I bought the car from my step son who owned the car for four years, three of those years the car was parked in garage due to running problems and not driven. After purchasing the car, I started a restoration, which has gone on for the last five years. The list of the cars features and improvements are as follows:BODY: New paint, new rubber at windows, doors and engine lid. New front blinker lenses and headlight rims. New window scrapers, bumpers are covered in California carbon fiber vinyl. Body is free of corrosion. Some rust was repaired with sheet metal at seat pan of chassis.INTERIOR: New deluxe upholstery, seats, front and rear side panels, dash, carpeting, headliner and rear panel.DRIVE TRAIN: Brakes and tires are in good condition. Engine has new pistons, cylinders, push-rod tubes, valve covers, oil cooler, fuel pump, ignition coil and battery. Fuel tank was reconditioned with new sending unit installed. Engine compartment has new firewall insulation and new rubber around engine skirt. All parts receipts are with the cars paperwork. Engine runs strong and has a healthy sound through its stock exhaust system. Engine still drips some oil through seam of crankcase.THE CAR: Is only driven on occasion through neighborhood and is always covered in garage.
