Exterior:This car has a great look and stance. The paint is what I would consider nice driver quality with some minor imperfections here and there. It has a few small paint chips on the right rear quarter panel but looks really good overall. The front and rear bumpers are new and in great shape. The wheel lip moldings and rocker panel trim are all new.It has a brand new set of 15x7" and 15x8" Magnum 500 wheels and nice BFGoodrich radial white letter tires. The glass is all in good shape and only has some light scuffs on the door glass from rolling up and down. The trim around the windshield, drip rails and rear windows are all in very good shape as well.It has a new pair of 440 hood inserts also.It is super solid underneath and has really nice original floor pans, frame rails, torsion bar cross members, etc. The trunk pan has been replaced and it looks like a decent job was done. There is a nice new trunk mat installed also.Interior:All of the interior is in very good shape. The door panels are in good shape. The arm rest on the driver side has a small tear. The front and rear seat covers are really nice and don't have any tears. The headliner is in great shape and looks new.The carpet is in good shape as well. The steering wheel is in good shape overall but has a few small cracks. The dash pad has a few cracks. The center console is in really good shape also.It has a remote driver's side door mirror. All of the gauges work like they are supposed to.The A/C blows but does not blow cold and I have not done any diagnosing as to why it doesn't blow cold. The windshield wipers also work like they are supposed to.All of the head lights, tail lights, brake lights and turn signals work as well.Drivetrain:The engine is a strong running 440 big block with an Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor and factory cast iron exhaust manifolds running through dual exhaust out the back of the car. The casting number is 2536430-7 and has a 1967 date code. I recently installed a brand new air cleaner with the "440 Super Commando" pie pan.The transmission is a 727 that shifts nice and firm and doesn't slip when changing gears. It has an 8 3/4 rear end under it with unknown gear ratio.Suspension:All of the original suspension is in good shape and the car runs and drives down the road great. The power steering feels really smooth and easy to steer. The power brakes work very well and stop the car easily. The car is listed for sale locally and I reserve the right to remove it from auction at any time. If you have any questions or would like to see more close up photos, please send me a message, shoot me a text or call me on my cell phone at (214)682-595o and I would be happy to talk and answer any questions I can.

DUE TO NO CONTACT OR DEPOSIT OR EVEN A CORRECT PHONE NUMBER FROM THE BUYER THE CAR IS BEING RELISTED. On Jan-09-16 at 21:05:19 PST, seller added the following information: Numbers matching 440 with auto 727 and 8 3/4 3.55 gears. Duel mirrors Door edge protectors Am/FM stereo All other options can be seen in pictures THIS IS A REAL ORIGINAL CAR. This is a 2 owner car. It has been stored inside since it was repainted in 1990. GTX has been to the Mopar Nats several times ( only white with Gunmetal interior one there), won top 40 at Mopars at the Battleship, and was driven to Monster Mopar in St. Louis. Everything on the car works, its ready to go. Car was purchased new at Sid Hayden Chrysler Plymouth in Little Rock, Arkansas. My Dad bought the car in 1988 from the original owner. I have most of the paperwork from the original sale of the car. That paper work includes keytag, warranty papers, order sheet, build sheet, finance papers, and owners manual packet. The GTX emblem on the trunk instead of the sticker was installed by the dealer because the original owner didn't like the sticker. Car was wrecked on the driver side back in the early eighties. It was repaired and repainted in 1990. Paint is still very nice. I have lots of pictures of that also. The repairs that were made on the car include drivers front fender, drivers door, and front bumper ( that's why its a '72 bumper) were replaced with OE parts car. Drivers quarter panel was also pulled out and fixed. There is not a lot of bondo in the car. I have the pictures to prove it. Interior of the car is almost all original. All that has been changed is the dash pad and the driver seat had a new seat cover made back in 1990. Passenger seat now has two small places that the stitching is coming apart. Headliner has two small holes in it also. In the picture the car has a tach that has been put back to the original gauges. Also there is a temp gauge zip tied to the lower dash. No holes were made in the dash for mounting. The engine and transmission are numbers matching and were rebuilt back in 2007. Car has been converted to electronic ignition using the Mopar Performance equipment. A/C does blow cold and it is charged with R-12. The orange plug wires have been replaced with black Fire Core wires and a Fire Core coil. The only thing replace in the trunk is the mat. It has the original weather strip with embossed part number and all original spare and jack. The front end was rebuilt when the engine was rebuilt. I used all rubber not poly. The exhaust head pipe and exhaust tips are original. Mufflers and tailpipes were replaced in 2008 with Magnaflow 5x11 straight thru mufflers. Car comes with but not installed the following: the original dual point distributor, a nice but needs rechromed to match the rear '71 front bumper, a correct date coded '71 LH exhaust manifold the one on it currently is a '72 ( the original cracked), original heads ( nothing wrong with them it was just easier to use a different set at the time. Has 906 heads on it.)and a set of new Legendary front seat covers. That is as honest of an assessment of the car I can give. The car has been in my family for 27 years. I have a lot more pictures that can be sent to serious inquires only please.

