This old truck has so much to offer. When we first brought it home people came out of the woodwork to check it out. The old Ford is a great conversation starter. The engine runs whisper quiet and the transmission puts the power to the rear and holds a gear. There are new pipes from front to back and the body is rock solid. The ford truck keeps a charge for months and starts up in the dead of winter. This truck was restored by a hobbyist who did a nice job. The interior is very clean. The Truck has seen its share of hard work and has lots of life in it still. The front end should get some attention as it pulls to the right under heavy braking. My partner has been daily driving it to work and everywhere he goes people talk to him about the stout old ford. He says the stereo should be rewired and the front needs stiffer shocks. Here we have one of the most desirable fox body mustangs ever made. The Cobra runs well, holds a charge and turns heads. The brakes feel low to me, however I drove down the steepest street in my area with a baby in the back. The deep rumble puts her to sleep every time. The previous owner pulled the smog pump off and put headers on. The car will not smog in Cali, but is the fastest, most free revving fox I've ever owned. I have had at least 25 of these and this is the rarest of the lot. Twice we drove my 88 Saleen across the continent and this car doesn't rattle around much. It actually feels quite fresh. At one point or another someone tried to steal this car. It isn't a good idea to leave it unattended for long in the big city. The drivers door lock is shot and the window was flexed open hard enough to weaken the window surround at the base of the door. The Cobras old owner also added some rear end strengthening components to handle a supercharger. There was an access panel added under the rear seats that was sealed after completion of the task. The car has a red mark on the carfax for a roll back possibility. I was surprised since after owning 500 cars, this one is tight, nimble and devoid of most rattles and clunks. This would be a great track car if thats the direction one wished to head. The flat handling of the fox makes it such a capable race car. I have plenty of great memories racing these cars around in the 80's and 90's when they were so inexpensive. This may not be the cleanest time capsule ever but it is available now at a reasonable price. If its not for you, thanks for looking. The Cobra can live with me in the garage and wait. Soon they will be increasing in value even more. They didn't have the build quality and hardy materials of the 60's and so as more disappear or are collected the remaining ones will become harder to come by. I have loved these cars since new and watched as they went from garbage at the wrecker to gold in the hands of a collector. This may be the last hurrah before they hit the twenties and thirties. This beautiful motorcar was found languishing in a non-descript driveway on a major thoroughfare. I found it on my bicycle which is how I do my best sleuthing. This deal took 6 months to secure. The previous owner was "Diamond Ken" Personal friend and confidant to Stanley Burrell AKA MC-HAMMER! Yes the one and only Hammer spent his best years being chauffered around in this luxurious classic motor car. He would regularly send Ken to pick up notable celebs as they flew in for recording sessions or cameos & swanky parties. The old bentley grumbles to a start and hums a little. For the discerning motorist we have an iconic 1968 fastback for sale. This car was a gift to a chef who worked at a restaurant. I guess the cook was never on time to work, so in 1995 the car was presented to the chef with the hopes he would get to his shift at 5:30 am on the button. It worked. The man drove the car all around for 10 years until he opened his own restaurant, where after paying him a pretty penny, I am supposed to have a lifetime of free huevos rancheros. The mustang is what I would like to call in "old warrior" condition. The car has seen its share of battles and when i requested some service docs, he said it never broke down, ever, so he didn't have any. Thats a good mustang! It does have rust in the drivers lower fender and may have spread all around down there, including the frame. There is a picture of it and I have 100 pictures for serious buyers. I spent a year in Australia and would love to send it down under since you Aussies are such great folk and took excellent care of us. The fastback runs well, holds a gear and has new brakes. The trunk is solid and the rear 1/4s are rock hard. The car has been in dry storage for almost a decade. The previous owner rigged up a soft fuel line from the tank on up and that should be upgraded immediately. This great old fastback has run and run and run and now it deserves a sympathetic resto to get it back right. It could be run around as a warrior or taken to another level. The choice is yours. Turns out he pulled it into his swanky digs, turned it off and never looked back. Soon the squirrels settled in, hiding acorns about the place. Yes the rodents had a field day here. The body is straight with a small ding by the gas flap. There is rust and I have documented it in the pics. It will need everything massaged back into place after you have cleaned it. My friend bought this new and I called dibs on it in 2005. He kept his word so I kept mine. I have known this fellow for 15 years and bought the car without even test driving it. My guy is very trustworthy and I wasn't disappointed in the least. This thing absolutely flys and I made it to the beach in 25 minutes, a drive that would take