If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. You must also pay a non-refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only for cash). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $199 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. I don't make exceptions for other licensed dealers. A dealer fee covers administrative papwerork and overnight postage as well as detailing fees for each vehicle. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Maryland Buyers. I am required to collect sales tax at the rate applicable in your county at the time of sale. 3.5.2.2. Out-of-State Buyers. If you have the vehicle shipped to your location, we do offer very cheap shipping. I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Maryland Buyers. I am required to handle your tag and title work, and I collect an estimate of those costs at the time of sale, which range from $150 to $400 depending on your specific situation. . I do not make any money on tax, tag, registration and title fees I collect. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared and all other paperwork requirements of the transaction are completed. 4.2. This a nice looking ,and a great condition 300E, its very well taking care of, no rust no dents and paint is in a very good condition too! my elder uncle owed this car for 17 years, and loved the car! its a non smoker car! the interior is in almost new condition no rips no stains!Ac works fine too!

Wow!!! This beautiful Mercedes is up for auction with a low reserve, similar cars are selling for $13,000, please do a little research. This car has incredibly low miles, and is in OUTSTANDING condition (for the age) inside and out. This car has a clean and clear title in hand, has a clean Carfax history, and has never been in an accident. Garage kept, non smoker with less than 69,700 miles. The paint is all original, and has a deep gloss; it is very evident this car has spent it’s life in the garage. Air condition works great (Blows ice cold) The tires (Yokohama) and brakes are in very good condition, and I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that the car needs. This indestructible machine, as enthusiasts like to call it, drives fantastic, the suspension feels tight as well as the steering wheel. There are no funny noises at all, no clunking, no vibration, no nothing (lol). The car has the 3.0L engine not the under powered 2.6 or 2.8L The interior is in spectacular condition, and shows minimum to no signs of wear, this is the leather version and not the vinyl as many of them have, the seats are super firm and the dash is in perfect condition. The car also has the factory 6 speaker sound system with its original working radio-cassette and power antenna. The engine compartment and engine itself is also very clean, there are no signs of any leaking of any kind of fluids. The car recently had all fluids checked and serviced (engine, transmission, radiator, etc.) Underneath the car is as clean as can be and you can still see the original paint color in great cond. The fenders that frame the wheel wells are like new and did not even notice dirt on them. This car still has all factory stickers (VIN no.) on all doors, engine area, trunk, front and rear bumper. This car is the exact opposite of the typical used car, and is truly in fantastic shape. I hate my time being wasted, and will not waste yours. This car runs strong, shifts smoothly with no slipping or excessively hard shifts, and is in great cosmetic condition. This is the needle in the haystack, a true “NO DISAPPOINTMENTS” car.
