2002 VW Beetle "Turbo S" Model Custom....Shaved door handles, dual air intake system She'll drive anywhere you want right now but no ac, has a tear at the seam of the drivers seat. Has a few extras..This was built right after the first fast and furious movie ...he had the whole car apart I can't say for sure what's in the motor but I know he rebuilt it and added some aftermarket pistons, race bearings, the head was sent to machine shop to do a shave and 3 angle valve job and he ARP bolted everything. It has a 53 trim turbo on it. The front is a custom one piece tilt and he had nos in it. Shaved handles, Blow off valve much more Blow off Valve(Sounds cool) exhaust, Dash needs to be finished to your liking (Right now it looks like an airplane with all the switches) Needs window motor and cables along with a door panel on drivers side. Fiberglass custom Front end, 1962 ford Falcon tail lights, There is no Back seat due to Speaker box Great tires pop up rear spoiler and fixed rear spoiler. Really a cool car! the inside of my drivers door and a couple other things but only 51,000 Please inspect before you bid. Just had her painted You can drive her anywhere while sprucing her up! This is a rust free Arizona car. It was purchased new from the VW dealer in Phoenix, Arizona by my female neighbor who owned the car for a few years, before realizing she needed a four wheel drive car. I purchased the car from her at that time. It had 15K miles on the odometer. I stored it in my garage for about two months, and never registered the car in my name. Another female friend expressed interest in the car, and I sold it to her. She had the car for about three or four years, and took it to Sacramento, Ca for part of that time. When she moved back, I bought the car back from her, registered the car in my name, and have had it ever since. At that time it had 65K miles on the odometer. The car has had all it regular services, always with synthetic oil, and has always been garaged. It has spent it's entire life in a VERY dry climate, hence absolutely no rust of any kind. I just recently installed a new windshield as the original had a crack...very common in Arizona as our roads are full of rocks and gravel. Also, many of the plastic fairing under the engine were worn or damaged, and all were replaced. The car is incredibly fast with the turbo and handles like a little Audi with the stiffer suspension and six speed transmission.. It is amazingly fun to drive, handles and stops perfectly. Everything works as it should. There are absolutely NO issues. Drive it anywhere. There is a small door ding on the right door, and a few small scratches here and there, but all in all the car looks and drives like new. The silver paint shines brightly and the tires have only about 10-15% wear. If you know anything about these cars, then you know the Turbo S was only produced for a few years and are quite rare, especially in this condition. The two female owners babied the car. The car is completely stock. The Kelly blue book private party value on this car is $5400.00. I believe that is a reasonable value, considering the condition and history of the car.
