I am selling my 1983 Mercedes-Benz 300 SD. I purchased it from the original owner. It was first sold at the Fletcher Jones Mercedes dealership in Newport Beach, Calif. The car was repainted by the dealership in the 1990s. I bought it with 163K miles on it. It how has 233K miles. This Mercedes was meticulously maintained by the original owner through the dealership. I have maintained the car mechanically with oil changes, transmission fluid changes, valve adjustments and so on. ALL of the interior controls are original and work well. The sunroof works as designed. The tires have about 1K miles on them. I am responsible for the dents and dings as it has been my daily-driver for past 7 years / 70K miles. The worst mileage I got was 22 MPG the best mileage I have ever gotten is 27MPG.it averages 25 MPG. I have no hesitations of taking this car anywhere. I drove to North Carolina on a one day notice and did not worry about the car making it there and back. Now for the NEEDS: The cruse control only works on rare occasions. Count it as not working. The retractable antenna is not working however the radio receives the radio signal okay. The air-conditioning pump just went out three weeks ago (+). These are available online as OEM or aftermarket. The rear window regulators need to be replaced. The dent in the right rear door is because I turned near a parking bumper in a parking lot. The dent in the trunk lid is from another vehicle. This car is 32 years old and has 233K miles. Other minor rash or fixes may be a part of this car. Bid like you are aware of the age and want it. This Mercedes 300SD has thousands of miles left in it.

Engine is just getting started with 250,000 miles. Transmission, turbo, and breaks are also in excellent condition. Pioneer CD/stereo with AUX and remote Car has been detailed and waxed and is being stored in my garage.
