I am selling my 19851/2 Porsche 944 . This is a perfect example of original California classic with only 68000 orig miles . It runs perfect with no issues , timing belts , water pump , all rollers and all hoses just replaced less than 300 miles ago, and all maintenance for this classic is done . It passes smog with perfect reading. You can drive it any where any condition . It drives like a dream. I don't drive it a lot , I take it to Porsche meets and drive on weekends some times. I believe I am the second owner. Still has Blue original license plates . Absolutely no rust. Interior looks good .There is few little flaws on the front seats hardly noticeable . The paint looks good for age of the car but could use some TLC. Car never been in accident .Everything works. The sunroof might need some adjustment but it works just fine. Tires are almost new. This vehicle has been out of service and garaged for the last 20 years. The vehicle has been sitting because of an electric short caused by interference of a foreign object, not allowing one of the headlights to lower into its well. The engine wiring harness, one of the under-dash harness's and one of the fuse boxes are all new. After the initial repair the vehicle stared, but was never driven. That was 20 years ego. The rest of the car is all original and in good shape. Interior and exterior is in good shape. Tires are flat. This is a California car. True color is Pasadena Yellow.

The SSR Wheels and the upgraded Audio System where on the car when I purchased it. The second owner replaced the Water Pump and Timing belt prior to me purchasing it as a pro-active maintenance schedule. He kept a car cover on the vehicle at all times and stored it in his garage. The original owner babied this car. I kept this car in the garage with a car cover on it the entire time I owned it. The Vehicles Odometer gear stopped working at 71,319 miles and needs to be replaced with an upgraded gear that is much stronger than the factory gear and is available. I never got around to replacing it and just enjoyed the car. I drove the car to work after the Odometer gear failed for one year, Swing shift driving hours, no stop and go traffic and then parked it in my garage. It has not been driven much since I parked it in my garage 4.5 years ago as I never intended it to be a commuter vehicle. I had planned to do a full restoration/customize the vehicle some day even though it already looks like new in many ways. The vehicle has always been well maintained while in my possession. Synthetic oil only. I calculated the approximate mileage on the car after the Odometer gear failure and the vehicle has no more than 95,000 miles on it. The Windshield has a crack in it and can be replaced at any time. Sunroof small nylon lift gears need replacement. Easy fix, I have a very detailed online description of the repair. No oil leaks! The Interior and all weather stripping looks like new. The original paint is in excellent condition. No accidents. Looks & handles great. Feels like a new car when driving. No wind noise etc when driving with windows up. Very quiet! Mostly highway miles. Never seen snow, CA car. I get a lot of thumbs up when this car is on the road. The profile looks great with the 18" SSR-GT3 Wheels and New Sumitomo tires. The car has never let me down! Must see. Title in hand. A beautifully maintained Porsche.
