1987 Porsche 930 Slantnose Genuine Factory 505 Option Completely stock and original. motor rebuilt 250miles ago. Description: 1988 Porsche 930 Turbo Slantnose Upgraded Engine to 410 HP 353 ft./lbs. The "Engine Torque" is very exciting, a kick to drive! Beautiful Pearl White with Black and Burgundy interior, BBS 3 Piece Wheels and Aero side mirrors. Comes with lots of service records as well as the August 2014 dyno report. This was performed on a “Mustang Dyno”, versus the “Dynojet”. Google it, big difference in accuracy. The "Torque" is 353 ft./lbs. (WHP on pump gas). This thing will "Launch". K-27 Turbo 1.05 bar (hard set limit so you can punch it, hang on, and not be concerned about over boost). i.e. The RPM at Max Torque is 3920. HP (410) more available if you wanted it. This is accomplished at the bottom of 3rd gear, then up to max RPM/HP to load the engine for an accurate computer printout. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=-1HakB2RG1E History: I purchased this Porsche 911 Turbo from Prudential Insurance as a heavy theft. Before the purchase, the Porsche Race shop where I built the car inspected the shell for any damage. The shell was 100 % correct, free of any flaws and ready for restoration. An extensive build was started to produce an exciting 930 Slantnose in “new condition.” All components of the car (OEM slant nose using the Porsche Stuttgart 930 conversion manual) were installed new or overhauled (i.e. 3.3 Engine, K-27 Turbo, 930 Transmission, 930 Suspension and Dual Fuel Pump System, etc.) Project completed in December of 1995. New “odometer” installed to show zero miles at project completion. Hence the Texas Title shows: "Refurbished" and "Exempt" under Odometer Reading. The result is a beautiful, quick and exciting 930 Slantnose to drive and admire. The night picture sitting in front of the restaurant was taken November 2014 and is not photo shopped, I snapped it with my iPhone. The owner of the race shop (where I now have the car maintained here in Dallas, TX) said to me "You be careful, this thing is Peppy". And he races and maintains several client track cars!
