2000 VW Beetle TDI Turbo Diesel 1.9 with 5 speed manual Transmission. This car drives great like a newer car. Beetle needs nothing just Hop in and go. Leather interior, Blue tooth radio system with hands free talking. Ice cold AC and Hot heat. You will not be disappointed if your looking for a fun dependable and sporty car that gets great fuel mileage 45 mpg this is your car. Last year we had the beetle serviced and had parts that were aged replaced, Here is a list of some of the stuff. Struts, Shocks, Brakes Rotors, Bushings, A arms, AC clutch, Alternator, Filters, Belts, Pulleys, Fluids etc). We did not intend to sell the car and spent as much as our asking price in these replacement parts to keep this car in great running condition.The engine and clutch was replaced at 150k I would really like to see someone who will take care of it own it. 2000 VW BEETLE TDI GLS YELLOW/GREY 2D COUPE. This vehicle was owned by a mature and discriminating driver who was fastidious in regards to maintenance/upkeep. It is mechanically perfect in all senses and drives as such. For those of you in the know, these 1.9L turbo diesel engines can easily achieve 300K miles without issue. Distinguished Yellow (D1B) on grey leather (optional) color combination shows beautifully. Fully loaded with every available option, this particular model is powered by a 1.9 L SOHC 8 valve, diesel TDI, l4 (90 HP/150 lb/ft.torque). The car easily achieves 45 plus mpg consistently. The car looks, feels, and smells brand new with it's excellent interior that has not been smoked in. The vehicle underwent all major services approximately 10K miles ago. Full service records from new. Services were performed by a German master technician with factory parts. Service is as follows: 1) Timing belt kit, water pump, serpentine belt - 34,595 (7/28/2008). 2) New diesel pump - 63,784 (2/23/2016). 3) R&R cabin filter/oil filter/coolant - 63,784 (2/23/2016). 4) Interstate battery - 63,784 (2/23/2016). 5) New clutch kit and flywheel - 68,702 (7/19/2016). 2001 Volkswagen New Beetle in good condition with about 140k on the odometer. Cosmetically the car is in fair condition, has a few scratches along the back bumper and on the sides and only one rust spot (pictured) by the driver door handle. There is one tear on the roof (pictured), and one window switch is missing. It needs new front wheel bearings which we estimate to cost about 300 dollars, otherwise the car is mechanically sound and we have receipts from all of its recent repairs. Cloth seats, power windows/doors, 6 disc CD changer, remote key and spare key included.
