The TR3 was produced at the Triumph factory in Coventry from 1955-1962. The TR3 “A” represents the evolution of the earlier TR2, but with greater “power” and braking. It was marketed as an economical entry-level sports car, a step up from the MG, but below the Austin-Healey in size and power. 4 speed gearbox; 4 cylinder; 68,000 miles; Litchfield green; VIN # TS63562; runs well; very reliable driver quality sports car; corners beautifully; cosmetic restoration including an all new black interior completed in July 2016; all receipts available; clear SC Title; serious buyers only.
A Beautiful head turner 1960 Triumph TR3A that is in great condition. It is a 2 owner and was restored prior to the current owners purchase in 1978 and it had about 500 miles on it and it now only has 1400 and some change on it so it has not been driven much but it was kept in a climate controlled garage the entire time and started up frequently to keep it up well and it starts right up and runs strong. Feel free to have a pre-purchase inspection or come take a look at it. It will not go down in value for sure. The gentleman is getting older and selling off his cars because he cannot drive them anymore.
