1972 911E Coupe, euro delivery. This is a very nice and original light yellow car, currently a very nice "driver level" car with one respray in light yellow (117). This E has excellent options including an S front spoiler, H1 headlights, and corduroy center seats. This was a long time Utah car and has zero rust, I have extensive history with all books, owner data cards, receipts, etc. A newer radio is fitted but the original Blaupunkt is included. 1972 911T Targa, euro delivery. The euro market 72T was a bit different than the cars delivered to the US, instead of being fitted with an MFI, the cars were fitted with Zenith carburetors. This makes the them a bit cheaper to restore and maintain. This is also a factory light yellow car but did not survive the 1980s as well as the E coupe. This one came out of northern California and has very little rust. These were two cars that we were going to restore in house, a move to a new warehouse had us behind schedule on other projects so we are offering them up for sale. Neither of these two are numbers matching cars however, between the two of them, they could be close. The 72E is currently fitted with a euro 72T motor but retains its correct MFI. The 72T Targa has a 72E motor with weber carbs. Both motors run well but could use fresh fuel and some tuning. The obvious thing to do is play "musical chairs" with the two engines and have two "correct" but not numbers matching cars. The two cars will sell for close to what retail would be for a 72E. We are happy to help buyers worldwide with shipping and freight logistics. A local viewing is welcome and encouraged with appointment.

This car was raced Extensively during 1986-88 competing at the Nurburgring 8 times and at various other European Tracks such as the German National F-1 Track at Hockenheim and other ADAC and Bilstein Cup events. The German Wagenpass lists 22 Races entered during this time. The car was then brought to the USA and converted to its present configuration., Sebring, Daytona and Atlanta Motor Speedway are recorded in the HSR and SCCA log books that will accompany this car. Also the original German K-Brief is included as well as all the pertinent USA DOT, EPA and Customs entry documents. The Drivers that competed in the USA races are John Bourassa, John Forbes and Jochim Warmbolt during the early 90's. Then the car was placed into dry storage and remained in Florida until we acquired the car in Early 2015. This car can run and drive but the motor should be considered a core 3.0L that should be rebuilt - It is not a race prepared motor. Should a prospective buyer not need the engine /Trans combination we will reduce the sale price of $43,500 by $5,000. This is a documented race vehicle and will be sold in the USA on a Bill of sale. If a European Buyer secures the car, the original German Title (K- Brief) is with the car. The car is located in Hilton Head SC very near the Port of Savannah Georgia. I have long experience exporting vehicles to Europe and other parts of the world so overseas shipping will not be difficult. Please study the pictures carefully and call me with any questions. We will consider a trade - prefer Good driver Porsche - aircooled - or an interesting project Call with questions regarding this car. Eric 843 298-9677

1973 Porsche 911 Targa hotrod. This is an original Italian delivery Targa that was imported into Canada in the 1980s, we recently purchased the car from it's long time air cooled enthusiast owner and imported the car into the US. I personally flew into Toronto and drove back, nearly 1000 miles. The car performed flawlessly and was a joy to drive. A lot of work has been done to this 911 over the years, its not perfect but is a wonderful, matching numbers, driver and shows very well. Some of the highlights include: EXTERIOR: SC/RS look with butt welded SC flares. Currently all the bright work has been restored to the original polished aluminium and chrome. FB front and rear RS bumpers CF front fenders Original H4’s plus fender mounted Cibie Repro fog lights. Last repainted about 15 years ago by PO in its rare and orginal color Swartz Black, paint is not perfect but very presentable for a driver. Expect typical minor imperfections such as stone chips and a few minor paint blisters. Suspension pan was repaired once and is solid but not perfect work, along with a patch to the rear drivers side floor pan. All window and targa bar rubber seals replaced 3 years ago Targa top recovered by PO and does not leak. INTERIOR: All gauges work including clock 10,000 RPM tach rebuilt by North Hollywood Speedo Radio delete RS door cards and rear seat delete Lightweight RS carpet kit from Appbiz Rennline floorboards and Rennline fan cover in front trunk Momo Prototipo steering wheel Seats are early ‘70s German Konig sports seats which are very supportive and comfortable. ENGINE: Very strong running engine rebuilt on the original case about 30K kms (18K miles) ago by PO and still running original MFI. It is now a long stroke 2.5L std. crank shaft Engine case time serted ARP head studs – align bore honed 3.2L Oil pump lightened connecting rods end to end balanced ARP bolts Biral Cyulinders bored to 86mm J.E. Pistons 9.5 to 1 C.R Cylinder heads ported and polished Twin Plug machined EBS Racing springs with titanium retainers G.E 60 Camshaft Throttle Bodies Port matched Electormotive crank fired ignition system HPX OIL COOLING: Front trombone oil cooling system SUSPENSION: 19mm torsion bars up front 26mm torsion bars at the rear all new suspension bushings front and rear 3 years ago weltmeister (I think 19mm) swaybars up front SC rear swaybars Front strut tower brace Updated to Aluminium rear trailing arms 6 x 16” and 7 x 16” Fuchs front and rear TRANSMISSIOIN: 915 with LSD Rebuilt 3 years ago with stock gears Factory type short shift kit (I believe) It has to be the smoothest shifting 915 I have ever tried. BRAKES: Stock brake cylinder Front SC calipers rebuilt 6 months ago Rear M calipers A local viewing and inspection is welcome and encouraged with appointment. We are happy to help buyers worldwide with shipping and freight logistics.

