You will not be disappointed if your looking for a fun dependable and sporty car that gets great fuel mileage 45 mpg this is your car. Last year we had the beetle serviced and had parts that were aged replaced, Here is a list of some of the stuff. Struts, Shocks, Brakes Rotors, Bushings, A arms, AC clutch, Alternator, Filters, Belts, Pulleys, Fluids etc). We did not intend to sell the car and spent as much as our asking price in these replacement parts to keep this car in great running condition.The engine and clutch was replaced at 150k I would really like to see someone who will take care of it own it. Okay guys here we go 2001 standard transmission Beetle, was my daughter's college car. A couple years back I put in a rebuilt motor, and planned on restoring the car to showroom condition and adding extra accessories custom wheels etc. I love this car drives like a Porsche, great mileage 33 to 35 mpg. I drove it daily for about a year then I got sick and couldn't drive. My wife could not drive a stick so the car has sat for awhile, I did start and take it around the block once a month or so. Just bought a new battery, then the other day went to start and it won't, turns over just fine, may be old gas fuel line whatever, still not to well so just breaks my heart but need to sell it, and can't work on it. Body is good, all the electronics, doors, windows, radio, moon-roof remote locks and alarm work. Interior will need some cosmetics good cleaning and a drivers side plastic handle. Tires are shot, it is an old car so I don't need to hear all the flaws or low-ball offers. Think I listed all I know, and I am selling as is as pictured no warranty. Don't need to sell it but it is a shame just sitting. A little work and it will make someone a great daily driver.

Timing belt and fuel pump replaced. Heated leather seats, sunroof, front and side airbags. Clutch is good along with transmission. Daily driver and has never let me down. Always starts. 2001 Volkswagen New Beetle in good condition with about 140k on the odometer. Cosmetically the car is in fair condition, has a few scratches along the back bumper and on the sides and only one rust spot (pictured) by the driver door handle. There is one tear on the roof (pictured), and one window switch is missing. It needs new front wheel bearings which we estimate to cost about 300 dollars, otherwise the car is mechanically sound and we have receipts from all of its recent repairs. Cloth seats, power windows/doors, 6 disc CD changer, remote key and spare key included.
