You are looking at a 1992 Mercedes Benz 300D 2.5 Turbo that has 256,072 miles. The blue exterior on this car is fair. There is some oxidization and paint fade on the top and back trunk of the body but no major dents or scratches on vehicle. The tires are in good shape and still have plenty of miles left on them. Although the body needs some TLC, this 1992 Mercedes Benz still drives really good and gets up to high speeds with no problems. The tan leather interior on this vehicle is in fair condition. There is some rips and cracking in the leather on the driver seat but the front passenger and back seat has no rips or cracks in leather and is in pretty good shape. There is some spots on the carpet on the floor so this vehicle will need some TLC as far as that goes.This 4 door vehicle has automatic locks and windows, the AC will not work, and the radio/CD player comes on but won't play so I think it needs to be installed properly. The 2.5L 5 Cylinder motor starts right up. This 1992 Mercedes Benz 300D 2.5L Turbo Diesel will make a great economical opportunity to buy a nice vehicle at a good price! I will pick you up at the Salisbury, MD airport or bus station during normal business hours or by appt.. I will provide 60 DE temp tags if needed. The vehicle is far from perfect, if you're looking for perfecting, it isn't here, BUT priced to sale all considered! I had it sold on my local craigslist for 3,750. Guy gave me a $500 deposit, a week later something changed with his finances and he had to back out. He said to keep the $500 for my troubles, so I'm just taking the $500 off the price I was selling the car for, now $3,250. If I would list auction style, it would surely go for more than this, BUT I'm just trying to keep things simple for all parties! priced for quick sale! See my FB, don't want to play any games! THANKS! History of car from what I know.....I like diesel engines, Mercedes, etc. + my brother is a master MB diesel mechanic, been in the business for 30 years outside of Pittsburgh. I bought the car not even a year back one day cause I was bored, lol. The car was the seller's baby who took really good care of it and always paid for whatever it needed. Has a really nice stereo, bluetooth, cell speakerphone. Inspection is current, overall cond. for the age, etc. it's pretty darn good. There isn't any rust but a few places the clearcoat is peeling. The tires are fine, Anti lock brakes too. AC blows COLD, elec windows, all work including sunroof. side elec. mirrors too. Central locking doors all work, including trunk lock. OEM alarm. Elec. seats, headrests all work. I never washed the car or cleaned it since I had it, was too busy just enjoying it, fixing little things here and there. I drove it back and forth to PA. My brother put it up on the rack and checked it out, said someone replaced a lot of major front ends parts which sounded good to me. Said overall was really good. Next to the OEM 617 Million mile motor that was in the previous years Mercedes, this one is coming in 2nd, history is proving it to be one of the best, bulletproof engines with the must have Turbo DIESEL! Car is for sale locally on CL and I'm getting responses, so if you're really interested get up with me sooner than later.
