When it comes to high-performance aftermarket starter, carburetor, fuel-injection, and fuel-management systems for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Terry is known as one of the leading authorities. He is also a member of the prestigious custom Harley-Davidson club, the Hamsters USA.Terry has been building custom motorcycles and hot rods for the past 30 years. His previous four-wheel customs include a '55 Chevy Bel Air and a '65 Chevy Impala. His most recent effort is this gorgeous yellow '55 Chevy panel, which took one year to complete. The flawless '55 panel supports Terry Components' high-performance image.Terry started with a custom-built boxed frame C-notched to accept the narrowed Ford 9-inch rearend stuffed with Richmond 4.11 gears. To achieve its aggressive stance, Terry used cut coils and 2-inch Chrysler drop spindles up front and flipped the rearend atop the rear leaf springs. A pair of Koni gas shocks helps stabilize the front suspension, while a pair of Koni air-adjustable shocks controls the rear's ride height and payload capabilities. The Chrysler spindles were teamed up with Cadillac disc brakes, located on each corner for equal stopping ability. The front 15x8-inch Weld Racing Pro Star aluminum wheels were wrapped in P245/55R15 Goodyears, and the rear 15x14-inch Welds were consumed in massive 29x15.50x15-inch Mickey Thompsons.Lifting the hood exposes a healthy '75 Chevrolet 454ci big-block shoehorned between the framerails. The engine block and cylinder heads were coated in exterior-matching hamster yellow. The round port cylinder heads were massaged by Terry Components. The polished aluminum intake manifold supports four Weber 48mm IDF fine-tuned down-draft carburetors. You have to check out the wild black-flamed carburetor, velocity stacks, and black-flamed valve covers. A smooth, polished aluminum firewall, black inner fenders, and a brass radiator top tank add to the total underhood presentation. A covered MSD Blaster ignition coil delivers the initial spark to the MSD distributor which distributes the electrical pulse to each cylinder's spark plug through the yellow Taylor 8mm ignition wires, which ignite the air and gas mixture inside the engine's combustion chamber. The engine's spent gases are exhausted through the 2-1/2-inch outside diameter Hooker Headers, which flow into the two-chamber Flowmaster mufflers, developing that distinguished, throaty rumble. The hamster hauler was then transported over to Terry's buddy, Bill Carter in Chatsworth, California, where all of the body was hammered out, straightened, filled, block-sanded baby-butt smooth, then sprayed with PPG DP 50 primer. It was then ready to receive multiple coats of hamster yellow. After some color sanding to eliminate blemishes and orange peel, the orange ghost flames were laid out and sprayed. After one final inspection, the flames and base color coats were buried in multiple coats of clear. The timeless interior was done by Terry using early model bucket seats covered in soft gray leather. Massive Chevy Bow Ties were embossed in the leather inner side panels, and the headliner also received gray leather treatment. The dash was maintained with the refurbished original gauges, knobs, and radio. Billet aluminum door handles and window cranks were installed. The door panels were dressed up by adding a gray leather scuff pad at the bottom of each door, and the armrests were covered in gray leather with a matching custom-stitched stash pouch. The entertainment system was kept simple with an AutoSound head unit with a six-disc CD changer running through an equalizer and amp, into the two 6-inch round speakers located in the door panels and 6x7-inch in the rear. For every show the yellow '55 panel has attended, it has earned a place in the top three spots. Needless to say, Terry's '55 Panel is definitely a distinctive hamster, and any hamster would be stoked to drive this too-cool panel. We would like to thank Keith's brother Kent for allowing us the opportunity to use his picturesque location at his estate outside of Paso Robles, California, in the wine country. His property was located on top of a sizable knoll, with a 360-degree panoramic view of the valley's vineyards below. As we rolled up and drove through the automatic rod-iron gates, up the winding cobblestone driveway leading to the 5,000-square-foot multi-story house, we were in awe gazing at the rich green lawn covering the rolling landscape featuring colorful flower beds and planters located throughout the property. Kent's massive 6,000-square-foot six-bay garage Mahal was a definite hit with myself and the featured truck owners. Behind every industrial roll-up door was an individual room specifically designated as an engine shop, a machine shop, a motorcycle museum, a street-rod museum, an entertainment room, and a nostalgic dragster shop."