The 'coolest of the cool' that's survived almost five decades of vehicle downsizing trends, fuel thirsty gearheads and stoplight fisticuffs? Well, you don't have to worry about getting pinched back to reality this time because this killer 1967 Plymouth Belvedere GTX is a highly original, fully documented MoPar that's been professionally restored by some of the best names in the business! But wait, there's more. Not only is this award-winning hardtop a first class show queen that presents much nicer than when it rolled off the assembly line, it also wraps original sheetmetal around an original Hemi drivetrain that's logged only 20,811 miles. If you're looking for some tough, investment grade muscle that's fun to look at, a blast to drive and ready to hit the show circuit as soon as it rolls out of our showroom, congratulations, you've found your next classic! BODYWORK/TRIM It seems only fitting that a super clean and equally fierce B-Body, like this impressive Belvedere, would begin its life in the golden California sun. Fast-forward to the late 20th century where the solid hardtop, still owned by its original purchaser, was thoroughly researched and carefully documented. And step in to the early 21st century when the car benefitted from a professional, ground-up restoration that was completed in October of 2013. When you're restoring a classic of this caliber, it's always good to start with an unmolested body that retains as much authentic feel as possible. Accordingly, this GTX's thorough reboot began with solid, all-original sheetmetal that was stripped, tightened up and eventually reassembled by Classic Garage Automobile Restoration of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Once the stage was set for paint, Chris Lidgerwood of Spokane, Washington's Extreme Customs sealed a sweet coat of correct Bright Blue Metallic base in tough and glossy clear. That pigment and metal work, tabbing out at roughly $31K, was complemented with restored stainless, original emblems and an array of correct trim that includes a tint-free windshield, a fresh vinyl roof, a manual driver's mirror and chrome drip rails. And today, this Plymouth rolls as one stunning, arrow-straight showpiece that, in 2015, was bestowed a Goodguys Mopar Muscle Pick and a Goodguys Award of Excellence. ENGINE Authenticated by a famous 2468330 casting number and October 10th, 1966 casting date, the car's original, 426 cubic inch Hemi benefitted from a completely documented rebuild that was conducted by Hemihaines of Daytona Beach, Florida. As Plymouth's top option for power hungry gearheads, Chrysler's legendary elephant block utilizes cast iron heads, an oversquare bore, a forged steel crank, forged steel rods, forged aluminum pistons and a hydraulic cam to twist stout 10.25 to 1 compression into a stated 425 horsepower and 490 lb./ft. of torque. All that high performance hardware spins in a familiar Hemi Orange block, which hangs requisite Organisol-coated valve covers over correct, low-restriction exhaust manifolds. Oxygen is supplied by a polished and decaled air cleaner, which rides original Carter carburetors and a correct aluminum intake. Compression is sparked by Chrysler Electronic Suppression cables, which are snapped onto a correct points distributor. And a correct, 26-inch radiator utilizes pliable hoses and old school squeeze clamps to cool combustion. Visually, the body-matched engine bay is both clean and accurate. Thanks to impeccable upkeep, the big mill cruises just as well as when it rolled out of the restoration shop. And naturally, a roster of correct ancillaries includes items like factory decals, a reproduction MoPar battery, an old school washer reservoir and a monochromatic brake booster. DRIVETRAIN/SUSPENSION Park this pristine GTX on a lift and you'll find a fully sorted undercarriage that's been finished to the same exacting standards as the car's impressive engine bay. Glossy blue 2-stage protects solid, original floors that probably haven't seen much daylight since the car's restoration. Behind the stalwart engine, an original A833 4-speed twists power to an original Dana 60 that's fitted with a correct Sure Grip differential and correct, 3.54 gears. That drivetrain rides a factory-spec suspension, which mixes correct power steering with correct power front disc and rear drum brakes. The car's correct dual exhaust system centers an H-shaped crossover in front of factory replacement mufflers and polished stainless tips. And power scorches the pavement through original, correctly painted steelies, which spin correct 7.75-14 Firestone redlines around correct Plymouth hubcaps. INTERIOR Open this Plymouth's solid doors and you'll find one of the coolest interiors ever bolted behind a big block engine. Billed as the 'Gentleman's Muscle Car' and finished in correct Black vinyl, it brings a real sense of class to a platform with a solemn and brutish nature. Front and center, a correct combination of bench and bucket seats frame a correct fold down armrest. In front of those seats, a classy dash frames decidedly retro telemetry above a rare Reverberator radio. At the sides of that dash, ornate door panels complement correct door toppers. Those panels are sandwiched between a tight headliner and clean carpet, which frames an original Inland shifter. In front of the driver, a correct, 3-spoke steering wheel frames a chrome, Plymouth-branded horn ring. And behind the passengers, a fully restored trunk hangs a fresh mat and correct jack over an original spare tire. HISTORICAL INFORMATION In addition to significant historical provenance, this Plymouth's substantial documentation includes Galen Govier VIN, Fender Tag and Broadcast Sheet decodes. Here's a detailed look at how the car left Chrysler's Lynch Road assembly plant. This is exactly why we created the RKM Performance Center. Being proud members of SEMA, ARMO, HRIA and the North Carolina Motorsports Association, the RKM Performance Center is a nationally recognized shop; best known for high level OEM restorations and custom builds. Comprised of ASE certified mechanics, including several Master Technicians, you can feel confident that your car is in capable hands. As fellow enthusiasts, they are passionate about cars and will treat yours with the respect it deserves. Showroom 5527 Lakeview RoadCharlotte, NC 28269 704.413.4665 [email protected]

