We are offering this car for an older neighbor, Jerome. He did run this up and over Mount Tamalpais on the anti football run this year. Jerome actually rescued Miss Law and I in this car after we threw a throttle spring. He then headed thru the vast meadows of Sonoma County at 80 Mph to catch Stan at the dairy. True story. The seats were redone at an astronomic cost. Hey if thats how you connect to your classic, by all means, get the baddest seats money can buy. The car runs well and has been around us the better part of a decade. The file for the records is voluminous. There must be 100 receipts for service. I will scan them for you or pick the costliest to share. We are experienced at moving cars and treat all with respect. Please send for Jeromes number if you need further assistance. I will answer your questions here too, Harris

This beautiful Pagoda Benz has recently resurfaced after 2 decades. An older gentleman kept it as his first love, even though he updated his personal vehicles every 5 years. When his new Audi R8 turned up, the old Benz fell out of favor, as there is no comparison. He used to tool around on the back roads by his Rancheria, but alas suburban homes had been built up all around his country ranch. That is how long he kept it, from when there was not a house in sight, till the whole city came to him. This project is now available to the discerning enthusiast. The fuel system has been cleaned and now we are tackling an issue in the ignition switch. We have decided to offer the car now to see if there is an individual with the strongest resolve. The most concerning issue is corrosion underneath the fender, where it meets the firewall. There has been an attempt to rectify this with a rudimentary patch job, that is less than concourse. The car is at a crossroads. It can be enjoyed as a pleasant and fun driver, with no fear of runaway shopping carts or careless kids. Or if you take the long way, it could be a stunning blue chip investment. The choice is yours, thank you for considering the options and there are many more photos at your request, Mr Chatman.
