Selling my 1994 Mercedes E320 wagon. Fresh engine rebuild. All labor and parts documented. Runs awesome and will give the new owner a classic that will last a very long time. All work is warranted by a Mercedes technician. I bought the car for my son and the head gasket blew after two years of him driving it. I took it back and had his mechanic do the rebuild. I live in Vegas, so the car will have to picked up in Texas. I was so close to completion of this Mercedes classic and was planning to keep her forever but due to unexpected medical bills I am reluctantly letting her go.In our ownership (besides the engine rebuild) my son has done the brakes, battery, rebuilt the steering box with a complete OEM seal kit, replaced the steering shaft seals, replaced all fuel lines between the fuel pumps, replaced the neutral safety switch, replaced the radiator, and a few other things that don't come to mind immediately. The transmission was replaced with a refurbished unit by the previous owner roughly 4 years ago. It also has the rare (and way cool) rear-facing third row, along with the cargo cover and dog net. Interior needs carpets cleaned and there are no rips or tears on the seats. Will look much better after a clay bar and a good waxing. Will require tires soon and a muffler resonator. Completely AS-IS~ My 1993 MB wagon a former Florida condo car with 106K when I purchased to which I had added 20K additional miles. The strong & safe MB car was struck on the L front side by hit&run, the front end section suffered, but the engine was still running & rolling, until I braked, turned off engine & the fire dept cut the battery cables. If the car isn't rebuilt, but parted, The interior seats are still wonderfully functional, supportive & intact Palomino MB Tex--I expected to enjoy this car for another 100,000 miles. The electrical harness, upper & lower were replaced within the past 2 years, several upgrades under the hood, several fuses, 4 Michelin tires--it was running so fine, but it's all over now, no battery included. 1985 Mercedes 300TD Wagon $35k Restoration 66 Professional Photos Up for sale is this absolutely stunning 1985 Mercedes 300TD Wagon. This late model W123 stands alone when your'e talking about 300TD wagons on the market. Over the last 5 years, this 300TD has received a $35,000 mechanical and cosmetic restoration. This 300TD was bought by the previous owner in 2002 out of Texas. It was a rust free car, but it had not been maintained as well as it should have been. The motor and transmission were pulled out and completely rebuilt. The motor was sent down to Florida and rebuilt from top to bottom by Noels. Check out www.Noels.com for some more information. The front seats were replaced, european leather steering wheel was installed, all new NOS carpet kit installed, European front skid plates installed, MB oem battery, etc, etc. Also the wagon received a proper BARE METAL PAINT JOB which cost over $12,000. This 300TD is clean, straight, and ready to go anywhere! The chasis has just about 200k on it, while the motor and transmission were rebuilt 35,000mi ago. This car runs and drives great. There is a little play in the steering. It is solid, exterior only has minor dings and scratches. Doors open and close with no play. I would drive this anywhere with confidence. I drove it home, 20 miles and a few times along the Bayshore to check it out and am very impressed. Makes me want to go on a road trip. The engine is equipped with a veggie conversion that is not hooked up at the time and I have not used. This car car has great potential for the enthusiast. Up for sale is my 1981 Mercedes-Benz 300TD. Milage is about 230,000 but will be going up. It has been my daily driver for a few years now during which time I have repaired several small items. The car originally came from California and ended up in East Tennessee about 4 years ago. With its California heritage, there is no rust that we can find on the vehicle. ***I also have all receipts from the life of the vehicle.*** Repairs: Some of the small repairs that were done while I owned the car: - Replaced striker plates on three doors so they would shut better. - Replaced one strut in the rear liftgate so that it stays up, but won't hit you in the face as when replacing both struts. - Replaced the glow plug relay. - self leveling suspension replaced with suspension from slsconversion.com -Replaced the drivers window regulator with a manual regulator. The parts from the electric drivers window control are included and all other power windows work. -front door seals replaced * Also all exterior lights work. The Body: There is one small dent in the rear liftgate (in photos) and a few places here and there where clear coat or paint is chipped but nothing down to metal still on liftgate (took pictures, but couldn't get them to show up very well). Interior: The interior is tan in color and in good shape. - There is a small tear in the driver's seat -There are some stains in the cargo area that is RIT dye .OOPS (in photos). -Dash is not cracked, we were told it had been replaced in California. -All instruments work. - All floormats are still there, and there is a set of weather tech rubber mats also included. -No leaks. - It has the original Becker AM/FM cassette stereo. Radio works great, cassette player doesn't seem to. If you can find one of those cassette head cleaners, it probably would work Engine: The engine starts and runs well. It consistently has gotten 27 mpg with most of the driving in town. It burns about a quart of oil every four tanks of fuel, mostly when pulling from idle. I did general maintenance on the engine (changing oil, filters, etc) but no problems mechanically. We took it on about 4 or so 600 mile trips with no problems. No problems around town either for that matter. Transmission shifts smoothly. Michelin tires have about 80% life left in them. I have loved this car but we are moving and need a 4wd