It's because a select few are as unique as snowflakes, and this 1969 Plymouth GTX is a true 1 of 1 with the documentation to back it up. And when a numbers-matching 426 Hemi coupe survives with low mileage like this, bidding wars usually break out. The 65K miles on this car are believed to be actual but are not documented. The GTX was the gentleman's muscle car. Many people were not willing to go to the expense of premium rapid transit, and instead opted for its Road Runner sibling. Today that makes the GTX one of the most respected and rare Mopars around, so you are already going to gain gawkers from far across the car show field. As they get closer, the compliments will start with the paintwork; and you'll be able to tell them it's a professional respray of the factory-correct B7 Jamaica Blue. They'll start to admire the details like the red pinstriping, pristine brightwork, matte black hood stripes, and optional Magnum 500 wheels w/redline tires; and this will be the time you'll take out the factory buildsheet and Galen Govier paperwork that shows this Plymouth was built with an option series that is currently one-of-a-kind. The gentleman's attitude continues inside with an interior that harmoniously blends luxury and performance features. The black bucket seats appear factory fresh, giving you an idea of how much someone cared for this car. Almost everything you can see or touch feels new, including the seat covers, door panels, and carpets. There's hints of wood paneling on the dash, doors, center console, shift knob, and even three-spoke sports steering wheel. Besides just the extra wide speedometer, the driver gets a full gauge package that includes temperature, ammeter, and a rare factory tachometer. The best part of this heavily invested interior is that everything works, right down to the ambient lighting and power windows. This one even carries the original (and rare) R22 AM/8-track radio, although you can also hook in your iPod now to play some more modern tunes. But honestly, the radio is secondary to the soundtrack that comes from the power under the hood. The engine bay is completely filled with the one thing that everyone wants in a classic Mopar a numbers-matching Hemi advertised at 425 hp! Yes, the callouts on the air grabber hood were not lying. Not only does it look great with the big, bold Coyote Duster topper, but the motor has only averaged 1,400 miles per year over its lifetime. This is the kind pedigree that will get this bad boy muscle car invited to the top concours events. But as much as the world will want to see your surviving Mopar, you'll likely be too busy adding miles to the odometer. After all, when you put your toe into this Hemi and open up the dual four-barrel carburetors, the dual exhaust make the kind of howl you can hear all the way across town... and that's just too much fun to resist. Plus, it will never take too much convicting to go for a Sunday drive thanks to easy features like the power steering, front disc brakes and the three-speed automatic transmission. This GTX has all the right features to make this investor-grade Mopar irresistible to take out for a spin. It only takes one hand to count how many other GTXs had so many of these features, and that's why you should use your one hand to pick up the phone and call today. 1969 Plymouth GTX for Sale 1969 Plymouth GTX for Sale Stock # 0148-TPA Charlotte Showroom 5400 West WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 28269 Local/International: (704) 598-2130 Toll-Free: (866) 542-8392 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Atlanta Showroom 213 Thornton Rd Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Local/International: (678) 279-1609 Toll-Free: (877) 367-1835 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom 5400 Sandshell Dr Fort Worth, TX 76137 Local/International: (817) 764-8000 Toll-Free: (855) 877-2707 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM CST Sat: 9AM - 5PM CST Email: [email protected] Tampa Showroom 4610 Pet Lane Lutz, FL 33559 Local/International: (813) 501-1630 Hours: Tues - Fri: 9AM - 6PM EST Sat: 9AM - 5PM EST Email: [email protected] TERMS OF SALE Vehicle may be sold by Streetside Classic Cars prior to the end of the auction. absolutely awesome 1969 Plymouth GTX. This is an original California car that was recently brought to Wisconsin in 2014. This car still retains all it’s original sheet metal, and is in excellent shape. This car has never had any rust! This awesome Mopar also retains its original drivetrain consisting of the original massive 440 Magnum V-8 engine, and the original 727 TorqueFlight automatic transmission. The motor has had some performance upgrades done to make it a lot more fun to drive while still retaining its original block. Recent dyno showed the HP to be right around 475. This is a factory A/C car, and it works extremely well! This car was also equipped with factory front disc brakes. Finished in its original color of B5 Blue – it looks outstanding! Highly professional paint that shines bright! All the chrome and bright work are in excellent shape as well with no pitting. We just added a set of 15" Magnum 500 wheels, with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The parchment interior is all original with front bucket seats. It is in excellent shape with no issues anywhere. The dash is not cracked, and the headliner is perfect.
