The paint is nice but it on the doors around it has a few flaws if you look real close. The door handles and bumpers appear have some pitting but we liked the originality of the vehicle so we did not replace. New gaskets around original window, newer battery, replaced exhaust, tires, brakes, door locks, trunk locks, oil cooler and leather wrapped Monteney steering wheel(horn not working). New ones are available for $139 front and $189 rear. It retains its original white body and pristine rust free floor pan and rails. With many recent upgrades, values of the GT have gone up 32% last 2 years (according to Hagerty Ins.)Previous owner believed it has less than 23k miles but we are unable to document the mileage. It appears consistent with vehicle condition with original glass, and body panels. The wiring and lights have all been upgraded and work great. Wipers and washer squirters even work. 1967 MGB, Heritage certificate confirms matching body, engine, transmission, exterior and interior color (seats and carpet) and ashtray, approximately 60 miles since restoration, record of receipts since 1992 and all receipts during recent restoration, all chrome either replaced or replated, (powder coated front suspension cross member, wrinkle finish metal dash, bolted-in rollbar and convertible top support structure), rebuilt transmission and differential, engine rebuilt from previous owner (about 2000 miles on engine rebuild so says the previous owner and pressure tested engine at 145 psi across all cylinders prior to engine removal for restoration, everything on the car has been refinished including every nut and bolt through a parts tumbler then primed and painted, wire wheels including the spare, new wire harness, recalibrated speedo and tach, this car is very original except for the following: electronic ignition, steel braided engine oil lines, spin- on oil filter wood steering wheel, negative ground and bolt-in roll bar, the convertible top has not been replaced because it is in good shape with a clear back lens but has a repaired pin hole on drivers side, Scott, 602-410-8381 (no text available so please call or email, I don't even facebook so go figure)
