This is a very solid 914. It was originally purchased here and has been in NM since 1974. No rust in the doors or rockers like many do. It was a restoration project that was left abandoned about 7 years ago and has sat in a garage in pieces since. It appears complete but I have not taken inventory and will include everything that it came with. I believe it is well worth restoring. All the glass is nice, the doors open and close with ease, most of all, it's just a super straight car! The paint is flaking due to the desert sun but you can see how clean the sheet metal still is. The buckets are surprisingly nice. The dash pad and armrest need a recover. If you were to purchase as a parts machine for your 914 it would prove to be invaluable. I wanted to restore it but decided to build another bug instead. Car is to be picked up by the purchaser within 2 weeks of pay pal payment. It has a clear NM title(not salvage) and keys. I am selling her as-is for parts or restore and all sales are final. Please email with any questions or picture requests. Good Luck!!!

1973 914, 1.9 liter – May be one of the best mechanically prepared 914’s you’ll find. I’ve owned the car for 15 years as the 3rd owner. This car was professionally modified over time by Fabson Engineering in Cedarburg, WI, with PCA DE events and autocross performance as the primary goal, but still keeping the car 100% street legal, reliable and fun to drive. This car started as a base 1.7 car with an appearance group option package. Almost everything is replaced with new parts, either original stock or performance upgrades. Performance over cosmetics was the objective, so if you’re looking for an “all original, concours show car” this car may not be for you. No Q-Tips have ever swabbed this 914! But if you would like a car that won back to back autocross crowns, pulls hard up the hills after turns 5 and 14 at Road America, carves corners on the Wisconsin back roads with the big kids, and is a blast to cruise up to Wayne’s Drive-in for a burger and shake on Thursday night car show night, you’ll want to look at this one. Pro driver Randy Pobst has driven this car at Road America and Blackhawk Farms, and had a ball driving “old school” in it. His autograph is under the front hood. The car is driven less than 1000 miles per year and is garage kept all year. No winters and rarely caught in rain. I simply don’t have time to enjoy it as it should be, and don’t I have the budget to do the cosmetic work I’d like to. It’s time for someone to take over and enjoy it the way it was meant to be enjoyed. - Selling some vehicles in my collection. This is a 1975 Porsche 914. Car was a California car all of its life, and is extremely solid. Car has always been garaged. Car shows 67k on the odometer which I do not believe to be original. Car was striped down to bare metal and painted Laguna blue in 2007. Paint is in excellent condition and shows extremely well. Body seals replaced including inner / outer door seals, rear trunk seal, front hood seal, engine lid seal, front bulkhead seal and front cowl seals. Front and rear spoilers are new. Front and rear Weltmeister tow hooks. Clips and rubber hooks in the rear trunk that hold the top are new. Fuchs are original and polished. Front turn signal covers are new. All exterior lights work properly including headlights and headlight motors. - Motor was originally a 1.7 which is completely rebuilt. 96mm pistons, heads completely gone through with new valves springs and seats. Heads have been resurfaced and opened up for the pistons for a 2.1 displacement. All new gaskets, a Bosch 70 amp alternator, new 009 Bosch distributor with Mallory electronic ignition. Fuel pump replaced last year. Car has a Melling high volume oil pump, a new oil cooler, and a less than two year old set of Empi IDA's with K&N filters. Car also has a Manta Exhaust system on it with clean functioning heat exchangers. Car has an external oil cooler kit with radiator, pumps, and a thermostat controlled auxiliary fan. Car also has a spin on remote oil filter. Car has a new Optima Gel battery which is too tall for the engine lid water tray to fit, but the car does come with the lid tray. Motor is extremely tight, does not burn oil or leak. - Transmission was completely gone through, new needle cage bearings throughout, all new seals and gaskets, synchro hubs and rings throughout, complete clutch, backup light switch (reverse lights work), ground strap, and a new starter. - Car has been lowered and corner balanced. Front torsion bars are 22mm Weltmeister with 22mm Weltmeister sway bars. Front end has adjustable Koni's, new front rotors (OEM), pads, wheel bearings, A-arm bushings, upper strut mounts, ball joints, master cylinder, SS brake lines, tie rods, and a bump steer kit with alignment. Rear end has new trailing arm bushings, wheel bearings, rotors (OEM), pads, Weltmeister boxed A-arms, Bilstein's, Sport progressive springs, and SS brake lines. Tires are 90 percent. - The interior of the car has a Rennline aluminum floor board, Rennline aluminum pedal set, and a billet aluminum throttle stop. Carpet was completely replaced (OEM cut pile). Momo steering wheel with quick release hub. Rennshift billet shift lever with a billet shift knob and short shift kit. New pedal cluster and shifter bushings. Speedometer, accelerator, and clutch