It's with much regret that I post this beautiful 911E Targa for sale. My intention was to purchase an early rust-free 911 with an original color of sepia brown per the Certificate of Authenticity and restore back to it's original glory while keeping in mind that everything couldn't be changed with the exception of color. This is that early 911 I have been after. After much deliberation for months, I have finally decided that the undertaking at this time in my life just doesn't make sense now. This is a matching numbers car that has an incredibly strong engine and pulls so well matched by it's flawless shifts. Liquids were changed out recently including replacement of the alternator, front and rear deck lids and a new gas pedal. I have maintenance records dating back from 1992 (2nd owner) to present (3rd owner). I encourage a PPI of the vehicle prior to purchase as I am very confident of its mechanical condition. Please contact me if you would like to purchase the car. I do not need help selling the vehicle and will not entertain low-ball offers. Reasonable offers will be taken into consideration. thanks for looking!

Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Porsche 1971 911 E Race Car Originally converted into a competition vehicle during the early 1980s in Germany. The car was raced throughout Europe in the 1980s. Originally raced by B Cloose in a stock “narrow body” configuration and then modified with RSR bodywork. She ran many events in the ADAC series including the Bilstein Cup (predecessor to the Porsche Cup series). Notable events include the Nurburgring 24 Hour events in 1987 and 1988. The car was imported into the US and then sold to John Bourassa. John ran it at Sebring and Daytona in Vintage races. His co-drivers included John Forbes and Jochim Warmbolt (a well known Rally driver). Car was recently brought out of 20 years in storage. She runs and drives but will need to be gone through before racing. This car has a stock 3.0 Porsche 911 engine in it with rebuilt Weber carbs. The engine will need to be rebuilt as it has a few broken head studs. The transaxle is a Porsche type 901 5 Speed with LSD. The tranny has recently been rebuilt and has no time on it. The car is extremely light. All Porsche factory competition cars from the 60s, 70s and 80s are priced near $1MM today. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a Porsche 911 with professional and historic racing provenance at a very fair value. The car would be welcomed at any historic competition or display events. She would make an excellent “Colorado Grand” rally entrant. Documents included are: - Original German title - US Importation documents - ONO / FIA Wagenpass (Logbook) - SCCA Logbook - HSR Logbook As the car is a competition vehicle, it is sold on a Bill of Sale only with all of the documents referenced above included. Seller can facilitate export from the ports of Savannah and Charleston if desired.

1973 Porsche 911 E. This is an un-restored, 99% original, numbers matching, MFI car with sunroof and newly rebuilt engine. Original 2.4 liter, Mechanically Fuel Injected (MFI) engine was COMPLETELY rebuilt less than a year ago. Starts and runs absolutely perfectly. Upgraded to pressure fed tensioners and higher compression pistons for a bit more performance and reliability. Also replaced the clutch. I can provide full detail upon request. Car was resprayed two years ago. All glass, moldings, rubber, doors, handles, fenders etc were removed, painted then re assembled using all new rubber and moldings. Sunroof was recently rebuilt using new cables and seals. Works perfectly and seals entirely. Car comes with two sets of Fuch wheels. The original (correctly stamped and dated) 15 inch Fuch mag wheels and 16 inch Fuch wheels (which enable a greater tire selection). Mechanically the car is perfect. Runs, stops and turns like no other (flawless). Drive it cross country with no concerns. COA, tool kit, all owners manuals, etc are included. What's not perfect: Door pockets are an 8 out of 10. Dash has crack (they all do) and paint is good but not concourse (intentional on my part, wanted it to look original, not over done). Car is not concourse but not too far away. I have not seen a 73 911 E or S of this quality at this price and it will keep appreciating. Don't wait as their prices only continue to increase.
