Unbelievable 1981 Volvo 240 GL(Grand Luxe) 3 owner vehicle that has been babied, pampered, and garage kept since new. A lifetime west coast car that is a original numbers matching vehicle. The exterior paint is original free from scratches, blemishes, fading, or peeling. The body has all of its original panels devoid of dents and dings. The body is 100% completely accident free. The interior is in phenomenal shape without rips, tears or cracks in the upholstery, headliner, carpet, and dash. The engine operates perfectly with good power, no over heating, no noises or misses. The original red block is clean and without oil residue anywhere. The Transmission shifts perfect and precise without noises, clunks or leaks. A recent complete brake job has been done and operates very well. I believe it would be hard to find a 1981 GL in this condition. International Bidders and buyers are welcome. You are looking at a great looking 1986 Volvo 244GL Classic Sedan that has 140,409 miles on it. This car runs and drives GREAT! It is tight on the road and is very reliable. CarFax is PERFECT and is valued OVER RETAIL. These cars go for 5K++++. The white exterior is in decent shape and shows well. The pictures don't even do this car justice. Some very minor scratches and imperfections (see pics) It would make an excellent commuter car or personal vehicle for anyone. The tan leather interior of this Volvo is clean. It has been cleaned and there are no odors or stains. The seats are a little damaged, but overall in passable condition. They are not pictured, but I do have the ORIGINAL plastic mats (in good shape). The radio/tape works great, as well as the a/c and heat. The 2.3L Swedish motor starts right up, has plenty of power, runs and sounds great! The transmission shifts smoothly and the fluid is pink. This Volvo will drive you home wherever you need to drive.
