2003 VW Jetta GLS TDi Wagon, 212k miles White w Black interior, Made in Germany. Powertrain: ALH 1.9l 4 cyl turbo diesel intercooled direct injected, 5 speed manual transmission, the last year of the pump injected very reliable diesel engine, these engines go 500k+ miles with regular maintenance. Equipment and Options: GLS model with sunroof/moonroof, CD Monsoon Audio System with steering wheel controls, power windows, locks and mirrors, cup holders on central console, 6 airbags with seat pretensioners, A/C, ABS, Alloy wheels, roof rack and Fuel Economy: 30-55mpg, up to 700 miles on a tank of 14gal diesel. Condition: Southern car NO RUST! Really clean inside and outside, paint shines nicely, interior has the usual wear around door panels, shifter boot, there are scratches/chips/dings on the paint, but the car looks good all around, no rips or major stains inside. Mechanically the car is in good condition the engine runs smooth and quiet, transmission shifts nice, everything works as it should, but the remote control for door locks does not function and the rear gate has to be opened by key lock only. I have been driving the car daily for a while now and it drives really smooth, goes straight and gets really good mpg. Service and Maintenance: at 200k miles: New Clutch assembly, New ContiTech Timing Belt kit with Water pump, New serpentine belt, all fluids and filters flushed and replaced, valve cover gasket seal replaced.
