I purchased in 2000 so the car is well know to be free of anything that would keep it from selling at this reduced price compared to what its going for on Ebay and other sites. Electronic ignition added, and used unleaded gas. Mid-life crisis ---> SOLVED!

This 1964 MGB has a REBUILT ENGINE WITH LESS THAN 300 MILES, and the TRANSMISSION WAS OVERHAULED by the same business. Additionally, it has a NEW CLUTCH, NEW FRONT SHOCKS, NEW REAR LEAF SPRINGS, NEW REAR BUMPER, NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM, NEW ELECTRONIC IGNITION, NEW RADIATOR and a NEW STARTER, upgraded to a high torque model. THE FOLLOWING WAS DONE TO THE ENGINE: Bored out to .040", NEW Pistons, NEW Crank, NOS Distributor, and NEW Valves & Valve Springs. The engine was rebuilt by Bruce Woodson of "Mercer & Woodson" in Richmond VA; specializing in classic vehicles, with combined experiences of over 50 years. Engine will start and run and sounds great! (Will need to jump start, due to old battery.) HOLD THE CURSER OVER THE PHOTOS TO ZOOM IN AND SEE MORE DETAILS FROM THE PHOTOS Vehicle must be towed or shipped from location for safety reasons. Working condition of other parts are unknown. PRICED TO SELL. There is NO RESERVE, so don't delay! Sellers Additional Note: The Engine number is 18GA-U-H-363. I can only assume that the transmission is original, but I can’t say for sure, because I bought the car used, then overhauled it. The Carburetor is a Weber Down Draft. There is nothing special about the intake manifold and exhaust header; the engine was not built to be a racecar. There is extensive rust under the car, rocker panels, floor pans, doglegs etc. (Zoom in on photos) It’s not that the body can't be repaired, but there is a lot of rust to deal with. I do not have the original steering wheel. The vehicle must be towed off the property because the seats are not attached to the floorboard, and although the tires do hold air, the tires have dry rot. Also, I don't know how well the brakes work. The car has been sitting for a while, but I do start it from time to time. For further information email or call Garry at (804) 375-3165.

Solid, rust free roadster. Nice chrome bumpers and wire wheels. 1800cc engine with 4 speed manual gearbox. Nice soft top, tonneau cover and original tools, all in original cases. Full sized spare, also on wire wheel. Upgraded electronic SU fuel pump. A real head turner and a blast to drive. All gauges work, as do wipers, lights etc. Alternator was also replaced recently. New stereo and speakers. Radial tires in good shape. Paint is older with no signs of rust damage. Car was left to a friend that loves it, but is unfortunately too big of a guy to enjoy it comfortably.

Purchased in 2007 used from a couple in California. Ran good then but we went through the carburetor and tuning and got it running great. We drive it on weekends around town and that's all. There is a small scratch on the driver's front fender next to the hood. There is a small tear in the driver's seat which was there when we bought the car. There is an after-market AM/FM radio installed in the car. Selling it because we are getting too old to enjoy travelling in a car that low to the ground. But the car has been a great joy to us. The high end retail on this classic car is $19600 while the average retail is $7875, per NADA.

1970 MGB GT restoration project. Very solid candidate for restoration or to build a runner. Solid floors all around. Front fenders removed and as you can see from the pics the inner fenders are rock solid! Included in the deal are two new fenders without the side marker light holes for an earlier, prettier look! Light surface rust on new fenders from storage but brand new! Also included are all the parts from a 1971 donor vehicle which had excellent doors and rear hatch, the later of which will be required for the 1970. So you have an entire second cars worth of parts which is very handy for any vintage vehicle owner! The only thing missing was both engines. I have a head, carbs, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds but the rest of the engines were gone when I bought them. MGB engines are easy to find, so shouldn't be a problem. Both cars were drivers until about 6 or 7 years ago, I think. I bought them as a resto project but house project forces sale. The title is clean, non op with no back registration due! In new parts I have front end rebuild and brakes ( Poly bushings, brake rotors, seal kits.) that cost $450 new from Moss. The fenders I bought for $550 for the pair. The seats from the 1971 are in very good condition and could be bolted into any MGB and used as is. The usual like carpet, door panels, etc need replacing, as you would anyway with a resto, but I do have the original vinyl flooring in good condition. All the exterior trim pieces are there as are the bumpers which are usable but could be re-chromed. The bonnet is aluminum and in good condition! The only repair needed is to weld the latch mechanism area back in place ( I have the piece which someone cut out for some reason? Maybe to make a lift off style hood). Also, sorry but I do NOT have any individual parts for sale. It's a package deal. The donor car body is gone also. Thank you. Asking $1500 o.b.o. for everything including $1000 in new parts alone. No reasonable offer refused :) Cheers!

