The driver seat needs to be re-upholstered, and the door lock jams. The car will need a new clutch soon but not yet slipping. Doesn't overheat. Car passed a smog test in August of 2016. Car had rims on it but the previous owner took them off, current rims don't match. Convertible top has to be lowered manually. Dark tinted windows. Registration is current. Clean title. No rust. Has a twin exhaust. Great gas mileage. Car recently got us down to Rosarito and back twice with no issues. Registration is good until 07/8/17. Car is being sold as is. Straight, rust-free California car, new interior, new one-piece headliner. Dash, seat covers, seat foam, locks, all weather stripping and seals, wind-lace, etc. are all brand new. New Sunrise Yellow paint with jambs, etc. painted. New tires, shocks, fuel pump, valve job, water pump. Rebuilt carburetor, recent clutch. Engine is 200 CI bored .040 over, mild cam, fresh head, long tube headers into dual exhaust. 3-speed original stick shift. Sounds great with the dual exhaust. Windows run up and down nicely, doors open and close as they should. Heater was rebuilt and functions as it should. No radio, instead it has a factory style "radio delete" panel. Dash under panel is good, you could put a radio in it. All the fun of a hot rod Mustang but with 20+ miles to the gallon. Starts and runs nicely. It is on planned non-operation, so no fees due. Title is clear and clean, in my name. We started with a straight, rust free, California Desert car and added 300 hours work with 4,500.00 in parts. Nice enough to enjoy, but not over-restored till you don't want to drive it. Upgraded Exhaust makes it sound like a V8 No leaks and she has a clean engine compartment. New clutch and fuel tank! Great suspension and no popping or crunching when turning. Great brakes and she shifts awesome also. Amazing interior! Original gauges, seats, door panels and steering wheel. New carpet kit, new headliner and dash. Looks fantastic!!!Glass is excellent and all windows and doors work just fine. Wipers are working and in good condition. All lights work except the reverse light switch. It is new and partially installed but I have not hooked it up to the transmission. Areas to note:Needs Paint. Trim pieces are in the trunk as I was prepping it for paint. I have most of the trim but any missing trim can be found online for cheap. I planned on painting it but ran out of cash as the paint job I want for her is not what I can afford. No A/C power steering. Small rust spots (in pics). Engine is not matching. This is a great car that starts right up and is very reliable and good for all skill levels. The interior is amazing and you will see that the body is very straight and ready for paint. She starts easily after long periods of non-use. Clean title and current reg.