cable replaced (Terry Cable) with new arm bushings. The car had some 5 point harness seats in it which have been removed. The seats in the car are in good shape but not original. Car has the center console with clock, temp gauge, and voltage gauge. Dash is in good shape with no cracks. Door panels are in ok shape but not perfect. Heat works great as does defrost and dash controls. Car has an older Kenwood CD player with corner mount speakers. All interior lights and gauges work properly. Car is an absolute blast to drive. It has just over 7k on it since the restoration and build. It sits right, needs absolutely nothing and is completely turn key. I want to add that the car is extremely tight. There are no rattles, clunks, or noises whatsoever. The car tracks completely straight and and although stiff, rides extremely well. The car stays inside and covered in my shop. I am a long time ebayer and PCA member. This is a really nice 914 that has all of the cool stuff done to it. There are literally over 15k in upgrades alone done to the car. The body is really solid and turns a lot of heads. Clear Virginia title with no liens and a current Virginia inspection. Please email with questions. I have a huge book of documentation on the car with receipts for everything. Bid with confidence. Open to trade considerations, primarily in the market for an 05-07 997. Thanks for looking.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jauA4hL59Zc This car has always been a head turner. . .and it has been advertised before. . .but has never been looked at (by anyone). Partly because it’s in a warehouse in a remote part of Idaho. I put it on Craigslist and received many complaints for having old videos. (They are three years old. . and I’ve only driven the car a few times since they were taken.) Problem is. .it’s losing it’s space in the warehouse. . and I am driving my pick-up out from North Carolina to trailer it back, or to a new home, if someone wants it delivered and makes me a good offer. One might notice from the sound in the videos that the car has a hole in the muffler. . well, I have a set of solid oem heat exchangers and mufflers for it. I also have a dazzling set of orginal factory OEM Porsche 914-6 wheels (hubs would need to be machined). Put these parts on, tune the engine (a 1.8 bored to 2.0 20,000 miles back), and it could sell for $15,000. Meanwhile. . I would accept any reasonable offer for this remarkable European appearance group 914. . that has very little rust. . but just needs TLC. Has been garaged for the most part for 20 years. . .could be a daily driver with a little work. Again. . have authentic, original Porsche 1970 914-6 wheels (not pictured), serial number 901301600. ..912 or 914-6 wheels, 5.5 X 14 Cars runs fine. . with new rebuild on 1.8, and L-Jet fuel injection. I planned on installing an MR471 (which could be bought in Stuttgart). . note. . it also needs heat exchangers. . . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezczEmA4XWQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTCBKulk3Lk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGxKsMMWbRk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiocVtDW_08 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3lmVnlDtBE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKDW8XBdFlY

There have been some excellent offers. .. . I will be at the car taking pics of rockers and answering other requests on September 6th.I apologize for not having better pictures.I would probably have accepted offers made, except that the 914-6 wheels are worth quite a bit.Bottom line, the car goes to open auction on September 12th. . .if we don't get high enough offers here.Out of state people, or people who want me to deliver the car should probably email or call me to arrange:828-707-6216Thanks. .. .http://www.clintsandlam.com/#!september-1213/cow6https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jauA4hL59Zc This car has always been a head turner. . .and it has been advertised before. . .but has never been looked at (by anyone). Very nice California car that was used mainly as a weekend driver. Came out of a recent seven year storage with a complete fuel system cleaning including a tank clean and injectors cleaned and flow tested, new battery, brake service and tune up. Needs nothing but a new home. • Front Weltmeister swaybar with adjustable drop arms. OE rear swaybar • 21mm hollow front torsion bars • 145lbs rear springs • Koni sport shocks • Rear shock tower brace • 911 M front struts and brakes • Turbo tie rods • Mint OE 911 16X6 & 16X7 Fuchs with Bridgestone RE71s • Quaife LSD • Getty/911 dash • Recaro Fittipaldi steering wheel • Recaro seats • Schroth harnesses with a harness bar • Blaupunkt Berlin stereo • Lightened GT engine cover. (will trade out for a stock one if one wants) • Custom one off stainless Borla muffler system with stainless steel heat exchangers. • No rust, never wrecked and always garaged. • Autocross ready, handles like a slot car. • Recently rebuilt engine with Euro-spec pistons. (not sure of the actual mileage on engine but it runs and pulls very strong) • Shifts perfect . . . even in first. One could purchase a lesser 914 for less but they would end up paying way more in the long run to get one as nice as this. I encourage a look and test drive to see how nice this car is.

