Mustang 1965 Coupe 289 V8 Auto transmission. Organically, unaltered no modifications - 50 year old survivor, 49,787 miles on the clock , found some old service records and things in the trunk. This car has great bones and deserves a full restoration. Drives good, needs a good home. Owned by an old gentleman since new until he passed away recently. Hello I am selling my 2006 Mustang GT Premium. I purchased it in 2006 from Carmax with about 7500 miles on it. ( I assume the original owner let it go, Carmax bought and registered it, and when I bought it I became the third registered owner). It was my commuter car and now after nine years has only 92432 miles on her. 84k miles in 9 years averages 9,400 a year. Keep in mind it is a used vehicle but it is solid with new spark plugs at 80k and oil changes every 7500 with synthetic oil. I had no intention of selling so at around 84,000 I had a $450 Pioneer Radio purchased at Best Buy installed (the brake-for-video safety feature disengaged so you could have a DVD movie play while you drive). At around 88,000 miles I purchased the JLT tuner used off of eBay and had it installed. I purchased the SCT Tuner from American Muscle. The mustang currently has the 91 octane download installed. It also has the 89 regular and 89 performance tunes installed on the tuner ready to download to the mustang, which takes about five minutes. It averages 23 - 26 MPG. Air Conditioner blows very cold and hard. Seats are in very good condition with no tears. The plastic trim that has the electronic seat adjustment which is attached to the driver's side seat is missing a tab. Also there are two dings on the passenger side, one on the quarter panel below the antenna and another above the rear wheel area from someone opening a car door. There is a scratch on the rear bumper and some rock chips on the lip of the hood. See pictures. I would rather not sell her but I'm moving onto a bigger passenger vehicle. Brand new this GT sold for around $33k. It is time for a younger generation to enjoy a GT mustang for a very good price. This era Mustang is getting harder and harder to find. Selling my beautiful 65 Mustang convertible. Purchased from original owner in 2000. Has power steering, power brakes, power top. Upgraded Pony interior. Nice paint job. Has original paint under trunk and hood.Has original stereo in dash, but upgraded CD stereo in glovebox. All interior gauges show to be in working order as do the lights, blinkers, horn, wipers with exception or the right rear blinker. The power top works perfect in both directions and has a folding glass window. All 4 windows roll up and down with no issues. It has a C-4 automatic transmission in good working order through all gears. This is a rust free car and all numbers match. A well kept original that starts right up and drives beautifully.
