This was a 3 year project to build. Custom Paint with Ghost Flames. The body mods were all done in steel. This car was chopped 2 1/2 inches to start with. The body was than smoothed to no end. Doors were done with no frames just like a hard top car. Custom built push button door openers. It sits on the ground with air ride that is mechanical (no solenoids here) 93 caddie tail lights. Custom Brazilian Red Wood that is over 1000 years old to set the bed off. Motor is a completely rebuilt GM 427 Big Block with duel quads. Turbo 400 trans with a GM 10 bolt rear. Custom interior with power windows, Lokar shifter, and custom console Custom exhaust with flow master 40. Seats were made custom to fit the lowered look. This car has not been showed. This truck is in excellent condition and was purchased from an estate sale. It has most available options for it's time. It has a beautiful recent re-paint using original factory colors and clear coat. New window sweeps and window and door rubber weather proofing. New rubber steel-core valve cover gaskets. The spare tire appears to be never used. 60/40 bench seat. New Battery. This truck has never been restored and is about 95 % original. As far as I know, everything except the radio works. I missed a pic of the truck's bed, but like the rest of the truck, there are no dents or scratches.Extras: Air conditioning, Power steering, Power brakes, Power windows, Power locks, Power antenna, Cruise control, Tilt wheel, Tinted windows. I have a 1986 Chevrolet El Camino for sale. I was in the middle of this project when other things came up, my loss , your gain. I bought this with the original V6 needing to be replaced or rebuilt, it came with a 1988 V6 out of a Chevy Step side Pick up with only 63,000 original miles. I heard the engine run before it was pulled from the truck, it sounded great. This is an automatic, with dual exhaust. I did most of the body work, it will need very little to finish the body, the inside of the bed has dings and dongs that will need to be filled. The underside is in really good condition. I replaced the doors, and the rear tailgate, the original ones had the typical rot on the bottom lip. So I have both the original and new engine, you will have to swap some things over, as well as maybe put a new starter and water pump while you're at it. Any question, please email.
