The 2LT and 3LT trim levels add the same upgrades as they do on the base model. Options for either the base or Z51 Corvette include clear or exposed carbon-fiber roof panels, a dual-mode exhaust system and competition seats (late availability). Under the hood, the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray gets a revised 6.2-liter V8 that puts out 455 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. I Bought this vette from a lady who owned it 19 years. She promised upon purchase that the engine and transmission were in very good condition. She said the gas was 6 yrs old and the brakes went soft. No rust in frame,Birdcage, or any other steel parts. I had a severe head injury on the Job right about the time of purchase and am unable to restore this one. This is originally a Triple Black Car with ALL matching numbers engine and transmission. Needs paint, interior kit, fuel injectors, and gas tank drained. and possibly brakes. I have not touched it since hearing it run about a yr and a half ago after hearing it run. One rear fender has a small crack from a tree limb falling on it. must be towed or flat bedded . cash works good. $500 non refundable deposit due either by overnight mail or by *gasp, PayPal. He is selling his all original never restored survivor 1972 Corvette Coupe. He has full documentation of vehicle's history and he would be happy to answer any and all questions anyone would have about the car. Car is being sold because of his age and bad knees and the fact that it doesn't get used enough anymore. Only thing that has been done to it recently is a full stainless steel exhaust was put on in 1997. Vehicle is an automatic equipped with cold AC still charged with R12. Also has power steering, power brakes, factory alarm, and T-Tops. The clock doesn't work properly and the tachometer needle is broken.
