Up for bid is an original 1960’s SpeedFreek Garage 1/4 Drag car, it raced at S & N Dragway/Texas Raceway, Hallsville Dragway and others back in the 60’s & 70’s. Powered by a balanced 8.1L 454 Chevy, with a TH 350 transmission with a B&M shifter, Mighty Demon double pumper carb and a 360 degree Weiand X-CELerator single plane manifold for power in the 1,500 to 6,800 rpm range, which makes this an excellent high-performance setup The roll cage has been cut back, lights, gauges, horn, etc... have been added to make the car street legal, new tires, Butterfly Intake scoop, slotted front disk brakes, with a new interior and painted back to its original scheme. This car is and was garage kept. I found a repair bill from where the motor was rebuilt with High Performance parts and I will provide "Original BOM" a list of the parts below. Since the rebuild, I estimated the car has been driven a total of 9441 miles, and I have put around 5200 of them on it with absolutely no problems. You barely touch the gas and she goes ballistic like a rocket sled on wheels. I have taken her up to 140 once, She'll do 170 plus easy. This car is 100% greased lightening and a definite head turner. Fresh paint, interior, wiring, lights, etc.... I did add a rear Pirates of the Caribbean holographic Projection system, with custom box, rear spoiler, and custom fiberglass work to smooth out the edges on the box and give her that one of a kind look.
