Here is a Ford 1927 roadster pickup project. This is a very cool hot rod that needs work but is a great value considering whats here and whats been done. The frame is a Model A frame that has been boxed and welded. z'ed at the back and has all the suspension and axles mounted and done.it has a new master cylinder and brake pedal mounted on the frame rail ready to be plumbed. I have a disc brake conversion for the front. I pulled it off to have the drum style brakes. It is included if you would rather have front disc brakes. The rear brakes are 40 ford hydraulic brakes and the rear axle is 40 ford with the quick change look added to it (done very nicely) I have the pieces to convert it to an open drive rear end( Drive shaft style as opposed to a enclosed tube drive).The front axle is a 1946 Chevy axle and brakes. The front and rear buggy spring is new. the car rolls and turns but the steering gear box is not hooked up yet. the steering box is a new Vega style box already mounted and set up for the new quick release steering column that is included. the body and bed have not been mounted.it is tacked on to the frame so it can be moved around. the engine and trans is a 1958 olds 371 4 bbl. hydromatic trans. It is a very low miles engine that ran and drove great when in the car it was pulled from. the trans is in great shape as well. I also have an additional trans included with the car. for the engine i have a 6x2 intake and 6 core carbs to have rebuilt when ready. A brand new finned aluminum valley pan and new offenhouser polished finned valve covers. I also have a new complete gasket set to seal the engine up when its time to do so as well. the rear white walls are brand new. these were not cheap. i also have a new Chrome windshield frame and up rights to go with it. The headlights and mounts are new. I am including the polished friction shocks for the front. the radiator is a new aluminum custom made unit to fit the shell that's on the car. I have all the interior panels made up and fitted but obviously will need to be upholstered when the time comes. Please ask any questions you may have. I will answer them the best that i can and ASAP. please review the pictures. I hate to let this go but I am making room for another project so it has to go. The front wheels and tires are off of my 57 Chevy. I will include rollers with it but not the red wheels. Thank you for looking.

1924 Ford Model T Roadster Pickup -Runs great, electric start, generator isn't charging at the moment, lights work, with a little bit of tinkering this would make an excellent driver, currently it will not run on magneto, brand new bands installed, once the engine is warmed up it will start just about every time by just bring up the spark lever, neat looking truck, would be great for advertisement of a business, tires all hold air but are weather checked, decent upholstery, please refer to photos, radiator has a minor leak, this is an older amateur restoration. This car was built in 2011. It has a Chevy 350 with a 4 bolt main that is bolted up to a TH350 transmission. It has a GM 10 bolt rear end with an Eaton posi carrier and Eaton 4:10 gear set (brand new in 2014). In the front end it has GM spindles with disk breaks, in the rear it has the original drum breaks which were rebuilt with all new hardware and cylinders when built. the breaking system is also equipped with a proportioning valve. The rear suspension was built using a triangulated 4 bar set up with coil overs. This created a nice smooth ride that handles great at any speeds. inside the pickup box, under the cover, is the 10 gallon aluminum gas tank and the battery locked tightly down in a tray. the interior has black carpeted flooring and firewall and a vinyl bench seat and vinyl door panels. It also has a Cd player with two speakers and a small sub woofer powered by a mini amplifier that is hidden behind the dash. This allows you to listen to music comfortably while cruising down the road. If you decide you don't want the sound system in the car for a car show or any other reason, the system comes out easily with 4 screws and two plugs, behind it is carpeted and the wires are hidden so no one will ever know there was a radio in it. This car is titled as a 1923 Ford Model T Pickup! This is very unique and makes it very easy to transfer the title, register, and insure! This is an amazing car and will provide an amazing and comfortable ride for many miles to come. FOR SALE: 1924 Ford Model T C-Cab "Woody" Pickup Truck Older restoration completed over a 6 year period in the early 2000s. The following text are excerpts quoted from an article on THIS SPECIFIC TRUCK in the August 2009 issue of Car Buff News magazine . . . (The late) Gerald Goodman of Grand Blanc, Michigan was a collector of cars, tractors, engines, and related equipment. His dream was to restore a Model T to its original condition. After searching far and wide he received a call, there was one for sale right in Grand Blanc. It was a frame, driveshaft, wheels and an engine, with an orange crate for a seat. Jerry cranked it up and with a big smile on his face, drove it home. After much thought and planning, Jerry decided to build a Model T truck on the rolling chassis. All available parts are genuine 1924 Model T or correct replacements. He decided to hand build an all wooden C-cab and truck bed from a black walnut tree found on his property and milled himself. The top is removable via 3 lag screws on each side. The dashboard is original and the speedometer is a restored original. Maximum speed is about 35mph (not bad for a wooden bodied Model T). Note that this is not a TT truck since it has the "car" 100 inch wheelbase. During 1924 and 1925 Ford offered a metal C-cab variant of the Model T. This vehicle, although a 1924 chassis, was treated by Mr. Goodman much like a 1923 (or earlier) period where all truck or delivery vehicle Model Ts were purchased as factory rolling chassis and custom body work added by the purchaser. The 8 years since the restoration was completed has seen almost 900 miles and the expected amount of minor paint wear and some weathering of the black walnut bodywork. A Pebble Beach winner its not but this is a very solid and rust free Model T. Priced to sell at $11,900 or Best Offer. All reasonable offers will be considered as my wife wants her garage space back! I would keep it myself but a Model T is just too slow for my needs as a summer driver. I couldn't turn down the deal that I got on it but I am honestly looking to flip it for something a bit newer (as in faster). No trades please. I need the cash. The engine build number is 10360869 which dates it to August 1924. The electrical system is all 6Volt which operates quite nicely. Mr. Goodman equipped it with turn signals for added safety. Ignition is via battery as the magneto magnets likely need a "recharge" (you T veterans will understand). This is on my list if I can get to it but can't guarantee magneto operation at this time. The field coil resistance ohms out about right so magnetism is the prime suspect. For the right buyer this is a very solid head turner of a "T" at a good price. I'll answer any questions that I can.