The engine and transmission run strong. I've had vehicle since 1999. I have two keys. I just replaced the brake fluid last weekend with ATE DOT4 fluid. I recently changed the transmission filter with oem Mercedes filter and Fuchs fluid (all german). I also use Lubro Moly synthetic motor oil and diesel fuel additive exclusively. The fuel additive is great, especially with the new low sulfur diesel fuel. California car. Never seen ice. There is a little rust on bottom. Items that need fixing are:The Neutral shift switch (I have a genuine MB switch but have not got around to changing it). Car starts as long as the Park position clicks in place so some times I have to just rock car back/forth until it clicks. Antenna mast is broken but I have a genuine Hirschman replacement which I will include. Don't know if antenna motor works. The front speakers I replaced are german-designed for this model and sound great for their size. The rear suspension nitrogen spheres need replacing. The rear bounces and feels hard but when the spheres are replaced it will ride very nicely. Suggest that when the spheres are replaced, the suspension fluid and filter should be changed as well. Also, one of the rubber boots that protect from dust in the rear axle is torn, so I add synthetic grease to avoid it going dry. The AC does not work and don't know why. And there is a crack in the windshield on lower left side but it does not interfere with driving. A year ago I replaced the front upper control arms and engine mounts and engine shocks. And have some new steering parts that I was planning to replace and I will include. I also have the hard-to-find luggage rack cross bars that I removed due to the wind noise they make. The carpets were removed so it only has floor mats.

Excellent original condition. 4 Matic with 3rd seat option. Non- smoker car. Original paint shines. Small chips, no dents. No warning lights flashing. Like new top of the line Michelin tires. All new brakes. New valves & head gasket 12K mi. ago. Recent tranny fluid change. No fluid leaks. Seats like new, except 1 inch tear on driver seat, which has been glued to prevent further damage. Clean carpets. Cold A/C. Original radio. Ashtray door does not stay closed. Console has surface cracks. Previous owner replaced the original center console with a cup holder but the original is included. No mechanical issues.

The car is located in Central Jersey. (Rare) Diamond Blue Metallic 1987 300TD [W124]: I6 3.0L Turbo Diesel, Gray MB-Tex, Sunroof, cupholders, rare roofrack cross bars, etc. Motor sounds great. Turbo works very well. Transmission shifts nice and firm, as should be expected. Paint is 'fair', its an '87. The gray MB-tex seating is in respectable condition. No cracks across the dash like most of this era. No third row seat. This car is obviously not a collectible, rather a nice solid driver. I would certainly encourage seeing the vehicle in person. 1981 300TD Wagon in very good condition. Starts, runs and drives excellently, common small interior condition issues around doors, cracked dash, but all seats and carpets are in very good shape. ORIGINAL paint with some very minor rust, worst of it is driver's side door (see photos). Car has the inline 5 cylinder turbo, and still gets good mileage. Cruise control, manual sunroof, CD player, power windows, power antenna (doesn't go all the way because it got a bit rusty), auto door locks (work but the vacuum system needs some attention), A/C works (needs a charge), all gauges work great. European style headlights. I am the 3rd owner of this car and have taken very good care of it, including regular oil changes, rear axle replacement due to torn rubber, converted AC, replaced water pump, and new tires. Located in San Diego CA. The only reason I'm selling is that I already have several order cars I'd rather work on and my wife wants a newer car for our babies. Meet Fred, a great daily driver or a solid start at a full restoration. This was my main mode of transportation for a year (except December-March) and it took great care of me and my three year old son. It’s extremely rare to find one of these tanks with such great body condition at virtually no engine miles. Engine: 3,832. Body: 205,177. Transmission: about 10,000. Title is free and clear. The following has been done over the past decade: 1) Rebuilt engine installed February 20152) Brakes in good condition; recently replaced and have about 80% life left on them. 3) New Ball Joints 4) Non-factory radio with USB as well as four new Boston A speakers installed 5) Complete VAC system over-haul; converted to R134 – needs a recharge 6) New windshield and gasket (However, it still needs a right rear door rubber seal) 7) New tires 8) 7 Complete Tune Ups (filters, belts, etc. etc. etc.)9) New tailgate Shocks10) New Right Front & Right Rear Door Stops11) New Aux Water Pump12) New Climate Control Unit13) New Control Arms14) Trailer Hitch15) Rebuilt Wiper Assembly16) New Ignition Tumbler and Keys17) The previous owner replaced the transmission in fall of 2013. Has a “robust” shift. I replaced the dipstick tube, and the trans pan but it doesn’t sit quite flush against the trans body and therefor leaks if transmission levels are high. Otherwise shifts how and when it needs to and is in no immediate need of replacement if you don’t mind the robust shift.He needs the following: Cruise control amplifier. Radio antennae does not go up and down smoothly. Vacuum locks recently stopped working, but the car still locks manually. Some minor cracking in the woodwork around the radio (see pics). Headlight doors have some cracking (see pics). Right rear door needs rubber seal. RPM gauge stopped working recently. Some wear on driver’s seat (see pics). There are two tiny rust spots low on driver's side (see pics).As for the ride, he handles like a champ. Some minimal extra movement in the steering wheel – this only started about 30 days ago. Also, when I first got Fred I got a flat on the expressway and it knocked the alignment off a bit. Pulls slightly to the right. The wagon was painted 15 years ago…it looks good from ten feet, but there is a little overspray. The interior needs very little; it’s very nice. Carpet is all original carpet loop carpet and has the typical fading in the rear (no third seat by the way). Some minor spotting as to be expected for its age (see pic). Header is in perfect condition. Overall I’d give the interior 7.5/10. Bottom line, this is a very well sorted out 98% rust-free wagon with a new heart and needs very little work.
