its down, new rubber floor mats, new door panels, new wheel trim rings in stainless steel, an exhaust header and full exhaust system from Roadster factory that was exposed to moisture and shows some rusting but was never installed. A new spoiler, an extra clutch and plate (again it was moist and shows rust), A front apron finisher, 31" tach cable, Crankshaft TW set, Timing Cover seal, choke cable to carb connector clip, door panel clips, assorted rubber bushings, assorted seals, assorted bearings, Master Cylinder kit, a door check strap, thrust washer set, bonnet buffer kit, hood webbing kit, slave cylinder clutch, ignition condenser, distributor lead wire, trimmer screw kit, &spoiler hardware kit. Completely restored in 2006; rebuilt engine, new Weber Carbs, proper red-line tires, correct exhaust Engine: bored out block and replaced with high-performance camshaft, replaced bearings and bushings. Approximately 2,000 miles on new engine - runs great, does not burn oil. New plugs, wires, battery, updated most electrical, including turn signals, lights, and dash/gauge lighting. All gages work. Beautiful paint job from French Blue to British Racing Green. Prior body work unknown. Other projects include correcting exhaust to proper dual configuration, corrected rear wheel camber, installed correct red-line tires, painted rear panel to proper flat black. Brakes, suspension, body, floor all sound and in great condition. Always garaged and covered. Never driven or left out in rain or any weather.

We acquired this very nice 1975 Triumph TR6 from a client of ours. Over the last 2 years over $25,000 has been spent rebuilding the engine, installing a new interior, a complete repaint (just completed 10/14), rebuilding the front and rear suspensions, installing rear shock conversion kit, and replacing the clutch. The car is in excellent condition. It has a tonneau as well as a boot cover for the convertible top. It does have a modern radio for better sounds. The new top is the correct TR6 top with reflector strips. The wood dash is excellent and all gauges work properly. The car runs as well as it looks. I have all receipts for the work done. It has a current PA state inspection. We will ship anywhere in the world. This TR6 represents incredible value as the cost of restoration far exceeds the asking price. Second Owner Vehicle, Well maintained overall. ENGINE: 2.5L Inline 6 cylinder engine. Engine running at 100%, recent serviced and oil change. Starts at first try. Runs like a dream, Highway, City, just anywhere. Four Speed transmission, perfect condition, smooth and accurate shifting. Clutch at 90% life in very good working order. Engine runs at the perfect temperature, even with extreme hot weather. Only 20k miles on it after complete engine rebuilt in 1998. EXTERIOR: Brown paint in very decent conditions overall, normal wear with no rust. Chromed front/rear bumper. Original Triumph Rims, brand new Tires with 100% life, including spare. The floors are in excellent shape with no rust. Brakes in excellent order all around. Front disk brakes and rear drum brakes (Aprox. 90% life). Black Convertible top in very good conditions, no cracks including the transparent plastic windows. This car was repainted with the same original color in 1998, all quarter panels were replaced at this time with fiberglass panels and kept garaged since. Not driven in snow and very few times driven in the rain. INTERIOR: Original Triumph steering wheel, carpet, seats, switches etc. Brown vinyl Interior, brown carpet. Original Blaupunkt radio AM/FM system. Front seats and seat belts in good working condition. All switches and gauges working at 100%, no fault. BAD STUFF:The following things are nothing big but I feel it’s worth to mention them. The only bad things that I can honestly find in this super cool Triumph are the following; 1) A Couple of Small paint scratches as normal wear 2) small rust area in one of the corners inside the trunk compartment, easy fix (picture attached). 3) All four Shock Absorbers, another easy fix. 4) Right turn signal, for some reason is not working. 5) wipers are not working. This is a 1975 TR6. It was a frame off restoration. The body that was damaged in the front end and was repaired with a donor front end. The frame is a NEW RATCO powder coated frame as well as a RATCO rear shock/sway bar conversion. The electrical system is an AAW wiring harness. It has a an HVDA Toyota 5 speed conversion. The interior panels and carpet are new. 95% of the parts are rebuilt or new. Tons of sheet metal replaced, new fenders installed. Rebuilt rear axles. New steering rack. Rebuilt Bosch Alternator.

I have a real head turner here! My Triumph Tr6 is one of the nicest ones around! Has a custom paint job and absolutely no rust! The engine runs flawlessly, I had it tuned up and all gaskets replaced, the clutch is new and the twin carburetors were rebuilt, that cost me over 2 thousand!(just for the carbs!!) All mechanical work was done by a Triumph specialist and I have all the receipts! This car is spectacular please check it out, I have thousands invested in this car, I would like the buy it now price, but shoot me a reasonable offer.PS, there are no oil spots on the floor of my garage!
