STORE HOME ABOUT FEEDBACK 1969 Ford Bronco Custom Restored Item Details Shipping Payment & Returns Features Frame off restoration 302 V8 with around 400HP 20" Wheels w/ 37" Tires Spray in bedliner inside, underneath, & under hood Excellent mechanical condition Description You are looking at a 1969 Ford Bronco that has had a frame off restoration. The body and frame where blasted and all rust was replaced with new metal in 2006. Then the underside, inside, and under hood areas were all coated with spray in bedliner. It has the original 302 V8, 3 speed manual transmission, dana 20 transfer case, and 9” rear end all of which were professionally rebuilt in 2009. A Hurts kit moved the shifter from the column to the floor plus the Dana 20 was converted to a twin stick and upgraded to the extreme duty output shaft. The original front end was swapped for a Dana 44 out of a 1975 and both were upgraded to 456 gears with lockers. Both drive shafts were replaced with extreme duty extended versions and as you can see in the photos the entire undercarriage was blasted and painted before reassembly. The engine was professionally machined and rebuilt using all new Lunati parts which claim to produce right at 400HP. Every part of the suspension has been replaced with new components including all new bushing and bolts. It was upgraded to power steering / power brakes plus all four corners were converted to disc brakes with all new stainless steel lines. It has a new 23 gallon fuel tank with braided stainless hoses. The front fenders, grille, hood, and doors are all fiberglass. All the holes were filled in the dash and new Auto Meter gauges were installed. It has a Flaming River tilt steering column with quick release wheel. All new Painless Wiring was installed. The front bumper, rear bumper, and roll cage where all professionally powder coated and new Corbeau suspension seats were installed. Pro Comp alloy 20” chrome wheels with Pro Comp Xterrain 37” x 13.5” tires. Aside from paint the project was completed in 2010 and since that time it has collected 933 miles. For those of you considering building a Bronco let's go over a few costs 1) Vehicle itself $5,000+ 2) Rebuilt 400HP Engine $3,500 3) Rebuild / upgrade original drivetrain $4,000 4) Body panels for rust removal $3,000 5) Suspension $2,000 6) Interior $2,500 7) Bumpers/Roll Bar $2,500 8) 20” Wheels / 37” Tires $4,000 9) Custom parts / bedliner $7,000 10) About 900 man hours of labor 11) Paint ??? The shops that build Early Bronco’s to this standard start at $70,000 for a finished project. That I know of this Bronco has three issues. 1) The fiberglass hood fits horribly. It is bowed in both directions, the front doesn’t line up, and the cowl hits the windshield when opened. The plan was to replace it with a buckaroo hood before paint but I just haven't gotten around to it. 2) The front parking lights shine when the brakes are applied. Should be a simple fix and again I just haven’t gotten around to it. 3) The tailgate rattles and blocks view out of the rear. The plan was to notch the tailgate to match the half doors before paint but as with the other issues it just hasn't made it to the top of the to do list. It is not installed in the pictures but it will be included along with many other parts I have laying around. STUNNING 1966 BRONCO U13 ROADSTER!!!!!!! ONE OF A KIND QUALITY! Original Rare Options Including; Roadster Side Mirror 1966 Specific Factory Seat Belts (front and rear) Front Rubber "Bronco Script Floor Mat" (option) Rare 1966 Specific Hubcaps Rare "Eyebrow Grill" Rare "pencil dash" Rare "Eyebrow Tailgate" Rare Roadster specific rear view fender mounted mirror "Gentleman's Gutter" on driver side floorpan (allowed water to run out rather than onto your shoes) All of these options were made FOR Ford Motor Co. before mass production by a company called Budd. After, Ford made subtle changes to tailgate, grill, hubcaps and a few other things that made the earliest broncos (built before November of 1965 the most desirable. The 1966 Roadster was unique, an all purpose vehicle without a top or doors. 