Cute little Red 914 Porsche. Runs great! Recent paint, valve adjust and windshield. Some new weatherstripping, too. Has A/C but not sure if it works properly. Also has aftermarket in dash CD player with remote and after market steering wheel, but included is original steering wheel. Comes with car cover, too. Mileage shows 73122. Any questions, please ask! Up for auction is my 1976 Porsche 914 This was the last year this car was produced in limited numbers making it a sought after model. Drives great, runs great, loads of fun, very responsive, nothing better than taking the targa top off on a sunny day. New carpet, door panels, seat covers, speaker enclosures. Corrected lots of small issues, new thermostat, FI TB gaskets, etc. Rebuilt pedals with brass bushings. Have lots of extra parts, front bumper, targa top, tail light lens, passenger mirror, etc. I drive this car daily when the weather is nice and warm, paint does have some chips, see pix. Very rust free car, nothing in the usual suspect places, hell hole, etc. Looks great at the 10 foot distance. There are a couple of small things still needing done, but I am never done working on project until I think they are perfect. Nothing to stop anyone from enjoying this great looking Porsche! This is the picture link of the PO when he was selling the car, changes are the interior, front bumper, but shows a lot of the car. http://www.flickr.com/photos/60563281@N03/sets/72157626131316971/show/ $500.00 non refundable deposit made within 24 hours by winning bidder through PayPal. 1974 914 Fuel Injected 1.8L w/ Appearance Group. Very original car painted once in the original color of L96D Silver metallic. Rare appearance group includes 5 Alloy Fuchs, center console, and LE valance.  The car has zero rust and there is no evidence of rust repair anywhere on the chassis. The floors are completely original and in very nice condition. The engine and transmission are in the correct date range and are believed to be numbers matching. The passenger side exhaust manifold has recently been replaced. The entirety of the electrical system has been gone through and is completely functional. All bulb, lamps, and bulb holders have been replaced as necessary. The hi/low turn indicator switch and the windshield wiper switch have been replaced with NOS original parts and are functioning perfectly. All gages work properly. The heat works very well. The exterior paint and trim show very well and looks great. The chrome shines nicely and the Alloy wheels are very clean. The interior is completely original and untouched. The driver’s seat shows some signs of wear and there are a few cracks on the dash, but overall the interior is very clean. The glass is completely original and in very nice condition. The engine has recently been tuned and the car is running great.  The 5 speed transmission is smooth and the shifting is easy and does not grind in any gears.  All fluids have been replaced including engine, brakes, and transmission.  The tires are brand new and the car handles very well. Coil over suspension has been replaced in the rear.  The fuel injection is smooth and the engine idles properly. The brakes have recently been bled and the stopping power is good.  Overall this is a great looking daily driver.  I have been commuting in its since I bought it and it has served me very well. There are no known mechanical issues with this car, however, it is sold as is due to it’s age.
