I am selling my automatic 1992 Volkswagen Cabriolet (digifant). Here are some specs and please let me know if you are interested. Serious inquiries only. The Good: - Green Pearl Metallic LC6V - 2.0 rebuilt engine (3A block from an Audi 80)- rebuilt at 145K miles, so like new! Engine rebuilt with new piston rings, bearings, oil pump, timing belt, accelerator cable, PCV value, and temp sensor. Cylinder head rebuilt with new valve springs and valve seals. Transmission rebuilt with new clutches and seals, pistons, and piston seals. - 155K miles - Registered in CA and AZ (past last emissions test in AZ in July 2014) - Lowered suspension- body is 5 inch from ground - Skid plate welded to oil pan - Recently replaced coolant hose, battery, ECU, and lights (Sylvania) - Konig 15 inch rims - Vinyl top is in great shape- there is a tear in the interior (I don't have the boot bag)- top doesn't engage in the lock on one side - Black Recaro driver and passenger seats (I have both originals too) - No rust, no leaks - Perfectly intact exterior trim- rare! - No problems with electrical system- alt works fine - Smoke taillights, but not painted whatsoever(I also have the stock OEM lights) - Upgraded 3.5 bar Bosch fuel pressure regulator - A cover comes w/ the car - Remote start system - Perfect Carfax record (never been in an accident) - Haynes and Bentley service manuals - New O2 sensor - New oil pan gasket and new oil and filter - I have the old starter for parts (electrically OK, but not mechanically) - Muffler replaced in 2010 - Radiator replaced in 2009 - R12 AC - Sony Xplode radio and speakers - Professionally tinted rear windows The Bad: - Suspension- Needs new shocks and struts - Needs new breaks and pads - The gas cap lock is broken

Nice Cabriolet, stored all winters, small rust spots in typical VW Cab places, around door handles, bottom corner of fenders. Nothing major, bodywork has not been done and is not required but also not hidden with bondo, so you know what your getting. Runs and drives well, everything works, ideal city car. Automatic transmission, relatively low mileage for age.

FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT WAS PERFORMED AFTER THE TIRES WERE INSTALLED. -RADIO WAS SERVICED BY RADIOMAN IN CALIFORNIA (RADIOMAN IS A COMPANY THAT RECONDITIONS THE INSIDE OF THE RADIO SO IT WORK PERFECTLY LIKE DAY ONE! ALL SPEAKERS WERE REPLACED WITH PIONEER HI-FI SPEAKERS THAT ARE SUPER CRISP IN SOUND.-STEERING WHEEL WAS SENT BACK TO GERMANY TO HAVE THE WHEEL COMPLETELY BROUGHT BACK TO ORIGINAL LEATHER CONDITION.-ALL FUSES WERE REPLACED WITH OEM FUSES. DASH BOARD WORKS PERFECTLY WITH ZERO ISSUES. -ALL FLUIDS WERE DRAINED AND REPLACED WITH OEM SPEC FLUIDS. FUEL FILTER REPLACED, SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES REPLACED, TRANSMISSION WAS SERVICED WITH FILTER REPLACED ALONG WITH SCREEN REPLACE, ALL LIGHT BULBS WERE REPLACED, AND BATTERY CHECKED.-BRAKES WERE REPLACED WITH OEM BRAKE CALIPERS, DISKS WERE REPLACED, AND PADS WERE ALSO REPLACED. VW MASTER MACHANIC REPLACED THE REAR DRUMS WITH OEM REAR DISC BRAKES (VERY EXPENSIVE CONVERSION SINCE OEM PARTS WERE ONLY USED. BRAKES WORK ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND STOP ON THE DIME!)- CAR WAS DETAILED PROFESSIONALLY TO CONCOURS STANDARDS. OVER 30 HOURS WERE SPEND POLISHING THE VEHICLE WITH NO EXPENSE SPARED. EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE CAR IS 100% FACTORY FROM DAY ONE AND IS IN PERFECTLY WORKING CONDITION! THE TOP IS ORIGINAL AND TIGHT AS A DRUM ALONG WITH ALL THE GLASS BEING 100% ORIGINALLY FROM THE FACTORY.
