This is a Flat black 1972 c10 Chevy. I rebuilt the 383 Stroker motor it has some 2years back (block was honed, crank and cam polished and balanced by a professional), and since then have put less than 10k miles on it. Straight body. Great candidate for a rebuilt, motor is strong but does need tuning. Disk brakes front, drums rear. new alternator, new battery, 750 holley carb, edelbrock airfilter, mechanical fuel pump, th350 tranny. 72cc Cast iron cylinder-heads, speed-pro pistons. Straight pipes with three inch chrome tips. Only severe rusting I can tell is under door panels as well as rocker panels. Feel free to reach out with questions.

I'm selling my 1965 Chevy C-10 Fleetside in hopes someone will love and enjoy it as much as I have. I pull it out of the garage a couple times a week, but when I do, its a real head-turner with constant thumbs up and hand waves by most people I pass. I don't have to sell it, but will if somebody offers what I'm asking - no low ballers please. I purchased the truck back in February of this year. It was already in good condition, which I was looking for a nice daily driver. It starts right up every time and is as dependable as a new truck - she has never left me stranded. It has a 327ci with an automatic turbo 400 transmission. It has dual exhaust, which sounds awesome at idle or getting on the gas. I have never hot-rodded it, I just love cruising. It does have an Edelbrock 4-barrel, but the intake was changed, so it uses 2-barrels for savings on gas. I was going to add a new 4 barrel intake for about $150, but I've been fine driving it the way it is, she still picks up and goes pretty quickly. Feel comfortable driving across the country or around town, either way you'd be happy with this truck. I have taken it on trips with no problems. Remember, the truck is 50 years old, so don't expect a perfect truck with no flaws. The truck was garaged for most of its life. The paint was done some years back, which it still looks good. Obviously it was not a $10,000 paint job, you can see some white underneath in some areas, which appears to be the original color. Some paint chips where covered up by the previous owner; he used a slightly darker blue color, but it does not look too bad. I intended on painting it, but I like the way is currently looks, so I invested thousands on other upgrades and parts. No dents or body damage. There is very little rust that I can see, primary slight surface rust in the bed which gives some nice patina (no rust holes, its solid). However, there is a small bubbling spot on the lower front fender of the drivers side (typical area for rust), which you should be able to see in one of the pictures. The floor pans were replaced, so the floor is nice and solid. The tires are new and have about 2,500 miles on them, along with a recent wheel alignment. It has factory A/C, but you will need a new compressor (cost around $475). I haven't purchased the A/C compressor since the weather has been nice. I still have several parts in the garage that I have yet to put on, so I'll include those items to the buyer. Those new parts include: grommet set for the firewall, window seals, chrome window felts, glove box, chrome windshield wipers and door arm rest for both sides. Here's a list of other new parts and upgrades I've done over the past 7 months, all totaling over $5000, most of which were installed by professionals. Parts/upgrades as follows:Lowering springs and shocks (2 inch drop in front and 3 inch drop in rear)Sony Stereo CD player with remote control - Bluetooth with Hands-Free cell phone talking Digital Design Speakers Digital Design sub-woofer with custom box underneath seat (sound system rocks)PowerBass Amp for subwooferChrome Front and Rear BumpersChrome Chevrolet GrillChrome Headlight Bezels Headlamp buckets and screw adjustersHeadlamp backing platesHeadlamp springsChevrolet Emblem on glove boxGlove box strikerCigarette lighterHeadlight dimmer/bright floor switchSeat belts for 3 (this year model does not require seat belts, so I installed for my kids safety)Seat coverBlack carpetCustom cut dash padFloor-pans Wheel bearingsTransmission sealTransmission hoses (that go to radiator)Tie rod on one wheel (mechanic said the other looked fine)Speedometer cableBatteryAir-filter with Chrome coverTruck will be sold "AS IS", there is no warranty. You will be responsible for shipping, so please inquire with a shipping company just so you know the cost - it will be shipped from Austin, Texas. I will try to respond to emails as quickly as possible. Again, I do not appreciate low ballers, please inquire and ask questions if you are truly looking at buying a nice truck for what I'm asking. Lastly, I'm open to offers locally, so I may withdraw my listing if somebody locally gives what I'm asking, so please give your best offer or just make it easy and "Buy It Now". Thanks and Happy Bidding!