my mom an hour and 25 minutes. Every record on this car is neatly sorted in a folder. I have driven the car for a month and its not so great with a baby. Well it is great but you know... My friend is an archer and loading his gear put little scratches on the passenger side rear interior panel. The car itself has 12 years of scratches and 2 small door dings you have to look for really hard. The front valance has a repairable crack. He had just done a water pump, thermostat and bearings and belts to the tune of a thousand dollars. There is some slight bushing noise coming from the front end that will need some care but hasn't stopped me from touching 120 a few times. Its a real rocket on the highway and if you catch yourself smiling to hard, let off the gas. Once after a night of carousing he slid out and needed a new hood and fender. It was fixed very well and there is no way to tell. I look for these cars locally every day and one finally fell in my lap. I got a nice deal and am passing it on. I have had 5 cobras and 5 saleens and countless sixties mustangs. This car will make you happy if its what you want. If you are looking for a perfect car maybe keep looking, if you want one to drive, for considerably less than the garage queens, look no further. harris

I need 1 guy who wants this car. I bought it next to the airport from an old latino fella. He gave me a bill of sale and I haven't done a thing with this car in 6 months. It runs and has 2 sets of original keys. Its in great original shape. The catalytic convertor is clogged and the key is sticky. I can drive it around but not for long. the old guy told me not to because the cat heats up quick. It sounds like a submarine right now. The car revs right up and is smooth though. I travelled to an affluent part of town and pulled into an elite neighborhood of mansions. At the last house on a beautiful lane the Jag waited for us. Sitting squarely in the middle of a 2 car garage, the Jag gleamed bright in the spotless abode. We were greeted by perhaps the friendliest individual in the world at that moment, who walked us thru the particulars. The car belonged to his father in law who stopped driving it and handed it down in the age old tradition. The man was very knowledgeable and assured us he had not only driven the 100 miles to home, but was now doing his errands and put putting around in the golf course community. He had been thru all the operating procedures and told us this: in its lifetime, every main working part of the vehicle had been gone thru aside from the drivetrain. Hoses and gaskets had been done recently, the top motor and hydraulics had been replaced, brakes were done, new tires and the list went on. There looks to be 300 pages of receipts and records. All the lights worked, interior and exterior, and the anti lock brake light had been on since the top motor had been re-done. The bottom is spotless and I asked for a flash light to check for leaks. There were none and the garage floor was as dry as a bone. The mans only nit was that the small gaskets that surround the license plate lights had deteriorated and also that two straps holding the top boot down had shrunk. I have had over 400 cars and this is one of the top 3 cleanest ones. After driving it one can only describe the experience as "whooshing". The motor doesn't roar, you just take off in a beautiful slipstream that gets better as you go faster. It is easy to keep on the road and responds very well to any road condition.The top is perfect and every wheel is flawless with no peeling chrome or scraped aluminum. You do not want to get this car dirty in the rain. I doubt it has ever seen inclement weather. We have a very beautiful car here. Upkeep can be a big part of Jaguar ownership and this one had all the preventive maintenance one could imagine, harris.

This beautiful red corvette was sold by a body shop. The owner had them do some work and sell it for him. Story goes he worked at GM and the day he retired he bought this Vette. It looks really really nice. The car needs quite a bit of love right now. I have driven it 50 miles and done the belts and topped off the fluids. The brakes pull, the tires are nice but rub on the fenders occasionally under spirited driving, too big. The steering wheel is cockeyed right 20 degrees. There are scratches and chips and a hunk of the right wheel well is off but still in possession. It can be fixed. Everything on this car is available and its not rocket science. Some rocket scientists would be helpful though. The vette isn't running on all 8, I could hear an arc in there and will try to track it down. The exhaust looks very fresh. The power steering is a little groany. I have had 30 vettes and none were this shiny. The taillights all look new and You could be a rockstar in this car. There are records since new at a reputable shop in town. I will see if I can get them. The red interior is hot. So many looks and stares in a car like this, you don't see em like before. This is a great vette, just reach in the window and turn it on. Feels like it was never beat on, not many rattles and squeaks. Front left caliper leaks. I found out the hard way after a 100 mile day of driving. Yes you could drive this one home. Just got a new alternator and battery, holds a charge for months at a time. Goes straight on down the road, doesn't pull on the highway. Very strong acceleration and smooth power. Drove it up the hill tonight for photos. Ive had 30 vettes, this ones nice. Belonged to one guy for 10 years the other guy bought it new. Tee tops are speckled from paint fade. They need a re-do or just keep em off for gosh sakes.