1950 Chevy Pickup Truck. Perfect blank Canvas for those of you that want a restoration project. Great shape for the age, little rust in across the body and is ready for that perfect paint restoration that will shine. Truck has not been driven in years however the engine has been replaced with a Chevy 350 with a turbo 400 transmission. The original dash is still in place with a modern steering wheel column that is currently disassembled. Aftermarket bucket seats are installed but it would look great with a nice leather bench. These trucks are great to use as advertisements and can be restored and worth money without putting too much work into them. The hard parts on this project car have already been performed!! THIS VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS. IT IS USED, OLD, AND NEEDS RESTORATION. Most of the info provided was from the last owner. I have verified that everything is as stated above. Very little rust and in great condition for a restoration. The truck is in Wall Township NJ and can be viewed within 24 hours of contacting me.

1950 Chevrolet 1 Ton Panel Truck (3800) This panel is very complete and mostly original. It has the original 17" split rims with spare also. It will be a great one to restore as the extended panels are rare and more versatile than the shorter versions. These look nice restored and are really not around much anymore. Included is a clear title. The body is very solid and has little rust overall. The body is better than it looks. The old brush paint job that has faded but you might be able to Scotch-Brite it down to the original finish and have an awesome patina look since the white paint may have protected the original Lacquer. People are paying $$$$ for that aged look and this may be the vehicle to get it from. You can do a lot with these panels and have mobile businesses out of them or have sleeping quarters in the rear and use them for tow rigs for your show or drag car. They also make nice parts running rigs for businesses and you have a large space to put your business name on the side. MECHANICAL: This has what I believe is the original six cylinder and appears complete except for the air cleaner. The engine runs, and sounds good. The panel is not drivable though. The fuel system will need cleaned and complete tune-up and fluid changes. It has ran on a gravity feed tank just long enough to test all the gears. This is a 4-speed manual with granny low. Clutch works fine. No brakes. It most likely needs the master cylinder but they most likely will need other work. Rolls and steers. Tires hold air. Hubcaps in pics are the original style but NOT included. I borrowed them of a different rig of mine for the pics. From what I see, the drivetrain is usable but will need to be checked out and tuneup work done due to it sitting for years. BODY: The panel does need to be restored, but the body is very solid for a project and has little rust. The front floorpans have the usual rust that these years all seem to have. It is minor though compared to most pickups of this vintage. It's only in the foot area, not under the seats. New pans are available at lots of restoration places. Hood and front fenders are nice. Doors are nice also but have rust on the inner metal, on the bottom but verticle metal. This is flat metal and should be an easy fix. Rear quarters/side panels are nearly rust free but each side has a spot between the front fender and the door. This is the low rocker type area and is a common bad spot on these. This panel is better than others I've seen though. Patch panels would be easy to make, but may be available. Minor rust spot behind drivers rear fender. There is a dent above the rear doors that needs to be fixed. Its not major, but doors won't close right because of it. Jams are nice besides that area. Wheelhouses are nice. Frame is rust free. Firewall, dash, and header are fine. Tons of restoration parts are sold for these including new chrome grilles, bumpers, etc. making restoration cheap and easy. Some parts off pickups work also. Windshields are cracked, as are side windows. This is flat glass and easy to replace. Rear windows are gone. INTERIOR: Very little to mention here besides that the interior does have the original front seats which is nice. They have been reaching close to $1000 here on eBay. Dash area appears original and steering wheel. OVERALL:These panels look great fixed up and can be used to haul a variety of things or used for advertising. I've also seen many made into rods that have sleeping quarters in the back and they make great tow rigs for hotrods or racecars. They are cool to use for mobile businesses and sell t-shirts or whatever out of the back at cars shows. Park out if front of your rod shop with your name on the side. There is a lot of room for a big ad! This was the second 1 ton Panel I Purchased for my business. I was going to restore it and use it, but I decided to just go with one for the time being. I have dealt with these larger 1 Ton panels before and they are really pretty easy to work on. There is plenty of room and space to do all the restoration. Some parts can be difficult to find, but the good news is everything is on this one and really just needs to be cleaned/fixed up. Let know if you have any questions. THIS VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS. IT IS USED, OLD, AND NEEDS RESTORATION. Most of the info provided was from the last owner. I have verified that everything is as stated above. Very little rust and in great condition for a restoration. I have a few shipping companies that I have dealt with, so I can help facilitate shipping and local delivery is available as well. Trailer not included The truck is in Bonsall, CA and can be viewed Tuesday-Saturday
