This vehicle has been out of service and garaged for the last 20 years. The vehicle has been sitting because of an electric short caused by interference of a foreign object, not allowing one of the headlights to lower into its well. The engine wiring harness, one of the under-dash harness's and one of the fuse boxes are all new. After the initial repair the vehicle stared, but was never driven. That was 20 years ego.
