I’m selling a red 1983 Chevrolet C10 shortbed pickup. The interior is very clean with almost pristine seats that match the carpet. The truck is overall in very good condition. I have driven this truck regularly for nearly 6 months and never had any problems with it. I have it stored in a garage and have it classified as a classic car. Recent Engine Rebuild (30K miles on Rebuild)305 with a mild cam with a Turbo 350 Transmission (3 Speed Auto)Air Conditioning (All new… Upgraded to R134a… Blows cool but not cold… I'm thinking it needs a charge)Flowmaster ExhaustLowered using CPP componentsAdjustable Air Shocks on the RearBeautiful red paint jobNew InteriorVery nice stereo.Truck runs smooth at 80 mphThe truck is straight and doesn't have any rustBrand new staggered wheels and tires (20x9 rear and 20x8 front) The truck has very few problems, but the ones it does have are very minor. Here are the following: Sometimes the seatbelts sag a little bitThe interior dome light is missing the cover and is not connected (Has wiring, just not hooked up)The parking brake is disconnected as of nowAC blows, but could be colder if chargedA couple of wheel blemishes Even with the problems it does have, all of these are easily fixed. Like I said, very minor problems.

Original 1965 C-10 Custom LWB Pick Up Truck (Yes I know you wished it was a SWB) I have The Original Title and Original Chevrolet Invoice from Doran Chevrolet of Dallas, TEXAS. In one of the photos you'll see it in original Barn Dust. I drove it forever like that before I finally broke down washed and polished it. It still shines. The roof is rubbed through. I was going to touch it up My plans were to repair the dents as good as possible without repainting it. Not many left in this condition. Original Paint with dings, dents, but No Rust Through The original owner installed the Mickey Thompson valve covers. I've got original steel valve covers in the back. This truck was bought new by a Master Plumber and used until 1985. It was parked InSide until I bought several years ago. I had to have it hauled on a Flatbed. The original owner/plumber made the copper upper hose. I replaced the gas tank, sending unit, brakes, rebuilt carburator, carrier bearing, turn signal actuator, shifter bushings, new tires. The 3 on The Tree Shifts now smoothly. It used to lock up until we adjusted the shifter and replaced teflon bushings. The motor actually runs good but has lifter tick and leaks everywhere. You can drive it across country today if you keep putting oil in it. Instead of fixing oil leaks my plans have been to rebuild the motor. I've got everything to install period correct underdash A/C unit inside the camper. The wood in the bed is all good because it's had a camper. The inside of the bed is nice too. The camper is in fairly good condition but has a hole in the roof. I've left it on for storage. I pulled my 55 Nomad to Super Chevy Show a year ago (1 hour drive 1 way). It pulled it great and was a Blast. My Nomad had oil sprayed all over the front from the truck leaking. The windshield is Cracked and needs replaced. The seat needs to be recovered. I've got the material but haven't had it re-upholstered. I will be happy to discuss questions about this vehicle or send more photos. I'll take up to a $500. deposit via PayPal Thanks Tony 817-992-eleven hundred

(scroll down for more pictures)... Up for sale is my 3 owner, 1966 Chevrolet C10 Custom short bed truck. Original 283 V8 engine and three speed column shift transmission. Starts runs and drives great. The engine produces solid power with excellent oil pressure and compression in all cylinders. The truck was painted base coat with three coats of clear about three years ago and looks great. The body is very straight. Has the desirable white trim down the side with all new exterior molding (just installed). Also has the larger rear cab window. Grille and bumpers are very nice. All lights, turn signals, brake lights and wipers work. The interior is in great shape. Original instrument cluster looks new. Chevy 6 lug rally wheels and trim rings are in great shape. Original rubber floor mat is in place (showing wear under the pedals). Floor pans and cab corners are very solid. Paint is excellent driver quality. A few bubbles on the bottom of both fenders and rockers, please see pictures for reference. No rust anywhere else on the truck. Extremely solid. The bed has all new wood installed and looks fantastic. The bed was treated with satin polyurethane. Glass is excellent. Quite a bit of money has been spent on this truck including: New windshield with 1966 Texas inspection sticker, all new rubber gaskets around doors and glass, new stainless mirrors, new chrome rocker step plates, new gas/brake/clutch pedals, New fender/door/cab and bed moldings and hardware, new tail light bezels, new gas cap, new parking light lenses and bezels, new horn/cap button (not installed), new chrome interior dome light assembly, new interior window and door handles, new wheel center caps, new glove box, new heater control knobs, new Rochester 2 barrel carburetor, new plugs, new spark plug wires, new condenser, new distributor cap, new rotor, new ignition points, new ignition coil, new air filter. Heater works great. The truck puffs smoke on start up if it sits for an extended period of time but dissipates after driving. I assume it's cylinder head valve guides which is very common. Runs great and is totally reliable. Drive it anywhere. This is a great, driver quality truck that shows and runs fantastic while not breaking the bank. Please remember, she is 49 years old and not a perfect trailer queen. With that being said, this is an extremely nice, solid, #'s matching truck that gets tons of attention wherever it goes. The oil pan leaks. I do have a new oil pan gasket that I have not installed yet but will be included along with new valve cover gaskets. The valve covers do not leak. The turn signal assembly at the steering wheel is loose but still functions. This truck will do nothing but go up in value every year. The ONLY reason I’m selling it is because I just bought a Corvette and can’t have both. Also included: Both original keys, 1966 Texas Truck license plates (matching pair, immaculate), (not installed-chrome tailgate chain kit), 1966 owner’s manual and sleeve, 1966 Chevy truck dealer brochure, 1966 Chevy C10 shop manual (original GM), Matching 1966 C10 die cast model and receipts. I have the clean and clear North Carolina title for this truck and DMV transfer paperwork in hand. I have great feedback on Ebay and have been a member for over 10 years. I try to describe items as they are.