NICE EARLY MGB WITH REBUILT 3 MAIN ENGINE, REBUILT SU CARBS. NICE BODY AND LEATHER INTERIOR.I have owned this car for several years but i need to sell it due to a pending move. Has rebuilt 3 main engine with mechanical tach drive. Has correct pull handle doors, steel dash, no visible rust. good paint, very nice interior. comes with new carpet in box but I never felt the carpet in the car warranted replacing, although it shows a little wear. The car had a nice amatuer restortation prior to my purchase and at that time I could find no rust. In doing the engine swap I did discover some bondo filling some smaller holes along the edge of the front floors and small hole in the front dogleg. The chassis is tight and solid.no rust at jack points. I am including pictures for you. Its been this way for years and should not deteriorated any in the years I have owned it. I do keep it inside. While this keeps this car from being a $20000 mgb it does not keep it from being a great driver even weekend car show participant. I owned the car a couple years before I even saw it. I also put a brand new gas tank in it as the old one was rusty inside and I didn't want to risk my freshly professionaly rebuilt SU carbs to rust. Also has new Monza exhaust which sounds great and makes up for lack of radio!. Pictures tell the story. A good driver. Tires have good tread but are old, probably over 10 years so I would replace before attempting a cross country or spirited drive through the ozarks. I get complements on this car whenever I take it out. It has been garage kept during my ownership as well as the guy I bought it from. I have probably put 100 miles on the car since I bought it. I just have too many cars. I have owned several MGAs and thought I would try a B. Turns out I drove my Miata a lot more (sorry British purists!). I have a TR3 that I will continue to work on restoring... Upgrades from original include gear reduction starter, electronic distributor, modern fuel pump with pressure regulator, monza exhaust (sounds great!). and rear telescopic shock conversion. Also running one 12v battery now. all could be replaced with original style parts if desired. Please email any questions prior to purchase.. Be sure to check terms to be sure you can comply. If you have read the description, you will have no dissapointments. Clear Arkansas title in my name. Actual miles unknown, I put 100000 in description fields just to fill the space. Engine has less than 100 miles since complete overhaul, including carb rebuild. Also included and not shown is a roll bar that came with the car and quite a few spare parts (as is customary with MG sales it seems!) IF YOU COME HERE TO PICK UP THE CAR AND ARE DISAPPOINTED IN ANY WAY I WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT IN FULL AND THE CAR STAYS HERE, NO PROBLEM.

1973 mgb Up for auction is a good running and driving 1973 MGB with chrome bumpers. The car is in decent condition, it does have some flaws, but overall it is a very nice looking and running car. The motor sounds strong, clutch is very tight, transmission shifts smoothly, brakes are good, and minimal rust (nothing major). It does have a dent below drivers side fender that may not appear very good in the pictures, Seat bottoms are torn (have seat covers on them and they look great) and the drivers side door needs to be lifted up when shutting. Recently I cleaned the carburetors (twin SU's), cleaned fuel pump, new battery, fresh oil change and oil filter and changed a few rubber fuel lines. The top goes up and down as it should, there is a small tear in top (about a inch long) that can easily be patched. Here is a link to a video of the car https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyGvLc2Jxno&feature=youtu.be

77 MGB V8 project car This is a 77 MGB roadster that has been converted to a V8 using the Rover 3.9L V8 with a Camaro 5 speed. The engine runs, but the car has a few issues left to sort out. The body shell is in excellent condition, the paint is decent, the Rover engine runs fine. I have no idea what the actual mileage is. The car needs brake work. The clutch slave cylinder is bad. The news on that is that it is concentric with the input shaft, so the engine and trans need to be removed to repair it. The previous owner installed an aftermarket fuse box, and removed the steering lock. A good used steering lock with key is provided. The ignition switch is mounted to the bottom of the dash to the right of the column. I have not checked any of this out at all but when you turn the key the engine starts. Given that they made half a million MGBs, finding parts to fix it is no big deal. It all seems to work as is... The exhaust terminates under the battery boxes with turned down tips. I would extend it with proper tail pipes, but your mileage may vary. You see in the pictures that the lower valance is missing, one is provided.. This is all I know about the car. My customer bought it with the intention of finishing it, but just found another car and wants to sell this. Click on the picture below to take you to lots more pictures:'77 MGB V8 Please call me if you have any questions. On site inspections welcomed. Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Act III. There will be NO act IV. My goal is to sell the car this month so I'm hoping the third time is a charm! I think the car is worth more, but obviously you don't so I've lowered the price considerably as a 'buy it now' deal. Hit the button and I'll throw in an MG jacket for those cool fall rides with the top down, an MG knit cap and baseball cap, and driving gloves, at no extra cost! The car was running a bit rough at low RPMs so I had an MG guru over to take a look. It turns out one carb was getting too much fuel so he completely tuned and synched both SU carbs and the car now runs as it should. It cost me $250. Now, all you need to do is turn the key and hit the open road! Thanks in advance for looking - I appreciate your time! I purchased the car in May of 2004 and am the 3rd owner. It's won many show awards and is so much fun to drive, there are no words to describe the feeling! Some details on the car - It went through a 3 year rolling-renovation when I first bought the car. It has been repainted in the original teal-blue and has a tan convertible top. The seats have been redone in the original autumn-leaf color. Black carpeting is in excellent shape. Wood steering wheel was added and I still have the original. Top hasn't been on the car in years and still looks brand new. Bridgestone tires only have about 1,500 miles on them. Wire wheels are bolt-on Daytons. I have the original Rostyles. Engine is a '71 rebuilt block, bored .60 over with a larger 270 cam, EI, braided fuel and oil lines, and K&N air filters. Engine was rebuilt at 125,000 miles. Car has original jack and tool kit. Trunk, or boot, has custom fit black carpeting. The car gets driven around 2,300 miles a year and is always garaged and usually covered. It's not a show queen - car does have some paint nicks, and the left side of the driver's seat has a couple of tears that aren't visible when the door is shut. There's a slight crack in the lower left hand corner of the windscreen. This is a fun little classic car that is not expensive to maintain. Car has a clear FL title. Front and rear plate do not go with the car. Don't let this one get away - hit the button and make it yours today!
