Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology: Salvage title means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, the Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that mean the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell anything with major damage. Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work. Attention: this car has Michigan salvage rebuilt title. This car passed Michigan salvage highway patrol inspection. There will be no issues with transferring the title or getting a license plate in any state in the US. You won't have to pass any inspections in your state, everything is done in Michigan! The title is ready to be transferred to customers name in any state in the US. The car is in perfect working condition and it looks like a brand new car inside and outside. However we bought this vehicle from an insurance company and it was damaged on the front. A picture of the damage you can see along with the other pictures in the listing. We have replaced the hood, fenders, radiator support, headlights and front bumper. We operate a professional body shop that has been in business of restoring salvage vehicle for over of 10 years. We work according to factory specifications and measurements and a few pictures of which would be provided so you can get an idea. We would also give you a month of warranty on engine transmission and frame of the vehicle with the buy now price of $9900. Also if within this one month the car shows any major problems and you decide that this deal was not good for you, you can return the car to us and we would refund all the money that you have paid us. We inspect all our vehicles before we list them for sale and we make sure that all the liquids are changed and that everything is in perfect order. We do same thing that the dealer would do to citify a vehicle. There is no difference between this car and a certified vehicle from Volkswagen. This is a great car that we bought for my daughter to go back and forth from graduate school because it was safe, reliable and gets good mileage. When she graduated we bought her a new car and now we are looking to sell this one. Everything on the car is in working order and it has no mechanical issues. Radio w/ CD player works great and it has Bluetooth connectivity. The interior has no rips, tears or stains. The exterior has no dent, dings, scratches or missing paint. All lights and gauges work! Tires are in good condition This is a really great car that my daughter would still be driving if she didn’t have a new car. Gets great gas mileage too!
