I recently acquired this XJ12 that a friend had started as a project car couldn't finish. As I have little interest in continuing the project, I am merely looking to sell the car for what I paid for it. The odometer reading may be inaccurate because it's a conversion and I don't know how many miles are on the current engine. So made the price to exactly what I've put into it.8/11/2015 Purchase Price: $2398.338/20/2015 Mechanic Looked at car $25.009/07/2015 New Fuel Pump $20.709/11/2015 New Fuel Filter and Power Steering Fluid $11.429/11/2015 ASKING PRICE: $2500.009/7/15 Today we installed a brand new fuel pump and she runs! She's alive! 9/11/15 Replaced fuel filter topped off power steering. (She steers nicely now. I drove her up and down the drive way hoping to shake some spiders loose.)9/21/15 Called Auto Club and gave them the VIN, they told me the car is Smog EXEMPT in the CA DMV system.I've been told this car has a newly rebuilt transmission and starter, with what looks like a Chevy Edlebrock 350 V8. But I'm not a car guy so I'm not 100% on what makes it an Edlebrock or if it's just Edelbrock accessories. It still needs a lot of work but needs very little to make it a daily drivable car (most of it is interior cosmetic). The body is in amazing condition and has not been in an accident but there are signs of rust. She had the carburetor upgraded to be a hot-rod hood (original hood though) which gives this car tons of personality. With this car, you're going to get a shit ton of parts and odds and ends. Here is a list of the things that will be coming with the car, from what I can piece together from invoices (one of them alone is for over $800 in parts) packing slips and good old fashioned understanding:New (Used but pristine) Rear View MirrorNew (Used but pristine) Rear Door Open Rods and Clips left and Right SideNew (Used but pristine) Left Front Under Dash TrimNew Left Gas TankNew Left Sender UnitNew (and Used) Tank FittingsNew 2 Infinity REF 5002ix SpeakersNew 2 Kicker CS54 SpeakersUsed Alpine CD PlayerNew Seat Belts (All Five)New Shifter Knob (Wood)Turn Indicator Mechanisms (Plastic Bag full of wires and levers)Some Hyper Blue Led Lights (???) It is currently not up to date on its registration but the title is in my possession, and the car has been recently registered NonOperational. It drives but it's not recommended for long distances at this point so having it towed will require a flat bed. Act now if you're interested in inheriting this veritable treasure trove for an insanely low price. $2,500.00 OBO.
Selling my Glorious 94 Xj12 it has 142000 miles on it. The paint is just perfect I get compliments all the time on how "black" and shiny it is. There are some nicks on the sides of the doors nothing to bad. It goes like a jet when you step on it. It Has the Jaguar 6.0 V12 engine. runs amazingly. Installed new speakers and cd/mp3/bluetooth player. Front Seats are in great shape front drivers has normal wear on the left bolster. Back seats feel soft and new. A/C and heater all work. Sunroof works. Drives like a tank and very comfy. This is the last year of the XJ40 style jags, and only the 2nd year of the 6.0 XJ12. Build quality is great on these things. These are the ones to get of that Jaguar era not to many around anymore. I have a video I took of it check it out here. https://youtu.be/eLu2Ljr3LzI
