Duel mirrors Door edge protectors Am/FM stereo All other options can be seen in pictures THIS IS A REAL ORIGINAL CAR. This is a 2 owner car. It has been stored inside since it was repainted in 1990. GTX has been to the Mopar Nats several times ( only white with Gunmetal interior one there), won top 40 at Mopars at the Battleship, and was driven to Monster Mopar in St. Louis. Everything on the car works, its ready to go. Car was purchased new at Sid Hayden Chrysler Plymouth in Little Rock, Arkansas. My Dad bought the car in 1988 from the original owner. I have most of the paperwork from the original sale of the car. That paper work includes keytag, warranty papers, order sheet, build sheet, finance papers, and owners manual packet. The GTX emblem on the trunk instead of the sticker was installed by the dealer because the original owner didn't like the sticker. Car was wrecked on the driver side back in the early eighties. It was repaired and repainted in 1990. Paint is still very nice. I have lots of pictures of that also. The repairs that were made on the car include drivers front fender, drivers door, and front bumper ( that's why its a '72 bumper) were replaced with OE parts car. Drivers quarter panel was also pulled out and fixed. There is not a lot of bondo in the car. I have the pictures to prove it. Interior of the car is almost all original. All that has been changed is the dash pad and the driver seat had a new seat cover made back in 1990. Passenger seat now has two small places that the stitching is coming apart. Headliner has two small holes in it also. In the picture the car has a tach that has been put back to the original gauges. Also there is a temp gauge zip tied to the lower dash. No holes were made in the dash for mounting. The engine and transmission are numbers matching and were rebuilt back in 2007. Car has been converted to electronic ignition using the Mopar Performance equipment. A/C does blow cold and it is charged with R-12. The orange plug wires have been replaced with black Fire Core wires and a Fire Core coil. The only thing replace in the trunk is the mat. It has the original weather strip with embossed part number and all original spare and jack. The front end was rebuilt when the engine was rebuilt. I used all rubber not poly. The exhaust head pipe and exhaust tips are original. Mufflers and tailpipes were replaced in 2008 with Magnaflow 5x11 straight thru mufflers. Car comes with but not installed the following: the original dual point distributor, a nice but needs rechromed to match the rear '71 front bumper, a correct date coded '71 LH exhaust manifold the one on it currently is a '72 ( the original cracked), original heads ( nothing wrong with them it was just easier to use a different set at the time. Has 906 heads on it.)and a set of new Legendary front seat covers. That is as honest of an assessment of the car I can give. The car has been in my family for 27 years. You are bidding on a very nice 1967 Plymouth GTX 440/375hp Convertible Tribute. This car has been upgraded with a 1968 375hp 440, Aluminum intake, 4bbl carb, power steering, new interior, new top, new brakes, new stereo/speakers/amp and all the GTX trim including the correct GTX gas cap. As you can see from the pictures even the grille and tail panel have been updated to the GTX look. As for the body, the lower quarters have been replaced with new metal as well as a couple of floor patches, All of the rest of the metal is original and solid. The cooling system has already been upgraded and the car can be driven anywhere with no issues. This is a very nice drive quality car and except for GTX fanatics, no one at car shows can tell the difference. True GTX 440'S are hard to find and very expensive(40-50K), so if your looking for the prestige without the price this nicely done tribute is for you.

1967 plymouth gtx this is a 67 hp motor, whether or not its matching numbers dont know there seems to be a lot of controversy about that 440 factory 4 speed dana 354 gear bought this car in 05 with intentions of never getting rid of it well things change in 05 rebuilt motor to factory specs along with tranny had it painted original color with clear with motor out of car so entire egine bay and frame were done real nice, replaced numerous items such as all emblems taillight bezels and lenses, replating of bumpers, carpet, headiner, re done sun visors, all bulbs behind cluster etc.etc. etc. cant remember everything, it has nice alpine stereo with 5.25 speakers in fiberglass enclosures up in front of kickpanels. 1 12in subwoofer behind rear seat HIDDEN, 3 amps, custom made gauge panel, all original glass no bondo that im aware of weld wheels all around every thing works in vehicle 1 exception i had to improvise a heater switch, didnt matter to me only drove on nice days any way EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON THIS CAR IN LATE 05-06 ive put approx 850 miles on this in the last 10 years, have to many cars its time this goes away nice car im sure im forgetting a lot any questions just ask, look at pics, car is not perfect has won a couple of plaques, always garaged, extremley nice driver. need more pics just ask

Up for sale is a rare 1969 Plymouth GTX 440 4 speed Dana 60 Shute grip posi . This car has been sitting for 28+years it ran when the owner pulled it into the garage , the motor is not seized it turns over . The car needs a good going over but one of the cleanest cars I've seen in a while . There is no rot on the floors or the frames at all , no rot on the bottom of the quarters or fenders but there is some bubbling on the roof under the vinyl roof and the paint by the back window has lifted but not rotted , the pass door shows some bubbling on the bottom . And the chrome needs attention , the missing parts are in the trunk he never finished the restoration . 1968 plymouth GTX in great shape. Not original motor/trans. Has a 440 engine and automatic transmission. Runs and drives great. Has AC, power steering, power brakes, front disk brakes and power windows. This car is highly optioned for 1968 has fender tag. Paint is in good condition and really no rust, has some small bubbles rust on lower quarters but not thru and under the vinyl top and had a small rust spot fixed at the corner of rear window, also a spot on passenger side rear quarter that has a repair looked like something poked thru the trunk see pictures of the two spots, can drive and enjoy for years before needing to get a new paint job. Great 10 footer. Underneath is really nice. Floor boards and trunk are clean. The interior has new carpet, new door panels, new seat belts, new center console, will need the radio hooked up which is a refurbished original radio with a mp3/iPod hook up attached. The dash pad has 3 cracks and about the only thing the interior really needs. This is a great driver no title but is currently registered.