170 Cubic Inch 105 hp six cylinder, three speed (three on the tree) column shifter and a Dana 20 transfer case standard. Only the earliest models came with a "ball style" transfer case shifter as the one you are viewing has. Fiberglass inserts in lieu of doors were standard and a vinyl top and doors were options. The bench seat has been recovered in sourced original NOS vinyl. There were only 4090 Roadsters built for 1966 This particular roadster was originally a California (dry vehicle) I bought it from the second owner and imported it to South Florida. Professional frame off restoration with body painted off the frame and original pink primer on the original underneath of original solid floorpans. FLOORPANS AND BED ARE ORIGINAL SHEET METAL, NOT REPLACEMENT AFTERMARKET PANS LOADED WITH BED LINER MATERIAL TO COVER UP REPAIRS OR IMPERFECTIONS! NEVER ANY RUST! FACTORY RAGOON RED PAINT CODE! Updated Centech Wiring harness to keep it safe. New Brakes, New Tires, New hoses, brake lines, brakes, you name it, it has been done! New fuel lines, refurbished original 1966 fuel tank, rebuilt gauge cluster and reset to 00000 miles! New body mounts, Shelton exact replica exhaust, New exhaust manifold, IT'S ALL NEW!! Rear center seat belts were installed before the fuel tank to make for a rear seat option. I have a 1966 specific rear seat recovered in correct matchstick vinyl to match the front and will be happy to install it if the buyer would like a rear seat. A rear seat in the condition of the one that is included in the auction would easily cost $1200+ installed! Serious Bidders only.No scams.I encourage prospective buyers/ collectors to come view and drive the Bronco in person. It still drives like it did 50 years ago! I have a ton of photos of floors, undercarriage, VIN plate, etc. text me and I will be happy to send them. I also still have the original owners manual, not a reprint, the one from 1966. As 2016 approaches marking this truck's 50th anniversary speculators predict a soar in price for the 1966 first year Broncos. This is a very honest, rust free California Delivery U13. Bid with confidence and check my feedback rating! The Roadster is listed locally so I do reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time. A $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due at auction end. This is strictly to keep bidders honest. I welcome questions or concerns...561-436-5824

Up for sale is a 1969 Ford Bronco that I have been working on for the last 2-3 years. I no longer have a place to keep it so my loss is your gain. 302 and Dana 20 transfer case with a 3 speed on the floor and a Dana 44 front axle. 2BBL carb. The car ran and drove no problem in October but needs a tune up and takes a bit to turn over now. Brakes also need to be bled. I did this once but there is definitely still some air in the lines. I have put a lot of new parts and done a lot of the difficult mechanical work. The biggest issue is metal work and rust. The floors need immediate attention and there is no metal for the trans cover. The paint is a 5-6 and looks great until you get right up on it. I do not have any hard doors as I bought it as a roadster pickup and converted to a full soft top with roadster soft doors. NEW and installed with 0 miles: Clutch Kit and Flywheel - Centerforce Stage 1 JB Fabrication Twin Stick kit on Dana 20 Power Brake conversion with prop valve Front Disc Brake Conversion New locking hubs Rear Drum Kit NEW tires – General Grabber AT2 33x12.5x15 – 0 miles!! Valve Covers Intake and Valve Cover Gaskets Complete Painless Wiring Harness Windshield Soft roadster doorsTaillight buckets and lenses USED Rampage soft top – converted from roadster pickup Main and Auxillary gas tanks, fuel lines, and electric fuel selector E brake cables/system Frame gone over and welded/patched where needed and painted USED mustang seats with NEW brackets BAD: Needs attention to metal work. Lots of chop jobs on this over the years before I bought it. The flares and hood scoop were spray painted by former owner and are chipping, but they are structurally fine. Needs a tune up, carb not tuned and timing off. Most likely why it is having trouble starting. This started after installing all of the new intake and valve gaskets, so may be a vacuum leak as well. Aux fuel tank filler tube not hooked up. No back seat. I am trying to be as thorough as possible, but please ask if you have any questions. Clear Title in Hand. THANKS FOR LOOKING!! I reserve the right to end auction early as it is for sale locally. $500 deposit required immediately remainder of balance due in 5 days in cash or by paypal. All sales are final buyer is responsible for shipping but I will help coordinate. US Sales only please. Must have more than 10 Ebay transactions for me to accept.
