1972 Chevy C10 Short Bed (SWB): The most popular Chevrolet trucks with collectors are those built between 1967 and 1972. Several factors explain the collector popularity of these trucks. First, they're just damn good looking!  To many, the lines of Chevy pickups in this styling series, particularly the 1969-1972 models, are a "classic" expression of what a pickup truck should look like. Second, with this series Chevrolet offered truly carlike interiors,  complete with color-coordinated carpeting on the floor. Third, all power accessories once found only on cars were now available on light trucks. A pickup from this "Integrated Styling" series could be equipped with air conditioning,  power steering, power brakes, AM/FM radio - virtually any accessory you could find on a car.
