Up for bid is my 1996 Ford Bronco XLT Portifino BLUE Metallic with Gray stripe that has 85,500 original miles on the 5.8liter V8 with automatic transmission with overdrive, tow package, removable hardtop, power lumbar seats and cruise control in very good condition for the age of a 21 year old car. This Bronco hasn't even seen off-road and is all stock original except for bigger four new tires that are 31/10.5/15 NEXEN RODIAN AT PRO, with ford bronco aluminum wheels that i had painted gray and a set of four led fog lights two spot/two fog. It also has a tow hitch with trailer brake assist and cabelas seat covers. Front seats are in very nice condition but I got the covers to keep them that way. Ice cold air and very good heat. Car runs, drives, and shifts great. Rear window goes up and down as do all windows and has rear defroster. AM/FM cassette radio. I originally purchased this as my daily driver and to pull my boat and take trips up to the mountains to visit the cabin and do some off-roading but having had this now for a while I would feel horrible taking it off road with how good of shape it is in. Original paint is very good with some small chips. The only negatives are there is a small chips one on the left rear hardtop and on the rear door where the spare tire rack is, the previous owner must have hit it or slammed it too hard and dented the door. Never bothered me because you can't see it when driving. 4Wd with auto locking hubs works great. There is no rust that I can see. Frame is solid and all panels are solid. Previous owner before me didn't drive this in the wintertime. Any questions feel free to ask. I have done the best to show the quality and condition of my vehicle with the description and photos. Beautiful 1970 Ford Bronco with recent cosmetic restoration. Strong running 302 V8, 3 on the tree. One owner from purchase till 2016. New tires, battery, brakes, alternator, dual exhaust, new drive shaft U joints, fluids serviced, radiator professionally flushed, cleaned and serviced. Seats, panels and rubber floor mat brand new along with belts and bumpers. Tires are new. Still needs some work to be perfect but currently appraised as a #3 plus on Hagerty's and a Medium NADA. It is a great driver now or spend some more time and money making it perfect. I believe it still needs about $3k in mechanical work which is mostly labor costs. Most of what's listed below any good mechanic could do easily. What it still needs: 1) Slow start when cold. Could use a carb tune up. 2) Emergency Brake system. 3) Brake lines leak a little. 4) Radius Strut Bushings need to be replaced. 5) Rear Brake hose is pulled away from the dual exhaust with wire. Should have a bracket fashioned. 6) Steering box top seal is leaking and needs replaced. 7) Rear Leaf springs are worn. 8) Passenger door has some body work that prevents it from lining up perfectly. 9) Non working choke missing linkage within the carb. 10) Door alignment (both sides). 11) Gas gauge doesn't work. 12) has no heat. 13) trim "spears" are not prefect. All lights, horn, blinkers work. Paint is single stage and well buffed although there are few low spots that show the through to the primer. Top is functional but has had some serious body work. I was planning on running a soft top. Due to deployment, I am unable to complete the needed work. I bought it with the hopes of making this the one but there's more left to do than I want to invest. Up for sale is a 1969 Ford Bronco that I have been working on for the last 2-3 years. I no longer have a place to keep it so my loss is your gain. 302 and Dana 20 transfer case with a 3 speed on the floor and a Dana 44 front axle. 2BBL carb. The car ran and drove no problem in October but needs a tune up and takes a bit to turn over now. Brakes also need to be bled. I did this once but there is definitely still some air in the lines. I have put a lot of new parts and done a lot of the difficult mechanical work. The biggest issue is metal work and rust. The floors need immediate attention and there is no metal for the trans cover. The paint is a 5-6 and looks great until you get right up on it. I do not have any hard doors as I bought it as a roadster pickup and converted to a full soft top with roadster soft doors.
