ENGINE RUNS GOOD, LOT RUNS/DRIVES ALL AIRBAGS GOOD As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2004 Volkswagen Beetle GLS Power Convertible has mainly sustained very light front damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Looks like it was a very light hit mainly to the high front hood/bumper and a light bump to the rear. Front and rear frame rails look straight. Most of the front cooling components look to be reusable and AC blows cold air. No suspension damage observed. All airbags are good. Power convertible top opens/closes with the push of a button. Right quarter glass seems to be off its track. Soft top looks good and has good looking tires. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs good, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. We did notice a light kick on the transmission when the car is initially put into drive from park. We drove the car on a side street and all gears seemed to shift normal and did not notice any other kicks with the transmission. It might just need to be serviced with fresh oil. Overall should be a easy fixer with very light body work and not much parts needed. Many used parts available either here on ebay or at online junk yard website www.car-part.com. Fender apron areas are clean with no signs of any damage hence reinstall missing fenders easily. Hood is in position. Front cooling components (radiator, condensor, fans..etc) all in tact and we did not notice any leaks. AC still blows cold air and fan works. Front tires are in position with no observed suspension damage. No major mechanical damage observed, no warning lights on the dash. Overall exterior is in great condition with excellent paint and interior is clean as seen in the many pictures posted down below. All airbags are good. All glass good. The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. Soft top is in good condition.
